I was at facility from 12-1:30 on Saturday 3/15. I had two storage lockers and went to one. I interfaced with 4 different employeees. 1. To get help fixing a stuck door. 2. The young man who fixed the door. 3. A woman who was cleaning out an abandoned locker. 4. An employee who helped close my account 1904. Every single employee that I dealt with could not have been more professional, more helpful or more kind. When I drove away with my young friend who was helping me move boxes I said Uhaul really knows how to take care of customers. I’ve been doing Customer Service for 40 years and I had such a great experience there yesterday. I wanted to make sure I took the time to share it with you. That said, the cleaning person is amazing and exceedingly hard-working and pleasant. Strong Recommendation: have your male staff attend diversity training on how to talk with females. We are leaving u-haul because we found a lower price for a larger unit. Thank you.

I was short on money & I couldn't make my payment. They will work with you and not take your things. And they also won't load you down with crazy late fees. They're the Best for storage and truck rental. I give them the highest rating I can. I recommend them 100%. Never did I ever have one problem with them Uhaul 100% Public Storage -25%

The indoor loading dock with different unload heights is much more convenient than other storage facilities I have used. And something as simple as access to free carts makes a huge difference in the experience of moving in or out.
