At the last minute, the van was changed because the original van was fenced in by other vehicles. During the switchover, dashboard indicators did not get reviewed. After getting on the road, the vehicle got a flat due to low tire pressure. It took over 2 hours to get a tire change and the store I needed to go to was closed. I paid over $60.00 and was on the road for 3 hours, but couldn’t pickup my item. A complete waste of effort.

Payment for the Credit card swipe didn't work, operator (lady) in there took the physcial card and entered into the system. Later, same day, PAR*SMOOTHIE KING SK for $21. 56 fradulant purchase attempt was made on the credit card. Luckly, the card declined the charge. No where else the card was used after the U-haul rental. Please investigate this and do necessary follow up.

Also, I left $440 in cash in the center console under the cup holder and if the employees found it, they stole it, and if they didn’t find it, it confirms they don’t clean the equipment as thoroughly as they should. I rented another van from this location and it was dirty and had garbage in the same center console.

Patrick BeaudoinWhile the facility is well maintained and staff is friendly, the cost of storage for a small space increased from $74 to $79 to $85 over the course of 2 years. Understandable that U-haul is in business to make a profit, but a senior discount or rate freeze for seniors over 80 who have stored with U-haul for more than one year would have been helpful. Respectable experience overall, but there are other facilities offering small spaces for much less.

Wayne VaughnCommunication. As a first time U-Haul renter I was not explained anything. I know it was 20 min before closing but I was not explained anything. I asked if I could return to a different location and I was told NO. With no explanation or other possibilities. I have U-Haul place 3 minutes from my home, and I had to drive 15 miles back, plus my actual vehicle, to drop it off. In the middle of rush hour and rain. Wasn’t even given instruction on how to return aside from drop the truck and key. Christopher A was no help. I will never use U-Haul again.

And I broght it back with a little extra gas and clean... Over $50 for milage... A bit much but the staff were great and the vehicle clean...

FELINA PERFECTAfter starting the rented van, two warnings displayed on the dashboard regarding low tire pressure for both the right and left rear tires. These items should be resolved by U-Haul prior to renting out their equipment. Upon pressing the information button, I saw that 3 tires were in the mid-50's and one tire was over 70 lbs. Per the actual tire, they s/b inflated to 80 lbs.
