Just one thing I noticed a small mouse racing thew the drive in between the buildings where I was parked. Trying to get in one of the buildings . I watched for about five minutes. Didn’t make it in.

I was not pleased that there were 2 pre auth charges when i checked my bank statement this morning.i hope to see this resolved quickly,not in several business days.the service and the eqipment was great.i will be back,and i will recommend,but being more aware of whats being charged.

Customer service was great at the Red Bluff location in Pasadena, Tx. The staff worked out a fair rate when I didn’t use it as long as intended and they even hooked up the trailer upon pick up and disconnected it for me upon return. Will return for sure!

We noticed when we rented the truck that it was full of cockroaches in the storage area maybe you could look at that and check the rentals out for the future

The customer service girl was frustrated because we told her we had already paid for the uhaul and she was saying we owed more money. We asked to speak to a supervisor and while we were trying to resolve the issue she was speaking out saying things like “i’m getting yelled at and I’m trying to help”. She also said that 90 percent of the time the call center mess orders up, so I didn’t understand why she was giving us a hard time to resolve our issue. The customer service rep should be professional at all times. My issue was resolved after the lip service so that’s why I rated average.

Next time the customer is in South Austin and has to take it North next to Williamson County, after the customer expressly asked to take it somewhere closer in South Austin, this would be ideal. Shea Champagne did not listen to the customer and rushed the customer through having the customer drive the vehicle North to Williamson County causing much confusion.

My reservation was not correct. I got my truck on 1/4 tank of gas so I had to put gas in it and I put way too much becayse I didnt know and you dont give any credit or anything for returning the truck with more gas then when you got it. Oh but you charge an arm and a leg if it has anything less. No thanks. Will not use uhaul again.

My reservation was for the Baytown location where I live. The equipment I reserved wasn't there and I had to go to the Pasadena store to get it. What good is the online reservation if the equipment is not there? This is the second time I have had this issue reserving online equipment. The Baytown staff was slow and not very helpful at all. It took over an hour for them to figure out my reserved equipment was not there....

I reserved a pickup and a car transport. I was told of two nearby locations that had the equipment I needed so I chose the location on Red Bluff in Pasadena, Tx. Upon arriving I stood at the counter waiting for the representative to complete a telephone call when another associate walked passed me stating, “ She will be with shortly.” The representative completed her telephone call and began to assist me. She informed me the truck and trailer I prearranged would not be available to me stating the truck was not capable of towing my vehicle. I wasted 30 minutes of my time and spent $100 more than I was informed of my original reservation.

The lady that checked me out must have been new, better training would be a plus. The truck had a sticker that said it was inspected and in good working condition, but the ramp is extremely difficult to pull out, and the latch for the door is also difficult to unlock to close. The fuel gauge is also faulty as it doesn’t adjust while you’re pumping, I only needed to fill to ”5/8” and went to over “3/4”. I won’t be renting from U-Haul again.

I had just a lil problem With the installer of my hitch ball putting it into the receiver. Installer had to remove cover from the receiver to be exposed. installer placed cover on the concrete and scratched the cover. Also the screws were not tighten up completely and were lost on my trip. These were the screws for my hitch cover

The company advertises $19.95 rental charge for in town use, then charges a second $19.95 "rental rate," so I ended up paying $50 for 45 minutes of truck usage. The young lady I first spoke to, Josephina I think, told me there weren't any trucks available at this location, then double booked a truck from a different location. When I called to get it fixed, I spoke to the outside sales dept. and there was a truck available at the original location the entire time, making me almost miss my move out deadline time.

The trailer was well maintained and served its purpose. It wasn’t clean, but I don’t care about that. That staff at this location provided truly “above and beyond” service in helping get a hitch and ball installed and the trailer hooked up. I will rent from UHaul again because of the service I received at this location.

I moved in July of 2018. Left a living room set and a bedroom set. Ended up losing the sofas and king mattress to mold and mice. Mice droppings covered the entire floor when I got everything out.

The staff was so friendly and helpful! I had an indoor unit and the halls were very clean, no sign of any pest activity in my unit. They had a controlled access gate they removed, but my stuff was ok.

Facility is ok enough. They get really busy and overwhelmed. My negative revolve around one particular staff member who would always disappear. Left me standing there 40 min upon move out. Not cool.

There were roaches all over the place and it also smelled of urine.. I paid extra to have 24 hour access and yet the sliding door to my building was ALWAYS locked after closing time HUGE inconvenience

The first month I paid $150 for a 10x10 That’s the price for a 10x15 Which is what I had asked for When I measured the storage it indeed was a 10x10 STILL NO REFUND FOR OVERPAYMENT. YOUR FAULT
