This location in particular has extremely personable, friendly staff that make what can be a stressful time that much easier. Its evident that the staff feeds off of their managers good energy and efficiency. I love that they ensured proper measures were in place to keep everything sanitized and everyone at a safe distance from each other.

U-Haul definitely and seriously need to work on and correct the way they receive payments. You're always double charged and have to wait 3 to 5 days to receive your money this is definitely not good and not acceptable. Please correct this Asap. Thank you...

We had a scheduled appointment to pick up our equipment for the weekend. however there was no Equipment available. We were then Transferred to another location approximately 20 miles away. That made us be charged for movers that we already had paid for our timeframe. Do you to the re-traveling in time we could not complete Our move. We had to still pay movers for the next day in the morning. We did have a customer service person that tried to give us we way to keep the truck for another day without a charge but that’s not what happened in charged me still on my credit card.Also, when we received our contract we were rushing we did not get a chance to look over the contract a little more clear and the person and personal information that is on the contract is not accurate. So we have been regular customers at U-Haul for Well over a decade but this definitely has made us think a little differently the next time around.

I received the worst possible service ever and I have been using uhaul at the Park Forest location for years. I was waited on by Mr. T. Lewis and he was the most unprofessional person I've ever met, and I assure you that I will never use your company again as long as he works there. First, they did not have the truck I requested, despite me having a guarenteed reservation, next he had me walk out and find the van instead of bringing it to the front of the facility, he then gave me the incorrect gas info and when I brought this to his attention he said use the app, which I did, but since it didn't work, I still had to call in and get another one, finally there was snow and ice covering the step up for the van, when I brought it to his attention that this was a safety issue, he said use the app to complain, so I am complaining and he should be terminated immediately, otherwise I can assure you that my company or I will never use your company again!

This is my usual place to rent from. I get prompt, courteous, professional service. I never have trouble with the vehicles I rent.

No one outside to do a proper level one on the truck. Went inside and got horrible attitude from everyone there. Guy went outside and got fuel and mileage, again not doing a proper level one. They wanted to charge me a wrong destination fee, when really it was the system screwing up. Thankfully it was rectified, but still concerning that the truck or trailer weren’t inspected. As a former employee safety is priority. Hope this gets fixed.

I am really disappointed because they charge $100 extra for some kind of smell in the truck. That smell was there when I get it. And manager was so rude too. I was trying to explain him but he don’t listen. I’ll not go to this location anymore.

Booked an extended date and for some reason it didn't reach the department. After the reservation didnt reach the necessary department I had police officers at my home reporting the vehicle stolen with a confirmation that proved what day the vehicle was do for return

The website stated that I could rent a vehicle before hours and online at the park forest location but everytime I tried it it would not go thru. This has happened more than once, besides this I enjoy the friendliness of everyone at the Park Forest location.

I tried to rent a pickup to move some items for my mother. When I arrived and was asked for my license, the individual waiting on my looked at it, turned to his co-worker and asked “see anything?” The co-worker said “out of state” (I traveled from St. Louis to assist my mother). I was then told they wouldn’t rent to me. I asked why and was told because of the out of state license. I later called UHaul corporate and was told that was not UHauls policy.

They changed my pick up location from the reservation I had without ever calling me or notifying me and never letting me know that they changed the time of pick up! This was without a doubt the worst experience I’ve ever had with U-Haul I will never use them again

storage unit had junk and debris from previous person who used the storage unit. Prices for storage unit was way to high and you should be able to use a lock of your choosing, not uhauls.
