My movers showed up to empty my unit and the staff had added their own gold lock. My movers were waiting on the staff for over an hour to unlock their lock which I never approved to be installed and have no idea why they felt it necessary to install the lock! I paid my movers $200 an hour to sit there waiting. This is unacceptable and I’m requesting a refund. I was never late with a payment. It was automatically drafted monthly.
