Great experience! I was greeted immediately by Ali and Stacy, who then proceeded to help me unload my car from the transporter and store it. The district manager helped me with my storage unit as his representative checked in my truck she wasted no time to get after it . LAMOND R | Overall Experience1. When I was pulling out of the ramp the door was closed on my U-Haul truck and cause significant damage to the windshield and the passenger mirror. 2. On my contract the hours for the storage access said 5 AM to 10 PM, but I was kicked out at seven. 3.it is impossible to pull in to the ramp or back in due to the concrete barriers. I wasted 30 min trying to get the truck up the ramp.
ANDREA B | Online Move InHello, I have used U-Haul for over 10 years have rented a number of storages. My problem is my stuff had been looked through and many of things has been taken. Some of my favorite shoes are missing I had a lot of house hold stuff that’s missing, all of my perfume is missing.some of my son brand new clothing is missing. I know it had to be an inside job because who can steal my stuff without the camera seeing them. I had my stuff there for over a year and a half. I thought my stuff would be secure. I will never use U-Haul again. I I’m very very disappointed. I I’m a God fearing older Women,. And I don’t think that’s is fair for someone to take my stuff.. My stuff had been rummaged through like it was the Goodwill.whoever did it going to reap what they sow.

Daryl W | First ImpressionsOver the 4 years I rented my unit, I did not access it very often. When I did, I wish the hours were longer because I work all day and needed to handle things inside there outside my hours of work. This was the most inconvenient part of my experience.

MICHELLE W | Overall ExperienceI cleaned out a unit and canceled after 18 months and was very disappointed that the manager who checked me out said I could have been reimbursed for 27 unused days if only I had asked her a few minutes sooner. She had my records in front of her and knew my billing date was only 2 days previous but quickly canceled the unit without a word and then shrugged it off with a "too late, sorry." Disappointing.
