get someone behind the counter that knows what they are talking about. 2 women told us why the bill was 70 plus dollars for 1 day rental when the ad showed 29.95. The best the 2 of them could come up with was it must be deposit charges. Come to find out it was that they were trying to charge us for 2 days rental because we picked it up a few hours early. we also returned it several hours early. We did NOT pay for the 2 days. If I had the time, I would have gone somewhere else. Hire people who know what they are talking about next time and can be a bit more courteous to customers!

This Uhaul (Park Forrest) doesn't keep good records and has a bad Manager (Lauren) who doesn't know what she is doing. The van's milage didn't match the contract that was given to me. The young man who pulled the van out KNOWS there are problems like this, so he just initialed the error on the contract because the milage was so great and the gas was also not there that the contract stated it had. When I picked the van up on Thursday evening at 5.30 pm, Lauren the manager started calling me on the phone long before Friday at 9am. She wanted to know the numbers that were on the van because she was trying to get her records straight. But after I pulled over and gave her the numbers that were on the van, she started lecturing me about not having the vans so long. She said that from now on, during the weekend, I could only rent the vans for 4 hours. Then I told her I rented the van on Thursday and no one told me that you were short on vans. Then Loren said the WEEKEND is Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday. I knew that was a rule that only applied to me, because no other Uhaul operates like that. I called Uhaul to complain that same day at about 4:30 pm. (Friday) After about 5:30, Lauren called me again but this time it was on her CELL PHONE pretending like she hadn't called me earlier on the Uhaul phone. During that call, Lauren argued and I told her I was driving. She didn't care and continue arguing and trying to say that she didn't call or make some other points. I told her that she has some kind of a personal problem with my, and perhaps she has a substance issue, since she is pretending that she hadn't called me earlier then later admits that she did just call me. Lauren continued to want to argue while I was driving, so I had to hand up the phone on her. When Lauren no longer works at Uhaul, now she has my telephone number in her personal phone. Lauren also knows my address. Who knows how much other information she has access too about me, and why she has targeted me for some reason. Lauren once told me when I rented the van before that instead of being charged .59 a mile, I now have to pay $1 a mile. I reported that too. That happened (March 18-19 2016). Why is Lauren treating me differently, compared to your other customers? I am being singled out and I am trying to understand WHY. I have only had this problem with Lauren, no one else and never at any other locations. Why is she harassing me and using her personal cell phone number to do it? Today, I just got a bill today for $94.10. How do you know that this bill is accurate if you don't know the milage and your books are inaccurate and your vehicles are not organized in a way where you can match customers with the correct vehicle to go with the contract? This incident has forced me to spend HOURS OF MY TIME WITH UHAUL over the phone all because Lauren doesn't know how to manage her store nor understands that her pe

The only issue I have is with the moving help service connected with the uhual website. I was scheduled to have 2 moving helpers for 12pm on 04/29/2016. I received conformation from "perfect movers" on 04/28/2016. At 630am on moving day I was informed that my time slot was taken and I received a new help time of 3pm; due to this I had to reschedule my truck pickup time to coincide with my move help. The movers did not show by 3pm. I attempted to reach "perfect movers" by phone and email with no response. Once 2 hours had past from the schedule move help time with no reply or movers I subsequently canceled my order. I had to rush to find alternative move help at a higher rate due to short notice. I will never use there services again, and I may refrain from using uhual and opt to pay professional movers in my next move; after all the rescheduling professional movers would have been cheaper and easier than my overall uhual order.

Took me to call several days at a time to have them to release my refund on a mistake their staff made . Very disappointed! Now I have to make sure I take picture of everything and double check and do their job by checking to make sure the mileage is correct .

It was time consuming at the counter many times but Laura did her best to satisfy the needs I had. It's a busy place that probably needs more workers but that is costly I know from being a business owner. The pick up truck was wonderful. Did the job I needed it to do. Now that I know how the process works I will be back. Thanks for being there when we need extra help!

We often rent here, because it is the closest UHaul location. But we have to be very careful, because they are ALWAYS giving us the wrong mileage and gas tank starting point. It has happened so often, we no longer believe it is error - we believe it is on purpose, to get extra fees. It is a shame that we have to be this careful... This last rental it would have added an additional $25!
