The lack of elevators is inconvenient and the way payments and billing is setup is rediculous. I would recommend public storage but not uhaul.

The reason I said no to the second question was due to not well lit. It was secure but there was not a light inside the unit I rented or outside the unit. Sure the hallway was lit but not good enough for my unit. That question should have been separated. Thank you.

I came back to move my stuff out and found some of my shoe and other cardboard boxes were wet at some point. I wasn’t told about any accidents or water issues in the building. That’s my only complaint. The storage served its purpose.
