Hire better customer service representatives for your brand. The reps you have currently are not helping the brand and customer service is poor. No walk through of the vehicle after we received the keys and contract. No explanation of the new features on the truck and the best way to get high gas mileage. Paying customers deserve better especially when nearly 500.00 dollars was paid to uhaul for rental services.

The customer service was exceptional at this station. I walked in 10 minutes before closing & the General Manager was courteous & helpful even after hours when I needed to rent a Small Truck. The store itself was organised and clean. I would definitely come back here when I plan on moving again.

Business conducted with this location was very smooth. The employee, Hector, was very professional, answered all my questions and explained my contract. Location is clean. One thing was highly disappointing, however. Though the company insists on placing an attached hand-truck in their trucks, it robs you about two feet of storage space. If you detach the hand-truck they will charge you as if you are renting it. Convenient only if you need one. The hand-trucks should be optional always. Lucky for me I was able to fit everything inside even with the hand-truck securely placed upright. Other than this inconvenience, I highly recommend doing business with this company. Oh, and don't forget to get insurance. Life happens.

A terrible experience from start to finish. I will never rent from Uhaul again, nor speak well of your company unless you make good on my situation. You are lucky you are the only real players in this market. You better righten your ship before a competitor comes along because they way you are currently doing business is deplorable. Your online service is horrible. I ordered a 26 truck 2 weeks out of my move . The day before the told me no truck available and offered a 15 truck . After hours of arguments I ended up get a 20' truck from a total different location and had to return there. Also after I requested a one way . I drove over hundred miles , I will never suggest I haul to anyone . The worst service around , that's is not nice to do that , it's hard enough to move them to change the truck and location. It's like no one will ever read this or get back to me for an apology. So your wasting my time now also . I'll will Shame your company until I die . It's not a good thing to do . The general George Parker was extremely helpful in the days leading up to my rental and again the morning of the rental. I had several questions about picking up my truck early and he answered all of them, calling me back on at least 3 occasions. While in his store to pick up my truck, I watched him (while taking care of me) also handle a disgruntled customer with complete calm and cool and defused a potentially ugly situation. Many thanks George as you made a stressful moving time better. You should be giving training to all customer service folks. One problem that we did have was with the smart phone app to pick up a truck after hours. It did not work as advertised and George couldn't figure it out either but certainly not for lack of trying.

The staff at this location were extremely helpful. My reservation had been changed from a different location originally, and the General Manager and staff at 780 E 138th St made sure that everything ran smoothly and were extremely accommodative. The GM and Staff deserve high accolades.
