The young lady that helped us on Sunday was polite and very helpful didn't give us a hard time. She attended to us so fast and our experience with her was relaxing. When a person needs to move you already have enough concerns and need to feel relaxed when renting a van truck or what ever. She was so amazing and truly appreciate that she was well trained.She was a lovely person she attended to us so fast it was amazing. Easier access w/ use of lockbox! Neither I nor two others were able to get into our lock boxes and also the system was down for most of tge weekend.,We weren't able to connect w/ anyone to inform them thst we needed an extra hour on Saturday and therefore had to keep the truck for another day. While an apology was good, a di$ count would certainly have been a good gesture.( don't suppose that it can still be done?!( our Organization rented the van to travel to NJ & CT to p/ u items for our beloved country of St Cincent which has had its volcano erupting since April 9th. I had to figure out how to turn on the lights and still wasn't sure if they were on high beam or parking. Whenever I turned the truck back on it took a few tried because the spark plug light and the oil light would come on and then it would shut off, then I would put the gear stick all the way up a few time before it starts. My place died I couldn't find a USB port in the van, good think my second phone still had some charge, just really bad with the GPS so I got a violation ticket making a wrong turn because the GPS went down and I didn't know where to turn. I don't have a car but I will buy a car charger for the next time. So, other than that, everything else was good, thanks.Althea C.

This is my second time renting a truck from uhaul and I love it. However, with the first truck, it was clean and people there was nice. This locati N was beyond that except the truck was dirty. I honestly didn't mind it because it was a clean up I do anyways before I use it.Amjad K.

I lost thousands of dollars worth of items I stored in the Uhaul storage unit due to the neighboring unit illegally storing gasoline. It leaked all over my storage items and I am extremely disappointed and sad considering I am a college student who will have a hard time replacing most of it. Not to mention, I am in dental school and had to store some books and notes that were destroyed. The manager did not respond in a timely manner at all and I had to even send him another email since he never responded to my first one. I understand that he may have been busy, but after I sent my second email to him he responded that he was aware of the incident.. so why not reach out to me or respond if he was aware? I am hoping to get a full reimbursement back. When I went to move my stuff out at night (bc it’s supposed to be 24/7 access) I was saddened to see it wasn’t opened bc the elevator wasn’t working. I would’ve appreciated an email from the storage facility letting everyone know that so I didn’t have to drive all that way just to have it closed. When we went the following day and had to deal with the gasoline all over my stored items, it was unbearably hot and proved that this facility unit is in fact not climate controlled. The only thing I would change is to have air conditioner in the facility. But because it’s an old building, the cost to install one would be astronomical. Anyway, thank you.
