I droped the trailer off a day early and then they call me and tell me I didn't return it the next day had to wait on the phone for about 20 minutes why they went at yard and look for it and then when they did send me my receipt for it and we see shows a different price I paid they're what they charge me

The lady that did my contract was awesome,down to earth, explained everything well. My problem came when the truck was checked in the next day I was charged double. After 45 mins on phone I get refund 3-5 days later after someone else's mistake.

I was double charged because they claimed the van was returned late. However it was actually returned an hour early before they were open for business. I still haven't received my refund for the additional charges. Very frustrating

The parking lot is confusing to customers. It appears their is no parking, you have to figure out that you have to go around all of the trucks, and park on the other side. Overall, this was a convienient and efficient pick up. Return was different. I was called and told that I did not return the dolly, We did not rent a dolly. I was told that the truck had not been returned, but we had dropped it off by 10pm the night before. So onsite people do not communicate well together. Overall, not bad. Would recommend to friends and family.

The employees were very friendly, very helpful, and extremely courteous. I am so glad I went to the office located in Redford on Inkster Rd. As a matter of fact, I’ll be using their service yet again (really really soon). Everything was in its own place. The building inside and out was very well maintained.

The odometer was not recording proper mileage and the gas meter was not properly gauge. drove at max 13.7 each way total 27 plus additional 1.5 or 3 mile total of 30 mile ye they charged for 42 mile, 12 mile way over the actual mileage. further the gas was at 1/4 in tank a they charged me to fill up even though I added $12 in gas

Upon my arrival I had to look for an employee. After not locating an employee I had to contact the general manager to get assistance.

To the next customer, I would say: You're on your own. You will have to determine for yourself that your towing hitch is hooked up right, and that U-Haul has included the essential "ball" part. You will be the one to ensure that chain is not dragging & sparking for hundreds of miles.

I was charged for cleaning of the inside of the uhaul, pictures was taken from someone else uhaul and I was charged. I ended up just leaving the supervisor insisted it was the right uhaul. I WAS RIPPED OFF!

The only problem I had is the fuel gauge needle was below the full mark and when I filled up the tank with gasoline the fuel needle went above the (F) mark something wasn’t normal. Thanks

Very slow. Stopped in on 3 occassions and waited in line for far too long each time. Also, even though I reserved a vehicle a month ahead of time, it was not available and I was “upgraded” to a larger truck that was more difficult to drive and consumed far more gas on my 1400 mile journey.

the man at the counter was a little put out by the fact that we had come in 2 cars. he said they were short parking spaces, we rented 2 trucks so one would think 2 spaces should be fine. if other people individually rented each truck they would each have a vehicle so not really sure what the problem was. we ended up leaving our 2 cars there.
