What would’ve helped me is a picture of inside the storage to understand the size of the space better I feel like what im paying for the unit is alot considering how small the space is.

Cynthia G | Overall ExperienceI asked for a drive up unit gave me an interior unit and told me it was a drive up unit to wait until they had one available. Please contact me never happened 11 days never stored anything in the facility so my experience was horrible. I spoken to managers. They did not give me any assistance nor did he had the time to give me the assistance.
Shantell M | Overall ExperienceThis is was the worst that I’ve experienced for several reasons because 1) after I was assigned the space and loaded the truck, surprisingly when I attempted to open the unit, it was not only doubled locked but it was full of contents; 2) then I was told by the grounds person that I needed to go in side to request another space. After doing that I received another space and the representative told me that a free lock was inside. However, there was not a lock inside. So I had to go back inside to ask for a lock to secure my property. Once inside, I was told that they don’t have any more circle locks, but magically once surfaced. Because of the mishaps, I was unable able to use the truck to complete my second delivery. All of my time was exhausted trying to get into a space that was never available. Not to mention, I reserved the truck for 6 hours, but the representative wasn’t finished preparing the paperwork until after 10 o’clock. Yet she documented the truck return for 3:45, therefore reducing my actual time by 15 minutes.
herman M | First ImpressionsI was having a new garage Builder needed a place to store my belongings until the garage was built. U-Haul was close and convenient having storage facilities and trucks that I needed. Management and staff for both friendly and professional. Jasmine also was very helpful when I first signed up for the storage unit and the truck. Demetrius the manager was also very helpful. Having first month free really help keep my expenses down. I only had to pay one month afterwards. I would definitely recommend you all before any other storage facilities!
