Explain the process to return the truck. We did not realize a e-mail describing the process would be sent and returned the truck without realizing all of the steps explained in the e-mail. We had to go back to the drop off site and complete the steps. Since we had already returned the key in the drop box we could not take all of the pictures that were requested. Also very difficult to down load the pictures to send on our phones.

That was the easiest rental I've had, really! I got a great van that was clean, new, totally simple to drive, had awesome visibility. It was a very reasonable price, I pre-registered before I got there so it was ready and took maybe 5 minutes to get my van. Amazing. Thanks!

Store opened half hour late. Very nice employee informed us his manager hadn't shown up. Eventually the employee let us in and started taking orders. But one person, on the last day of the month, was NOT enough to process the line of people.

Oh, the only thing I was unfamiliar with was the vehicle didn't have power mirrors. It took me several minutes to figure out how to adjust the mirrors. I wish the person who took me to the vehicle would have told me how to do the mirrors as I asked if they were easy to adjust. He said Yes. Yet, easy to me is power mirrors. I finally figured out how to hand adjust them. Not a major complaint, yet I'm glad I had a friend with me to adjust the passenger side mirror otherwise that would have been more difficult to do by myself. Thank you. In the future I'll ask a better and more specific question about the mirrors.

We rented a smaller open trailer with a tailgate/ramp. The tailgate/ramp was very heavy but useable, however the weight was made worse by the hinges which had not seen oil or grease in a long, long time.

I had reserved moving blankets for our move. When I arrived at 7:15 AM in the morning for an early start, they did not have the blankets that I had previously ordered which I was counting on for our move. I was not a happy camper!

A week before I needed the trailer I visited and made the reservation. It was a good experience- the service people were friendly and helpful. The day of the rental there were two workers- one helpful and friendly, the second couldn't even say, "morning" after I greeted him. WOW- crabby attitude. Other than that- it was a very good experience!

Im a little upset that the tank wasn't full when I picked up, so when I went to put gas in I over filled by about 1/4 of a tank but it was not reimbursed when I returned.

I was allowed to order a dolly and moving pads from the website even though I was doing self pickup. I didn't get notified by the location that this wasn't an option and that these items wouldn't be in the truck, meaning I had to call customer service to find out what happened. I had been charged for the items and by the time customer service said anything about trying to find the items at another location it was already too late.
