I've used this location twice so far and plan on using them again. Always someone to help me with concerns and very easy check in and return.

They rushed the transaction and didn't do a walk around rental with me. The previous trailer issues link expired before I could use it and and they used my liability insurance towards it. When I went to return on the self mobile rental, the link had expired and the hold time on the main line was over 10 mins. The site did loan me a ball and trailer light extensions. All they asked was I leave the extra non-rented equipment in the trailer. If you do not use the app, it will not register your phone location and not allow you to return at the appropriate time. Checkin guy was unkind. Rental guy was very nice.

I left my cell phone on Christmas Eve and decided to pick it up the day after Christmas. In the mean time, someone there answered my phone (why I don't understand) and told the caller, "Anyone can pick it up." This resulted in much embarrassment for me because I had to open the door to someone I have nothing to do with. I felt obligated to say "thank you" while feeling completely shocked and uncomfortable.

Truck was not clean. The cup wells were filthy. I was worried the cab was not disinfected. I don't like the policy of the 16th gas levels. When I put gas in the truck, from 5-6/16ths, it went to half for $7.00. I put in $3 additional $ and the meter did not move. I had driven 48 miles. Young man at the desk was nice and efficient.

I am a military personnel and have orders to transfer to California in December. I have had the unit since August. On 11/18 the military set up a moving company to get all of my things, when I opened the door to my unit I surprised to find there was water damage! Pools of water was on top of my bins, some of my boxes collapsed do to the water. By this time the unit was basically drying out and creating black mold. My head board is cotton and was also ruined. The moving company had to be rescheduled so I could go through everything and repack/throw away ruined items. I was never notified by phone call or email about the incident. The manager ensured me someone was supposed to call all the renters to come check their unit . I was also informed that a sprinkler system pipe burst and they had to get all the piping redone on the 6th floor. This process was highly stressful and very inconvenient for me. The manager that day however was very helpful and gave me everything complimentary to repack my items and even moved me down to another storage unit that did not have damage so my items could be picked up on 11/19.

The price with quote sould be fixed when not used amount of hours. People don't know exactly how long and miles sould be looked over for better prices but over all fast service and great experience.

I have rented many times from this location. The staff is always friendly, whether behind the counter or receiving the trucks. And the prices are great. I'm so thankful for U-Haul.

I had problems with absolutely every transaction. Problem with pick up location pushed to 33miles away 40mins before pick .Problem at truck pickup. Problem at auto transporter pickup. Problem with drop off. I will need services again in 30days. And I am trying to figure out who I can use to avoid the added stress and delays other than you guys.

We were previously to pick up a uhaul off of Truman road in Grandview when we got there they didn't have the uhaul we rented and was very rude when we asked what we needed to do their response was “call uhaul” and they stormed off to move another vehicle almost hitting ours.

This is absolutely the last time I deal with UHaul. I checked in on the app only to go inside & do the entire process again at the counter. Defeats the point of the app! I was th ere a month ago & was told then to call if i needed more time. So I did & was told I had to bring the rental back immediately. Fortunately, they ended up working with me & resolved it. But getting to that point requires a horrible argument. I called the 1800 number to to ask about this reservation. Nothing was convenient about that. And This morning NOTHING was convenient, incl where I had to leave the truck. The folks at the store were nice & did all they could. It's the uhaul policies that are the problem. Never again!

In the middle of clearing out my storage unit on Monday, the elevators stopped working which made it impossible to move my couch and a few other large items. After waiting to see when the problem would be resolved, I decided to continue my move, leaving the couch in the storage unit to be retrieved when the elevators were working once again. The broken elevator issue created significant delays for my move which resulted in moving expenses that were much higher than I budgeted for. The moving company I hired is paid by the hour and distance driven, so having to wait to figure out what was happening with the elevator and then having to return to the storage unit hours later added a significant amount of time that I would not have had to pay for had the elevator been working properly.

Very friendly staff. The photos of the vehicle on the pre-check had to be declined for all 4 views as there was additional damage. Also, there should be an interior view.

I checked my truck in after store was closed. I put keys in door slot then proceeded to check in truck online. I wasn't aware uhaul would ask for pictures of odometer. I guess make it more clear that check in online should be done before depositing keys in slot.

Check-in process was perhaps too fast, as I had questions for addl line item extra charges, but the check-in person could not go back on his machine and explain the line item additional charges, so I had to follow up after. Location manager was very helpful when I later talked to her on the phone.

The ignition was tricky. It could take a long time to get the key just right for the truck to start. It also had a headlight out which caused problems for us. The inside of the truck was dirty and sticky. At a time when cleanliness is critical I found the dirty mess to be quite concerning.

The only bad thing I came across is the elevator does not go up completely to the 6th floor. It leaves about 8 to 10 inches below the level ground of the floor so had a little hard time.
