I went to 3 U-Hauls because their inventory was not accurate. Central scheduling send me to pick up a truck and that location didn’t have any.

Truck had dead battery and no other truck was available so I had to get a van which caused me to make additional trips therefore causing more expenses because I used more mileage and they overcharge me in mileage $1.99 per mile instead of $1.79. Very bad service will never use again.

The worst location ever..they tried to rip me off with $100 for cleaning which we made sure it was 100% clean..and the other location would charge you $25 I don’t know where the Fuk this location come up with $100 for cleaning and it was clean..they thought I don’t check my account Fuk you u haul 138st people if you pay with your card make sure you check your account

I was charge a lot just to go from 137th cypress to 134th bruckner 2xs. Noway could it have been 10 miles. I was giving a receipt going not giving my close out receipt my receipt states 31.47. I was told i went 10 miles my charhe was 42.??? But my receipt states 31.47. I did informed the manger hopefully he will look into matter. Contract # 95896397

I had a big problem with no rentals at E. 102 ST and Lex AVE WAS SENT TO EAST 119 ST BET OFF 1ST AVE THEN TO EAST 229 E.117 ST. I HAD A TRUCK ON HOLD BUT IT WAS GIVEN TO SOMEONE ELSE..GOT THERE ON TIME...THIS CAISE A BIG DELAY WITH THE STORAGE PLACE IT WAS SET TO CLOSE AT 4PM...I GOT THE TRUCK FINALLY AT E. 138TH ST. It was 145pm..I started at 1030 am trying to get truck...I HAD TO RUSH AND COULD NOT GET THE FULL USE OF THE TRUCK..NOW I GOT TO GET THINGS DONE THE BEST WAY I CAN..JUST TO LET YOU KNOW..

Have enough vehicles on hand for your schedule reservations. Having to push back your day by 6 hours because you don't have a truck is beyond unprofessional. And you made me pay full price? It's a racket

When I call to make the reservation, I was sent to the worry location and when I call to talk to a reservation supervisor she said sorry the person who made your reservation is in a different state. Spent a lot of money running around after being sent to the wrong place. Would never use it again Nightmare

The personnel at the location was helpful and friendly. What was really horrible is the run around I got before I could obtain a truck. I selected a novation close to my home to pick up the truck, received a confirmation that my request had been processed only to arrive at the location to hear they didn't have a vehicle for me. I had to call customer service (what a sorry excuse for customer service), then I was told that I had to go to another location 10miles away to to get the truck. So I called back "customer service" to see if I could get a closer location, I was transferred waited 20mins for someone to pickup the phone e only to me that I was transferred to the wrong location, so they transferred me again 25 minutes later someone picked up the phone, to tell me...you guessed it, I was transferred to the wrong persons. Thankfully that agent was kind enough to wait on the line as she tried to correct me to the right person. But that was the end off any sort of attempt to provide good customer service as the person I was transferred to literally told me I was just holding up her line and she had other customers waiting for her to answer their calls. UHaul, you invest heavily in your fleet, how about backing that up with quality customer service. This was such a horrible experience.
