The manager of the facility was very rude. She act like she didn't even want to acknowledge me when i first came in. She just looked up and starred at me. I had to speak first. She acted irritated when I asked her questions and when i brought the truck back she never even thanked me for my business. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Fairly easy, although I did make an appointment for a 24/7 pickup prior to the store opening, was told it was available, and then was not able to pick it up until the store opened. Besides that, the service staff was great.Levi D.

Your Employee sat there and chit-chatted with other people while seeing me standing here waiting for service. I had to politely interject to even get some service. This was the manager of this office. Her communication with the other staff members was demanding and rude. As a manager myself, I have to say this was very unprofessional and distasteful.Angela R.

I used uhaul for a recent move and I could not have asked for a better company to help me with that. All the mishaps on my move, were made much easier because I chose uhaul. We had pieces of furniture that did not fit in my apartment, so I had to extend my truck rental. Easy every time. (Had to add two days). They also offered one months free storage and that helped to store the furniture so I did not have to set on the side of the road :(. Every employee made my move easier. I was forced to go to downtown KC to pick up the trailer in rush hour traffic. I contracted it at a u-haul business very close to me. I realize that it does say you might have to pickup at a different location. It was hard for me to believe that there were not any other 5x8 trailers closer in KC area. Also, lights did not work properly. Passenger side rear light stayed on unless I unplugged it and right blinker did not work. I had my mechanic in Denver check and was told my wiring was not the cause.BARBARA S.

My husband did not understand that he was not supposed to fill the entire tank up so he put $68.00 worth of gas in the U-Haul. When we were checking it in, the woman helping us had the phone doing the check in outside. It showed a fuel credit for the money we put in which we thought was acceptable since it is our gas and our money. Her boss comes over and says we need to finish the transaction inside where he makes it so that we do not get credited for OUR fuel. This is ridiculous that U haul essentially stole $68 dollars from us. I expect a refund for the fuel we put on.Iszac B.

This experience was the worst I've experienced. First, the rude woman who called to confirm by truck told me the wrong pick up location and then canceled my order. Upon figuring out she had done this I re booked which booked me 40 miles from my original location. Realized the day of my move a re booked, being double booked when I arrived to pick up the truck they did not have one . I then had to re-book, drive 12 miles out of my way... also if you are fazing out 17 foot trucks you should not show them as an option. WORST experience ever that has cost me a lot of money.. I've moved 2 in two week, spending roughly $400 . Bad experience all the way around.SUSAN B.

It was an excellent experience because of the employees. There should have been another person at the counter but the man that was there was doing a great job. It was very busy on a Saturday at 5:00.
