Your personal hooked the trailer and said I needed an adapter. After installation of adapter personal left. I checked the trailer door and it was open and lights weren't working. Went back inside and told personnel and she came out again with a guy and they finally got it to work after trying 2 adapter. Got to loading site and no lights. Called office and was told sorry we sold you the right adapter, you must of hit a bump. My brother looked at it put zip ties on it and it stayed in. I have rented many truck from you all in pasted years, but customer service was lousy.JANIE J.

I made the same trip from Paducah to Louisville several times in uhaul trucks and trailers. However, this time My card was charged in the amount of $145.60 in addition to the amount I was charged by uhaul in Paducah. I was accused of going way over the allotted mileage. When I was trying to discuss the matter in the presence of uhaul Paducah associates the associate in Louisville hung up in my face. The Paducah rep said " man he hung up on you ". He said I brought the truck back late without considering the different time zones. All my experiences with uhaul had been good until this time. The truck was returned to JM Automotive.LOUIS M.

I made a reservation at 3:00p. Showed up at 3:00p, no one was there and doors were locked. The door had a sign that said be back at 1:30p. So we checked our email and the reservation had been changed to 3:30p so we waited until 4:00p and no one showed up. Called the regional office. They also tried to contact the owner and could not get a response. We ended being sent way out of our way to the other side of town for another UHAULâ€” but no guarantees. Whole thing was ridiculous and unprofessional. Don't use this placeâ€” extra stress and put us a day behind in our move.Stephanie C.

These two kids checked out the truck like looking at a new car. I forgot to gas it up , went around the corner less than 500 feet to do that came back and the twirp checked the mileage again. I hate uhaulWilliam C.
AUDIT AND REVIEW NOW THIS LOCATION for minor and MAJOR infractions or criminal activity. What once was a GREAT storage and rental company to do business has become a nightmare. The buck stops with store management, not just store management, BUT regional management.David D.

My experience from the get-go was horrible in Phoenix they dropped off the U boxes and they put one too close to the curb of my apartment sidewalk so I had to pull up on the door each time and I ended up pulling my back out I am into chiropractic physical therapy injections for about $1000 they arrived in Paducah three days late the guy at the Paducah location was an absolute jerk I will never ever refer anyone to U-Haul again they cannot even tell me where the hell my new boxes were on a daily basis.. they get to the U-Haul location in Paducah and they had no way to deliver my boxes to me so I started unloading them into my little car throughout the day and told the owner of that location I will be back with trucks to put the new boxes on them to deliver to my home I came back at 5 PM the girl in the office was absolutely rude to me I asked her how do I get these boxes onto the trailer she said we have nobody here to help you? I said what am I supposed to do it she said do what you've been doing all day and unload the boxes into your vehicles very poor customer service.. We had to make four trips in two different trucks to get all of my stuff after U-Haul charge me $5000 to deliver I will never ever use U-Haul again I know you will not take my comments And concerns seriously but I feel like you guys ripped me off for $5000.. on top of that I have physical therapy three days a week chiropractic care and injections in my back and one month later I'm still in pain so thank you U-Haul.. They were closing as I arrived and asked me to use the website to complete my return. I followed the instructions given (including leaving the gas tank more than half full (as instructed by pickup location), yet I was still charged for refuel as well as charged for an extra day. Due to the lack of communication between locations, I will absolutely not be using U-Haul at all in the future if I can help it. I hope you enjoyed stealing $100 from me.COREY M.

The self storage units are in disarray. There is spray foam insulation on the ceiling that is falling off everywhere. It looks disgusting and appears as if it could create a health hazard from the insulation dust particles it creates in its current state. It gives the appearance of an abandoned building after a fire with the insulation hanging and falling off the ceiling everywhere with no signs of it being swept off the floor. You need to repaint the vehicle it was very very Rusty, it looked terrible and the engine didn't run right. Having to interact exclusively with a computer and no human interaction prior to pick up was very difficult and I find that to be the worst part of the whole experience. Every time I tried to call any phone number I was always put through to a computer I never got a human being. Because of this I had to set up my reservation on the interne. Anytime I tried to check on my reservation via the telephone I never was able to talk to a human all I got was computer generated information that was very frustrating to say the least and I never got any of my questions that I had prior to pick up answered.David H.

I had reserved a truck a month before pickup to be in Evansville, I called the day before and was told that they didn't have a truck we would have to go to Boonville, when I called Boonville they said they didn't have out information until right then and that someone else had already picked up the 26â€ truck but was to return it Saturday by 10:30am. I called saturday at before leaving and we were informed we would need to call the office in Louisville that the people decided they weren't returning the truck till the following Wednesday. I called the number and the only available truck was 2 hours away in Paducah,KY. We had just drive 14 hours home Friday from vacation and was set to leave Monday and drive 16 hours to our new home in South Dakota. It was very upsetting to have reserved a truck only to find out both places didn't have one because they had rented it out to someone else and we had to drive 2 hours away. We will not be using Uhaul again.Jeramy L.

Believe a customer! I left with the gas 1/16 over 3/4 of a tank and I took a picture of it and the mileage before I left the parking lot with my online link to verify the truck didn't have any issues. I was told I wouldn't be charged the $12.75 fuel charge and I was. I will never rent from Uhaul again because I was lied to straight to my face!Fallyn M.

The person that was in taking my vehicle and my dolly told me that they were not going to help me take my car off of the dolly. Stating that they were not going to help me with the straps the ramps or the chains that were attached to my car, and then argued with me when I explain to her that I did not know how to take all of those things off of my vehicle. I tried to explain to her that I didn't strap my vehicle on there, I was obviously confused and incredulous that I was in the middle of nowhere and I wasn't gonna be able to get my vehicle off his dolly and she started accusing me of being loud with her, I burst into tears called my uncle to try to get help with trying to unstrap my vehicle from the dolly, and a few minutes later the manager finally came out and explained to me that the intake personnel was misinformed, and although she apologized to me for several minutes I wanted nothing else to do with this company. And I am sacrificing a whole truckload of my personal items to avoid having to deal with your company againLisa Z.

He said "okay, we'll take care of it" but didn't make any notes regarding my complaints.
