Poor because they over charged for the miles and then charged me for gas. I returned to the location the following day and I am still waiting or those charges to be refunded to my account that may go into overdraft soon if they don't refund thee money that they weren't suppose to take!!!!!!!!

I arrived after hours. Although I knew where to put the trailer, I didn't see any sign that would tell me where to put it if I didn't know already. Maybe a note somewhere like that would be helpful for some customers?

I want to say Ira, Edger, and Ladontae were amazing!!! I was in and out with my moving truck and I returned it and got my recipe first thing in the morning. So easy and hassle free! And you need that when you already have the stress of moving. Thank you guys! I will always remind my friends and recommend this facility.

There were 3 men behind the counter with 1 on the phone and 1 helping customers. O'm not sure what the 3rd man was doing but there were 5 people waiting in line. Four of us were waiting for quite some time before we were waited on. Once we made it to the counter it was smooth sailing. I love your return process.

I was quoted online that the cost of the truck rental was $20.95, but at the time of service I was charged $34.30. Now I feel that we should know extra the cost.

The vehicle was clean but not so well maintained seeing that it broke down in my drive way at 9pm.... Then I had to wait for road side assistance to come in which case they didn't show up until much later and didn't tow the truck away until 1am. I am very dissatisfied and would like to talk with someone about compensation for my inconvenience. Thank You

I rented my truck on a Sunday and the young Man working that day gave me the wrong hours. I was a cash deposit customer so when I return the truck before 7pm (6:24pm) the store was closed. The next day which was Monday. I called the store and spoke to the guy who gave me the wrong hours he apologized and did remember this and asked me what time will I bring it back I told him I will come on my lunch break which is 1pm or 1:30 so he gave me until 2. On my break a young Lady called me and asked about the truck I told her I spoke to a guy (at the time I did remember his name) she placed me on hold came back and stated ok. I informed her that I will just drop truck off and leave the keys cause a coworker was going to follow me and I will get deposit balance some other time. The next day I called in and spoke to a gentleman and inform him I am at work and inquired on the balance owed to me, he told me my balance and told me I had to come before 6:45pm. I called back at apprx 6:30pm and I spoke to a female and I was telling her I was running about 5 mins late if I come tomorrow will that be a issue, she stated no that was find she would leave a note. As stated I came in the next day (leaving work early) and 2 guys was there and one was the guy I spoke to the day before. He told me when I didn't come they sent for a check. I inform he of the conversation the young lady and I had and he stated well we don't leave notes.......NOW, this was the last straw for me! Day 1: gave me the wrong hours of operation so I had to leave work to come 2 days in a row! Their is no communication amongst the employees at this location and I was very much so inconvenience 3 times!!!!

This rental required 2 trips to the store because on the first trip I was told my rental, that was setup online, was for a one-way rental and the price was over $100 more than what was listed online. This was a lie. As I was uncomfortable with these additional charges and receiving no assistance with what I actually reserved online, which was a roundtrip rental to be returned back to that location, I called customer service to see what happened to my reservation. It was confirmed that I indeed setup my reservation online properly & they sent me back to the store. The General Manager, Ira, still refused to honor my online reservation and said he had no round-trip trucks & that if I wanted the $50 truck gurantee money for processing my reservation online with a credit card, that it voided me getting a truck. Luckily, the wonderful customer service agent Pat had told me to give her a call upon my return had I any issues. Within 5 minutes of calling her & her calling the store I was out of there with the truck I had reserved. She is awesome. Even when I returned the truck the same General Manager, Ira, watched me wait for over 10 minutes for someone to check-in the truck before offering any assistance. I was the only customer on the property at the time. U-haul is an awesome company that I have been renting trucks from for almost 15 years. The Park Forest location, on the other hand, fails to provide the customer service you would expect from this company, by far.

When I called U-Haul to schedule the reservation, I specifically asked for a utility dolly because I have a washer and dryer. After I rented the vehicle and drove to my location, there was no dolly. My son had to go back to the U-haul Company on Western and get the dolly. Meanwhile we wasted gas, time and money. I did complain to customer service and asked them to refund the amount of the dolly to the credit card that I used. I will be following up on my request in the next few days. This rental balance needs to be adjusted due to the negligence of your company.

you need to have 4 to 5 employees doing the 1st and 30-31 of the month. These are the days when people are moving. There will not be long line or long wait time for an employee to help a customer.
