Still have yet to hear back from corporate, trying to get charged and extra 753$ for their mistake!!!! I’m very frustrated this will be my last time EVER using yall and I will be letting everyone I know to never use U-Haul. It’s disgusting you’re trying to take Ada vantage of a single mother moving from one part of Florida to another . I made it very clear my drop off location and now because of your guys error you’re trying to charge for “wrong drop off”

David CInform the customer about service lights that display a warning that can be ignored. I had a tire pressure low light that was on and when I stopped at a service station to pay for air to put into the tire, the light didn't go away. When I turned the vehicle in I spoke to the attendant and she told me it was a known problem with the TPMS since they changed a tire on that truck weeks ago! I'd also prefer to have a full tank of gas versus having to guess at how much fuel to put back into the truck to get it where I found it. Filling it back up to full is much easier.

HALEY TCalled multiple times and was told that an appliance dolly would be available. Upon arrival there was not one. The associate Suzanne was not helpful and told us we could call around to find one but that I probably couldn’t use it if found since we were one way renting. I spoke with Seth at the 800# and he connected me with a regional rep that found us the dolly at another store. I was able to go get the dolly and return it with the truck. The attitude of Suzanne basically shrugging off the issue with a not my problem response was frustrating. The last time we rented a 26ft truck from Uhaul in May 2025 a furniture dolly was not available although it was reserved in advance. This is a problem that Uhaul needs to solve. People renting a 26 foot trailer are generally moving entire homes and having these reserved items are necessary to load and unload items.

DOW BI booked at another location, and yes I verified They had the truck with a phone call, but my reservation was changed to a further location by 10 miles each way. This added another 20) in mileage charges and additional $5.50 in gas.

They told me they had been watching us on the cameras and laughing at us trying those days trying to get in. After talking to all my family I went back and told them that we didn't put the second lock on that had prevented us from getting in. She said yes, we put new locks on everyone's unit and then gave me keys after four days and multiple attempts to get in to remove our things. I am very unhappy with this experience and will not use this facility again! .
