Perhaps have someone nearby when equipment is returned so vehicles aren't backed up. Minor issue. The trailer I rented was in good shape with new electrical harness which was reassuring. Thank you.

I am disappointed that I was charged a full extra day after arriving 14 minutes past my 24 hour rental. Leaves a bad impression and seeing as this was the first time I have ever rented from this location, it will most likely be the last. I guess you already have all the customers you want.

Check in was good but the vehicle I received did not match the paper work. Guy at check in was nice and professional. Guy at check out that came to the vehicle to do paper work was rude and condescending.

I LOVE 💘 KAYLEE. You can tell her I said it. The crew here always treats me wonderfully. I have medical issues that limit me and they always make accommodations and help me. This store deserves bonuses for the employees.

Only 2 of 3 people onsite followed covid protocol. The person checking out my wife and I was fast however when my wife asked why he wasn't wearing a mask, he answered "it's overrated". No postage on location for masks required inside. No sanitizing station easily viewable for processing vehicles. The inside compartments of vehicle had items from previous customer. Government mandate states everyone indoors must wear mask. As customers we have to follow this whether we agree with it or not. What makes this employee above the law?

I'm very upset with the behavior of your staff at this location. Your agent did not explain to us the contract. We were charged $20, since we dropped the truck off at night and did not check-in online. When we called the customer service, your agent at the call center said that this was explained to us. But when we were picking up the truck your agent never said that. In fact the call center rep said that I was lying and that I was trying to get away with $20. I am very up set with your service. In future I'll try to rent from Budget or Penske or other renters. It's time to try another company. So Long Raj

I had rented some items and my Uhaul was empty. There were not many workers at the location so I had to request the items to them. I don't have an issue with this, but since the whole process is so automated with the cellphone and you need to verify items, take pictures, check mileage, etc and it gets a bit overwhelming, then UHaul should also make sure that all the items that the client requested are inside. That would be something that probably can improve the experience.

Put up signs where you want people to park equipment. It would be a better option than treating people rudely when they don't park where you want them to. The supervisor was a complete jerk to me. Even my head in the stars sever year old granddaughter asked why he was a jerk to us. The rest of the staff was helpful.

They were very friendly and super easy to work with. We've been debating on whether to buy a trailer, but thinking will just continue to rent. It was such an easy process!

Unbeknownst to me the running lights did not work. I was stopped by the highway patrol and given a warning ticket. I called to drop off the trailer which they would for $325 which was outrageous. All uhaul would say is you are responsible for the trailer once you leave the lot.
