Employees were not well versed on the equipment nor how to navigate the software used to book the services. I was there over an hour with the same employee. She had to start over 3 times, ask other employees how to input the request (they didn't know either). Eventually, I offered to go to another location who might be able to help better and they figured out a way to make it happen. Vehicle wreaked of cigarette smoke and had multiple stains throughout, which would've been easily cleaned with a damp rag. At that point, I needed the truck and was already behind schedule so I went ahead and accepted it.David O.

Me and my daughter had a awful experience with the Truck, we broke down 2 Times, We waited for hours on the side of the road for someone to assist us,customer service from uhual was very pleasant I must say , she tried her best to get us help, so that was very much appreciated, other than that after they had sent some one out to fix the truck , moments after he left , the truck broke down again â€¼ï¸My daughter end up missing work that following day due to the fact we didn't make it back home till after 5 in the morning, we was scared sitting out there on the side of the road,-a policeman came and sat with us also was able to escort us to a safe place until the u-hual company brought us another vehicle.I paid 186.,00 dollars just for the truck to break down and I was never Compensated for my time suffering and lost wagesSANDRA A.

When equipment is turned in, there was no paper work showing turn in. UHaul personnel were not paying attention as to what was happening. After leaving the UHaul store, I called the regional office to discuss what happened in th PC store and to confirm the return of the trailer.Rex B.
Did not have my reservation after waiting 45min in line because location was under staffed. Was forced to come back another day. The second time we came back, we called prior to showing up and confirmed the equipment was available and reserved for us. When we showed up it was not available. I will not recommend u haul. Denver could use half the trucks and trailers that are parked at the Panama City site. Hire folks to drive them back west. Everyone is moving to FL. Denver, NY, CA. Pickup new location waited 45 minutes got keys truck not found in lot, went back inside issued new truck, got home to load pulled out ramp all jacked up could not use. Called customer Service 25-30 minutes, transfer to Roadside Assistance 30min wait told them was not responsible for ramp, was noted. I came in on Sunday (Memorial weekend) after completing paperwork on app. Walked in 30 minutes before pickup time and found long line of customers waiting to get to the counter. One guy working the counter(great guy great attitude) working his but off trying to get people out on their way. Moral of story- standing in long line for long periods of time waiting to get to the counter is very frustrating. Help your good employee's out with a little more help on a holiday weekend.Mark F.

Only thing is you should probably have additional help. Long line inside and only 1-2 folks to assist. They were great folks, no complaints, but need help for business volume I saw. Same for pulling in truck and trailer for drop off. Congested. Backed up. Guys outside were overwhelmed and I had to park in street and wait. Finally got in. Need to rethink your turn in process. I reserved the truck to pick up through the online process and the first number of the truck was nowhere to be found after walking all over the lot looking for it. Then I received another truck number and I had to go inside to retrieve the key.. It was a little frustrating walking all over the parking lot in 93 degree weather and then having to go inside and wait in line to get the key. Disappointing to say the least.Christie F.

The facility was clean, but the staff were VERY RUDE!! I was locked out of my unit, NOT DUE TO PAYMENT, but an oversight to the lock I bought. I NEVER received a call about the issue either. Then I was DOUBLE CHARGED this last month and again, NOT BECAUSE I OWED, I have ALL my bank statements, I can show that I was ON TIME, EVERY MONTH. I had never had a storage unit before and was so surprised at how clean and well kept these U-Haul Storage units were. They have a very good restroom which is large and clean with the paper toilet seat covers. I had one of the inside units and I felt my belongings were safe and I did not worry or feel like I needed to go by and check on it. I went to get a Uhaul in order to empty my storage unit. The doors to the climate controlled units were locked and the attendant had a difficult time getting them unlocked (no fault of him). We are given a time limit to return the Uhaul but waited almost an hour to get in. You need more help. When a customer comes in to check out, the employees shouldn't ask them to write their information down to be taken care of later. I was asked for my information, and was told it would be taken care of by closing that day. It was not. I had to make another trip to make sure it was, because no one would answer the phone or their email. It was an avoidable inconvenience to me, the customer. Never take advantage of someone's time. Surprisingly this is the first above average experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul, the other few times I used you, I had horrible customer service & vowed to never come back, unfortunately, I was in a jam & had no choice but to rent from U-Haul & didn’t have any problems until 2 hours after we turned the truck in when my credit card was charged for the additional mileage on the truck, which isn’t an issue, except for the fact that it should have been done at the time of the return or a quick phone call to let me know that there were additional fees being charged. Me and my mother spent all weekend moving from Memphis. We took advantage of your self storage because it had after hours. My facility closed at 7 and we were there at 7:15. The code pad to enter the unit was "out of service" and it said to call a manager. When we called the number provided, it went to the call center. The woman in the call center called the number for the "manager" and it went straight to voicemail. This facility is very understaffed. My first time there was returning a 26' truck and vehicle trailer. I pulled into the wrong driveway, but there was no signage directing me to a different entrance. After I stopped because I couldn't go any further, I was scolded by the guy on the golf cart for going the wrong way and told "next time come in the other way" As if there was going to be a next time and I intentionally came in the wrong way after driving 850 miles. Call and in-person waiting times are very long. Climate control storage doors were often propped open, of course reducing the effectiveness of the climate control. After the free month, I moved my stuff out, because it cost me too much in time and related issues. BTW the A/C didn't work in the 26' I rented. The only problems that I had was gaining access to my unit because there were a few problems with the outer sliding door was sticking. Otherwise the staff was very helpful with any questions or concerns that I may have had. It was virtually impossible to get to your unit because of all of the unused/unrented trucks and trailers lining the roads and blocking your way to get to the units. No clear pathways. The last month I used the shed, I was notified by one of the staff members that I didn't need to use my card because the unit I had "wasn't secure anyway". I rented this unit for my daughter & grandson for just a month. When we came to get the rest of my grandsons stuff there was construction debris all over all his toys & stuffed animals. They are doing construction in this building. His dinosaur car coupe now has white paint all over it where it fell from the ceiling during construction as well.
