This is probably the cleanest and nicest Uhaul location I've ever experienced, and I've been in a few over the years. The U-pods we were unloading were left in the warehouse and they backed the moving truck to the loading door, so that we could move our stuff from the pods to the truck in the shade. I will definitely recommend this location to others.CALEB L.

This was not the pickup location that I had requested when I reserved the truck. I was not notified of this prior to arriving at my (incorrect) desired pickup location. Furthermore, I was asked to resubmit ID photos that I submitted days prior to picking up my truck. It was explicitly stated that if I submit these photos in advance that I wouldn't have to do this on the pickup day. Please fix the language and notification methods in your system.Brian J.

Seems very unorganized and there were never any clear communication on return process. Some employees seemed uninterested and over worked.Cole K.
Waited for 20 minutes before any help shower up after ringing service bell. U-Haul.com/share was not working for me. It was unable to find my order number. So I dropped my keys and left. Wife was able eventually find my order number, then we had to use the geo location so we had to return to U-Haul location. Was unable to take picture of fuel gauge. The workers should probably have explained a few steps about the app or maybe some key notes to ensure nothing goes wrong, or maybe a flier.Donald R.

I drove 46 miles and put four gallons of gas in before returning. Was quoted 12-13 mpg, so this seemed appropriate. They claimed the truck had half a tank when I picked it up, but it was more like 1/4. They charged me for EIGHT gallons of gas, over $50. This is on top of the four gallons I already put in. I explained to the technician how this made no sense (12 gallons of gas for 46 miles), and he agreed, but said there was nothing he could do. He said it was my fault for not catching their mistake. Feels like an absolute scam. Will avoid this location and spread the word unless refunded. Would have been a 5-star experience, but they straight up stole $50 from me.Jacob S.

Arriving home with the 6x12 trailer I picked up, I noticed the right rear tire was half-flat. Also realized the 2 bed bags i had ordered online were not there (possible mis-communication with desk as I also ordered some furniture bags in the store, so could have resulted in the bed bag oversight. Not to upset about that). Brought trailer back. Worker filled tire back up and away I went. By the time I reached my destination, wheel was flat again. Not a problem as I just rolled into a gas station to fill it up. Could have been an issue though. A new trailer should have been swapped out or a new tire. I should have been more adamant possibly, but so should have the employee. I'll still be back to the Plymouth, MN store. The guys working there have always been helpful. DougDouglas W.

This was my second visit to this location and I have been impressed with the customer service on both occasions. They make everything so easy. I will be doing all my vehicle/trailer rentals at this location.John P.
The self check-in needs improving. The rate should be based on days rented. If I am paying for a day, don't charge me for more than one day, if I though it would have it back in 8 hours, but it took me 10 hours. It was still only one day. In addition it did not take into account I disputed the gas gauge in the check out tool, so it wanted to charge me extra. In the end I could not use the after hours return because the system tried to over charge me and I needed to wait until the location opened.Todd R.

If I could give a negative review I would. I literally had NOTHING go right with UHaul other than the truck was actually there when we picked it up. Of course it didn't have gas, NO moving blankets, No 2 wheeler. Our packing supplies we ordered only the boxes showed up, no packing tape, bubble wrap, or any of the other smaller items ordered to move... I called to have them looked into and resent. NEVER did receive them. Had 10 people there to move here and we were still running to the sore getting more supplies to finish the kitchen. Getting someone to talk to on this was HORRIFIC!!! Kinda hard to move when you have to go out several times to get the product you ordered and it never came. Then the other thing that I thought was crappy is that I bought 2 padlocks in Custer, SD to lock the truck and put on the storage units. I found out they have to be a certain kind of padlock. NOWHERE does it tell you this. I am really disappointed with UHaul and would never recommend them to anyone. Not sure how they have stayed in business this long, but I will use any other company for the second half of my move OTHER THAN UHaul.Kim H. | First Impressions
