Your personnel at this store was extremely pleasant to deal with and very helpful. She got me in and out quickly, with everything I needed. I will certainly recommend this location to friends and family. A great overall experience!

Waited 45 minutes in line to pick up truck. Only one person checking people in.

Safe move insurance, does not cover accidentally hitting over hangs? Drive throughs? or lost basic truck keys? They keep no extra keys around for rental trucks, even if you had a fee for using? Don't make sense to me.

My keys were left in the truck I rented I called customer service 7AMnext day. They said they would send an email to the store. Went to the store they said the truck was gone and they never received the email. Very insatisfied with the service I received. I still don’t have my keys and I have not heard back from the Inkster location

This location was short staffed on the Saturday we went. two people working a line of 5 people waiting to be helped. One guy filling propane while other trying to hook up trailer to truck for a customer. We waited inside for 25 mins with no worker inside. Although when one of the workers did come in he was pleasant & great at his job and got all the customers out quickly and efficiently.

It was an easy in and easy return

Our original reservation had been at the Plymouth Road in Livonia location, but when we got there to pick up, our trailer wasn’t there as the previous user hadn’t returned it yet. It would have been nice to have been notified and our pickup location changed so we didn’t have to waste an hour waiting to find one and going to a different location.

I scheduled a truck several days before pickup once I got to the location the truck was there but the keys where not! So I had to go to another location and then waited over a hour to get a truck! Which in turn made me us late to pick up our trailer we rented from another location, in resolt they ended up renting out the trailer!!! So now the whole thing has to be rescheduled

Dawn Miner was very good and helpful... Woman on phone (NOT Dawn)was not helpful at all. Didn't need dolly or blanket...both took up space needed inside truck. Was told if removed, I would be charged for usage, Company policy...

Ease of ordering, pickup and drop off are already great. Not sure what else could be done.

I think you should be clearer about the after hours drop off...be explicit and maybe say parking lot is open or which locations have the after hours.

It was ok but could have been better. Short staff when I returned the truck. When checking the truck out the staff was a little laid back. However when I called the staff that took the call and made the order was more professional. Over all experience was average.

Rude and not helpful

Easy process and had no issue when I ran into traffic and was going to be late returning the truck. The worker had no issue with me returning it a half hour later

I have advice for anyone renting a truck here. Bring your own floor mat. I swept out the back of the truck but left some dirt in the truck from my boots. I was charged $25.00 cleaning fee.

We returned our truck about 15 minutes prior to closing and had filled the gas tank back up a quarter mile away from our final moving destination. We unloaded thetruck, then took it back to the uhaul store which was only 3 miles away from our house. When we got there, we were charged 8.50 for being “two gallons short” in the truck. When my fiancé tried to show them the receipt that he had filled the truck up earlier in the day, the workers response was “well that was earlier in the day.” We hadn’t even driven the truck but 3.25 miles since filling up the gas tank to full and yet got charged for a shortage in gas.
