Getting a storage unit took way longer than it should have, no instructions on how to get in (via the multiple code-entry pads in the back), where to go/find my unit, or any other "welcome/onboarding" experience. Finally found someone else and asked them for help. ZERO friendliness, ZERO care, ZERO reason to return!

It took nearly one-hour for me to officially check-out of two storage rooms I rented for one month. It was not the fault of staff. Otherwise, U-Haul provides solid customer service.
