So many communication issues. As rushed to get the containers back early because of Thanksgiving. The driver continuously text me changing dates and asking if the containers were ready. Driver got truck stuck and the damage to my property was unacceptable. There was a place to turn around in. The truck should've never been in that part of the yard. Awful. Also way too many blankets. The girl that took the reservations put everything in wrong. Then there was constant miscommunication with when my containers needed to be picked up. Those issues were rectified. I was rushed due to the holiday. The damage done to my property today was unacceptable. There was an area to turn around and the truck should not have been turning in the area that it did to begin with. What a stressful process this was for no reason.Heather G.
Everyone was friendly and polite. My biggest concern was the lack of moving supplies, ie..furniture dollies to rent, moving blankets to rent. It was recommended that I go to location on Bigelow Blvd to rent furniture dollies. Lady at Bigelow location was rude, non attentive and needs a new job. Friendlier staff, clean trucks in working condition. In the truck I used, there was a 12 inch metal plate in the middle of the truck bed that was not secure. If you stepped on it, it would depress about an inc or more, causing an injury/tripping hazard.James M.

I would recommend that the inside windshields are cleaned. I picked this vehicle up in the dark and drove it an entire day in the sunshine. I am told old and don't the agility to crawl onto the dashboard to clean the inside window. Other than that, it was perfect. The STAFF is absolutely THE BEST.NANCY O.

Don't put the dolly in the truck unless customers ask for it. It takes up precious moving space. And if accidentally moved by items during transit, would cost customers money they had no intention of spending. It's a sneaky thing to do.Douglas B.

The pick up side of things and transfer to Philadelphia went smoothly. However the delivery and pick up process in Philadelphia of the container was horrible. The trucks "change engine oil" warning light came on, because of this I do not consider the equipment to be well-maintained. It wasn't a problem for me. But it could become a problem for the vehicle or a future costumer, as proper vehicle maintenance, including resetting the warnings after proper maintenance should be expected from a vehicle rental facility.Matthew H.

This is regarding the location in 3700 Bigelow Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15213. Initially, I had made a reservation on this location for my U-Haul. However, when I got there and showed my international driver's license (from Colombia), they refused to rent me the car since, according to them: "they were only allowed to accept international driver's licenses that were on their system". I don't know what classifies to be in their system but they always refused to rent the truck. That's why I had to go to Liberty Ave. I'll make sure to not go to Bigelow Boulevard U-Haul location again.Juanita L.

Upon move-in, I experienced a love/hate for the wood floors. While I absolutely love the beautiful old wood flooring, there are areas that are missing chunks of wood and are in need of repair. These areas make the carts vibrate so badly that it shakes things off the cart, leading to the major annoyance of having to continually stop to pick up the stuff that had fallen off, and the possible damage caused from it. Maybe softer, more shock-absorbing wheels on the carts might be the quickest, least expensive solution. Everything else about my move-in was great, and I would highly recommend this facility to anyone. Jayla was especially awesome and incredibly helpful.Bruce F. | First Impressions
