Great selection & availability, and staff does a good job of getting you out the door as quickly as possible. Can be very busy weekend mornings, but that speaks to the success of this location. I pass by several other locations to get to this one, as they have never let me down!

I filled out the on-line 'pre-check out' paperwork in the hopes it would shorten the time it took to hitch the trailer I rented and get on the road. However, it didn't. It seemed the counter person (very nice and helpful) still had to go through the same issues, again. The counter person, did however, see there were three customers waiting in line and called for backup. Two additional people showed up quickly. Nice! Out in the yard, Larry hooked the trailer to my car. He was pleasant, competent and helpful. He noticed my wire harness adapter was not seating well and my tail lights were flickering. He tested the adapter - it was OK, then ensured the adapter was seating properly and secured it. I had no further issues with the lights. In all, my experience was about as good as it could be with the exception of the duplication of effort on-line and in person. The trailer performed safely and efficiently. So, see you next time UHaul!

The problem was with the reservations. I extended my use of the trailer but somehow they guys where I returned it didn't get the message. A guy called and threatened me with a $50 extra charge since I didn't return it on time. And they insisted I had to return it because it was being rented out the next day. I was 300 miles away. I told him I extended the rental and it was his problem. He said, no, it's YOUR problem. I had to call back and extend it again. I ultimately wasn't charged extra other than the normal charge, but it was upsetting. I had no problems when I returned it, except they did want me to back up the trailer to the shop and that took a while since it's hard to see where it is. My daughter also returned a trailer and she had to back it up, which she had never done. I suggest they make some changes there.

I was traveling from Sacramento to Reno unfortunately there was a snowstorm on the summit thankfully I was able to get through however it would have been nice to have the option of renting tire chains for my trailer.

I rented a truck and a tow dolly it was roughly just under a hundred bucks without mileage I picked it up went to go get the car and the car had been stolen I was thinking well there goes a hundred bucks so I called and I was on hold forever because they were busy by the time they picked up I was already back talk to the manager told her what happened ask her if there was anything she could do to help me with the cost since I did not use the trailer tow dolly I went I believe 15 MI and she was able to help me out she felt bad for what happened and it showed it's in our conversation before she even gave me a discount and with that earned a lot of respect and I will definitely be going back to rent from them you're very efficient very nice and they all had a nice warm smile thank you team U-Haul

The after hours fee is a bunch of crap I dropped it off at 710pm people were still there but the doors were locked What’s the difference if you drop it at night when they still have to check it in when they open

In my opinion you need more help at this location because the line was ridiculous I waited for at least an hour just to return my my rental and took me over an hour to rent the rental in the first place so I think you need more help at this location Deez people are busting their ass to try to help everybody in the lines are out the door and you people have search in my opinion you need more help at this location because the line was ridiculous I waited for at least an hour just to return my rental and took me over an hour to rent the rental in the first place so I think you need more help at this location these people are busting their ass to try to help everybody and the lines are out the door and you people have such greedy pockets that you want more money in your pocket and less employees and you would rather people be standing outside the door waiting for 2 hours to rent a truck when they can easily go to another truck rental place like writer or budget or anywhere else Enterprise you name it and you think they're going to sit there and standing that long-ass line every single time but you choose not to have more help at these location cuz you are cheap unless you do not want to pay for more labor which is absolutely necessary at this location.
