They never answer the phones … all calls are redirected to the call center while they sit there and are on their personal cell phones just chillin

Cynthia F. | First ImpressionsWhen we went to load our storage unit at the location, we were advised that there would already be a lock available in the unit. One was not available, so I had to go to the front office to get one. The manager of the operation provided me with the lock and apologized, stating that they were very busy that day. We got into our unit without issue and were able to unload the rest of the truck. The individual instructions for access into the units was not clear at all. We tripped the alarms to our unit at least 3 times before another renter showed us out to work the alarm systems. Considering we had to rely on another renter to clarify how to access the units is concerning. There are some posted signs and placards on the outside of the building, but there is nothing regarding the system posted within the U-Haul app or the emails that I received after completing the check-in process. Additional information provided upon online check-in regarding this would have been helpful.

When he got there the office staff was rude and there was no lock in the unit like there was supposed to be. Your manager Tori actually hung up on me. Very unprofessional business. I woiuld not recommend your facility to Anyone! You guys really need some better staff that actually care about a customers experience.

Carolyn M. | First Impressionsmy customer representative was very courteous even though she persuaded me to rent a dolly that I did not need to use and did not you would pay $10 for She was very friendly and courteous, excellent salesmanship, but I should not have rented the dolly and I did not use it because I backed right up to the unit and went from the truck straight to the unit which I believe he should explain to me that with the location of my unit is from the office and I would’ve pictured it and would not have rented a dolly which she did not do that
