Amazing staff but they couldn’t help me with the code that I had from Long Beach CA here in Redding CA due to the code being invalid I’m thinking it wasn’t I. The system we used the box just one day so I don’t know why the system didn’t work from Long Beach CA and it worked here in Redding CA. So disappointed in the system but great staff in both ends.

Before coming into the cypress/Redding location, my spouse and I were confused and frustrated with our Uhaul experience, thus far. Upon entering the Cypress location, Eric Struble assisted us in a timely matter, was by far the most professional Uhaul employee we have met, and he was able to fully and completely assist us with our customer service needs. He was more helpful than other employees that we observed at the store and he was also extremely personable (smiling and having a smile in his voice), far above what other store employees were treating their customers. In short, promote or give a raise to this young man if you want to continue to have competent employees and have the number of return customers! Carly Russell

The online reservation system has numerous flaws. First it was unable to recognize the city where I would be dropping off. Next it extended the booking on the trailer that I was supposed to pick up at 3 PM. I had to wait additional time at the location until they eventually gave me a larger trailer. The drop off location that was indicated would not accept the trailer and re-directed me down the road.

Do not charge for gas when we have put it in. This is theft and fraud on your part. Cant trust a business who is dishonest and will def not reccomend.

I’m not super impressed by most of the employees but Casey did step it up after he realized I was there. So that’s the only reason I would recommend this business.

At the pickup location it was great, at the drop off location the guy was a jerk. He started call the morning it was due. They don’t tell you it is due back at the same time you pick it up. We had to wait for two days for our place to be ready. What I don’t understand is it was returned on the day it was to be back. But it was a few hours late and the guy charged me another 20.00 which I thank is wrong. It was a very costly trip for me. 912.00 for the trailer and even though it was returned on the day, he still charged more money because it was a few hours late. That is very poor customer service. So I would never recommend u-haul to any of my friends.

Very poor rsponse to our needs, loosing tracking on one of our uboxes repeatedly, store never answers phone, 10-20 minute hold times to speak to 800 number, UBox is still on my curb after three requests for you to pick it up over the last 4 days.

Was told a car dolly for my modified 87 toyota truck would work it didn't. Was charged 75 dollars for something that I didn't even use after returning it. Very dissatisfied with the customer service at this location

The only thing I would say I disagree with is that we arrived and waited over 30 minutes to turn in our trailer and in that time frame we were charged or another day. We made every effort to get the trailer turned in by 6pm and then we have to sit and wait for the clerks and end up getting charged when we shouldn’t have. Disappointing that would cause us to be charged for a day we weren’t using it.

told when I called and made reservation that I had 1 month free and would be charged after June 14. Was charged $90. The first online person hung up on me. 2nd girl filed a complaint. No response yet.

Avoid uhaul like the plague. Uhaul's incompetence took nearly 3 weeks to deliver my ubox. An associate gave us wrong information leading to delays. 3x the scheduled delivery dates were missed.

told by 800# to ask for prorating. Told no. Not uhaul policy. Policy is unfair. 3 days is not a month. No more storage with uhaul upon moving. Uhaul, great for trucks. not storage. Disappointing.

I never actually visited but the staff here and in Red Bluff were quite dedicated and helpful on the phone in arranging the move of four Uboxes and delivery to my home.

Returned calls go to the call center. Every time. U Haul is a disorganized mess. Have not received info from UHAUL that my contract has been completed. 1 UBox came with forklift holes. A mess.

I was given the wrong truck and the truck in my name went to someone else. I got charged twice! BF was given wrong truck. Cockroaches at facility. Sirens were on and frequently lights were off.
