Although Sarah the manager was helpful the experience was poor. The previous day I had called and reserved a trailer and was told by Rudolpho that someone from U-Haul would call me back that never happened and I missed my deadline for transporting a vehicle. Then when I went to the Roseville location. There was a line of 9 or so people in line that were all frustrated because they had been told that the computers were downs i ended up waiting at least an hour and a half just to pick up a trailer. Then when I went to return the trailer the yard help was rude. There was a man there barking orders at me where to park. It’s obvious that the layout of the park lot is not conducive to a free flow of customers coming through and dropping and picking up. And to make things worse they have all of the trailers in the slopes part of the parking lot and the trucks on flat ground which makes it more difficult to pick up and drop off trailers. The trucks that have “PARK” or parking brakes should be on the sloped area and the trailers should be on flat ground. This is just plain common sense. The tad person was rude banging on my truck window while I was on a business call. This was by far my worst experience at a U-Haul facility.

Again, only one staff member on duty for such a large facility. And, again, the line out the door. They tried to charge a late fee even though I had been given an extension. Cindy helped me out. She was very helpful. Uhaul, let's do better with scheduling. Also, give your local staff authorization to reverse errors, especially when less than $30.

The U-Haul system is often down. It would be good to see some sort of upgrade to prevent this from happening regularly as it greatly affects wait times and staff is very stressed out when it happens.

The manager of this facility was fantastic, I needed to have a trailer and the blinker was not working. She determined it was a bad fuse in my car and was able to assist so that I could use the trailer. She is why I will continue to use this facility.

I was very pleased with my inside storage unit. It had easy access for cars and trucks. Was air conditioned, and they provided lots of dollies to use. Plus, they have an area where unwanted items can be dropped off or picked up.

The staff was nice and helpful. It was a busy morning, but the staff kept their cool and apologized for the wait. Truck ran smoothly. I was glad we got the 15 footer for one and a half bedrooms. I have already recommended this UHaul location to others.

I arrived an hour early for my rental, expecting to have to beg or wait for it to be ready. It took over an hour just to get to the front of the line. I discovered that their system was down, that it was a normal weekend experience, and that they were renting out trailers and vehicles that were on reserve not keeping them for the people who had reserved them. (This happened to the person in front of me and they didn't have his truck and he had to go to another location to pick one up. NOT A WAY TO RUN A COMPANY! I would not EVER return to this site. When I asked if anyone ever thought to print out a hard copy the night before I was informed that my "Negative Thoughts" were not appreciated and to keep them to myself.

The ratchet straps needed oiled they were a bit rough to use. The rest of the trailer was spot on fantastic. The computers were offline for hours and although there were frustrated folks in the shop, the team worked efficiently and calmly. They did a fantastic job moving us as quickly as possible.

My last Trying to get through on the phone, it took several calls and a total of 20 minutes to get through to speak to someone somewhere! A clear answer was not given on why I was been charged the amount in question. But on another charge for a flat bed trailer, the service was excellent and all the employees that work there have good customer service!

twice i rented trucks and both times gas tank was nearly empty. don't like to rent a truck with empty tank, right off the start getting hit with $200 in gas. why am I paying for $600 for a truck with no gas.

Staff at Wills rd Uhaul in Roseville, Ca was excellent and accommodating. I can’t say enough about the manager - she was top notch. I had a lot if questions and made many calls and she always responded quickly. I had help getting equipment from the Dublin Ca uhaul. They were also accommodating and friendly. The move was from Roseville, ca to North carolina. Pulled a 5x8 trailer. Roseville uhaul was helpful with getting the tow bar and other items ordered. Uhaul in North Carolina was very helpful and drop off was very quick. 5 stars to all UHAUL peeps :)

The movers at U-Haul record me recommended me to had not used any of the blankets and ruined my brand new Samsung tablet refrigerator broke my Milwaukee cordless mower damaged my bronco top and there was other things broken as well. It’s all on video and pictures as we unwrapped it I was nice to leave to get them pizza because the gentleman that showed up said he worked for U-Haul and he does the moving company and I did not need to be there. He knew what he was doing. Apparently, he did not messaged him and they just laughed at me and said that’s what you buy insurance for and I did buy insurance, but no one at U-Haul is willing to help.

I had to store some hibgs gor one month after a long distance move. Everything went great. The staff was very friendly and professional when I moved into the unit, and the facility was in spectacular shape. Clean and climate controlled. I highly recommend this facility for any storage needs.

We were given the opportunity to add a 5x8 trailer to our 10’ moving truck rental. We did not realize that we needed to the photo check out process for the trailer (like we did for the moving truck) before leaving the U-Haul lot. It would have been helpful if we were told we needed to do that. However, when I called the U-Haul location back, the rep was very helpful to make sure we completed the checkout process for the trailer.

Such a wonderful experience! And free storage for a month with a truck rental! Such a wonderful feeling knowing that I could save a bit. Moving is expensive and exhausting. Sara really made the experience enjoyable. She is extremely knowledgeable and articulate. She made this entire process so easy and comfortable. I really can’t say enough how friendly all the employees at U-Haul are. I picked up at the Rancho location and I literally have never seen a cleaner moving truck!!!!! I moved from a storage right on my street but when there price jumped from $35 to $55 I was ok with that them within in 4 or months it jumped to $98 a month I thought that was crazy, plus there staff keeps changing every 3 months I kept getting different responses to my price questions , so I've rented with many times and thought it time to go back to u haul , im glad I did their new storage units are amazing & beautiful .

I was treated respectfully, patiently, given detailed and accurate information, physically shown every step in the process of being able to keep my items safely, & securely stored, tools to aid in that venue including where the bathroom is located, tools that may aid in my storage needs, and the staff & manager were approachable, willing to give me verbal and written contract, easy to understand instructions. They looked for every way to make it adventatious to use their facility, and walked me through the process without hurrying me. It is a exemplary location!

While closing out my account I discovered the hard way my monthly rent was not pro rated. My bill was auto payed the day before I moved out. I was informed u haul doesn't pro rate my bill and I should have moved out before my bill came due. Due to this strange policy I paid an entire months bill although I used it for only 1 day into my new month.

If I could give less than poor I could. My unit was robbed. After talking to the police, it is a regular occurrence at U-Haul. When police try to get video footage etc, the management refuses to help. I see people piggyback in on people, and doors not locked during business hours. When the alarms are tripped, they are turned off I assume by staff. You claim to sell safe storage units, not even close. You should be shut down for false advertising and failing to provide what you are selling. This place is a f-ing joke. I would not recommend this place to anyone. I will NEVER do business with this company again.

Didn’t like the wired ceiling, rat trap that takes up valuable real estate, & the roll-top door design really kills a not even 5x5x10 feet unit; plus it wasn’t conveniently located for my needs (opposite direction from places I would need to frequent the unit).

The staff who helped us was she was not friendly at all. She had an attitude and treated me as an idiot that made my husband nervous. She warned us that "there is no storage for us and go and find storage somewhere else". My husband asked her for a manger she claimed that the manger gone for the day, While she was claiming that the manager showed up and solved the issue, I really appreciate the manager help and he treated me so respectfully.

Trash cans , breaks on rolling carts would be helpful. The latch on my storage unit doesn’t lineup properly making it very difficult to lock but staff came up and helped. There was a little mix up because my phone number came up as a past customer with wrong personal info when i originally set up my account. I didnt notice until lafter i left the office that my reciepts had someone else' name. Luckily when i returned, Jessica the manager was able to adjust any of the discrepencies and all was good.. Best deal in town for temp controlled, secure, new, modern space that even has a restroom..

The storage facility is modern, has amazing access for truck deliveries, and is very conveniently located. In addition, the assistant manager, I believe her name is Layla, was wonderful! The gal who helped me at the Roseville location (Willis St), I didn’t get her name but she had black hair, glasses, and some cool tattoos on her arms and I think she may have been a manager. However, she was tremendous help she was quick, she was kind, and she went out of her way to show me where my storage was when there was a line out the door. She was very accommodating and willing to help me in case I didn’t get the right size storage which was super nice. I’m very happy with my experience here so far.

I booked online and didn’t really bother much with inducements of free lock with purchase of storage online or free first month move in deal…the unit was most important and for us- we got a Great unit. It fit our needs entirely. With Climate Control and keypad entry I feel very secure with our choice💯 Also the Staff- We went to a few locations…were excellent, The woman Alyssa working the counter at the Storage unit on Wills Rd was above and beyond helpful and pleasant, a good charisma that really made me glad to be there.

Turning into the parking lot it gets confusing as to where to park for storage. All the u haul return are right in front of the main office building. Upon arrival one male staff member walks away. I talk to one of the female staff member as to where I need to go to get to the storage, she gets smart with me as to where I needed to go, doesn't even give a tour as I seen other people being shown where to go. She tells me if I exit one entrance and go to the left another entrance goes to the storage, I had no idea, as a first time experience here, it wasn't too great, but I had found my storage unit and was at ease, but in the customer service side I'm very upset and I guess I'll just figure it out on my own .

I took receipt of a Uhaul Box and did not visit the site, however the team was excellent on the deliver and pick-up. Communications were GREAT and the team was very friendly. WELL DONE.
