I was forced to sign the contract prior to seeing the rental vehicle only to find that the clerk attempted to deliver the truck to me with inaccurate fuel amount and with dirt and leaves in the back of the truck. I was totally shocked at Andrew’s attempt at deception and his attitude nonchalant about being caught. I wonder how many others he’s done this to and got away with it. So NO I will not bee back to this location. Stop insisting that the contract be signed prior to verifying the accuracy of a CONTRACT!!!!

The people were very friendly but seem to have a lot of problems with the computers running slow. I didn't know until I got to the store that I couldn't rent a local truck with a Michigan license it delayed the work I needed to do very inconvenient. Would also like a emailed receipt. you found my email for the survey but not the receipt?

The tires on the auto transport had cuts in the side walls. The straps used to secure the tires must have been cut at some time. They barely reached the ratchet.

Customer service is great here, but the truck itself was horrible to drive. I thought I was going to break down at any point. All the trucks need maintenance ASAP!! The brakes were horrible and every turn I thought I was going to lose a wheel.

The absolute worst customer service EVER!! I booked my truck rental online to avoid a wait. Still waited for over an hour for the truck. The associates kept taking other people ahead of me who HAD NOT booked online. I went to the front of the line to remind them I’m still waiting as he continued to call the next person. The truck the online system gave me was behind two other trucks and when I told the associate that he said well you have to wait. Just awful customer service I understand it was a busy Sunday but don’t make people wait who did everything online 48 hours before the day!

The problem that I had with this location was that I booked a trailer rental in Park Forest on Monday 11/12 and I told the person I needed the trailer for the entire day, and was told to pick up trailer in Glenwood location on Friday 11/16. When I arrived in Glenwood I was told it had to be back at 0900 on the 17th. After I told the women ( who was very rude, poor customer service) I had to go back to the Park forest location and pick up the trailer there. I spent an entire hour running from one location to the next after I had worked all day ( and I work only 1 block from the Park Forest location). My concern was the way I was treated and no one even apologized for the inconvenience. The persons in Park forest were courteous, however the women who was supposed to be the manager at the Glenwood location was rude. I recommend her taking some classes on customer service and service recovery.

I am a Black woman and would have never acted the way thise The young Black man acted.. Cursing in front of the customers. Disrespectful and my order was wrong, he had to email uhaul to get it corrected. The Black woman who worked with him took a cigarette break with people standing in line. I will NOT go back there.

Give gas credit/i.e. refund back if a customer bring the truck back with at least 1/4th tank more gas than was in the truck when receiving the truck. Just like you penalize the renter if they bring back less gas and/or go over the mileage that was stated. I think the renter should be compensated for the extra 1/4 tank (especially at the price gas is per gallon these days) as well as refund money for going less miles and bringing back more gas than receiver in addition to the $10 insurance coverage.
