Over the 4 years I rented my unit, I did not access it very often. When I did, I wish the hours were longer because I work all day and needed to handle things inside there outside my hours of work. This was the most inconvenient part of my experience.

MICHELLE W | Overall ExperienceI cleaned out a unit and canceled after 18 months and was very disappointed that the manager who checked me out said I could have been reimbursed for 27 unused days if only I had asked her a few minutes sooner. She had my records in front of her and knew my billing date was only 2 days previous but quickly canceled the unit without a word and then shrugged it off with a "too late, sorry." Disappointing.

I was left with the feeling that my property ment something to me, and it was going to be, and was secure until i retreaved it. The thing that i appreciated the most is that they didnt jack the rent up every month like another Storage facility has done to me. YES i do recomend U-Haul to anyone who has to trust your property with a shorage place.
