The "traffic" person from Nevada who tried to get me to take the trailer 2 hours out of my way was miserable to deal with. But I called back Redwood City, they cleared things up and everything worked out great.

No one was available in the office to help, then when I found someone to help by going outside and looking around that person had a terrible attitude. Not helpful at all. Whoever is in charge needs to provide some customer service training!!!!

Needed a Jump start for my TOW vechicle, Policy stated UHAUL cannot do this? for insurance reasons. I find this to be troubling. A simple jump start can not be conducted.

Printer didn't work. So I didn't read the agreement which lead me paying for wrong service. I wanted to leave the truck in a different location, but I wasn't informed until it was too late. I had to waste hour of my time and extra 12 dollars on bridge toll and about 5 dollars to drive extra car. This was bad experience.

We had our pickup location change multiple times and then finally when we got to Vallero, Belmont to pick up the truck was not up to the mark. We were at that point re-directed to Redwood City U-Haul -- which is was a great experience!

Picked up my truck, and there was no gas in it. Customer service representative offered no help other than a, "take it or leave it", attitude.

Wanted to let you know that Nick was amazing. The computer system was down and an older lady was really hassling him and he kept his cool all while processing several people at a time to speed up the process. He is a GEM!

I rented a pickup truck with a 2" ball hitch, and they didn't put the cotter pin in the hitch pin. Good thing the equipment rental company that I used noticed the missing pin and rented me another hitch. I feel that this could have been a major problem possible killing someone on the road.

We waited for more than 20 minutes inside. I went out to ask for help and he said he would be back I a sec... 15mins later he arrived looked at my easy check in and got us settled and we left late to meet our movers. It took no time once he helped us it was nice but also frustrating if only they would have prioritized the costumers inside Vs the truck dropping off furniture pads I went out to ask for help and saw them moving pallets of the stuff! While we waited inside.

It's a real dick move to give customers a van with a near-empty gas tank. I was moving stuff up a mountain, so I needed to buy a lot more gas than necessary to make sure I had enough for the trip. You don't get compensated for leftover gas so I ended up spending probably an extra $50. Not cool.

I was wonder why they hold me $10.93 and still not refund after 4 days. I got a reminder call from them when my boxes arrived. I haven’t been to there since moving helpers picked boxes for me.

Lines were long when I returned my trailer. Employees were not able to handle my situation when my Ubox did not get delivered on time, so they gave me the business card of someone to call. Poor.

I had called in and explained my needs. The unit they reserved for me did not even come close, and they had no units that could work. As a result, I lost hundreds of dollars worth of furniture.

Rates are reasonable and the package(Uhaul box) was delivered on time without any damage. I also went with third party moving help provided through uhaul website. Overall good.

The staff at RC facility are amazing. They handle so many people's needs very efficiently + a very friendly manner. Transferring stuff < a U-box > to a smaller unit was tough but doable w their help

The Redwood City U-Haul staff had minimal training on their own software. It took multiple phone calls to get basic information about my UBox, and I was transferred over and over without explanation.

In general, very satisfied with the care taken to my belongings. However, communications between storage facilities and customers should be streamlined (I was called many times).

Unit was easy to access w/ personal card. Website stated that the facility had 24-hour access, but is only open when the front desk is open. Unit roofing was loose, but tricky to access.

The dropoff spot in Redwood City was severely understaffed on Saturday. There was a long line at the desk and only three highly-stressed employees on duty. More staff would have benefitted everyone.

Our Ubox did not arrive at the Uhaul destination .The General Manager in Redwood city Nicholas was very accomadating, he took care of our box, truck and dolly. We recommend Uhaul thanks to Nicholas!

-They hold on to rent checks too long before depositing them -I was called and told that since I moved out on the beginning of the month they'd destroy my payment, but it cleared, now I await a refund
