The man who checked us in with our truck was very rude. He was clearly looking to find something wrong so he could further charge us. We just had driven from Phoenix Arizona to Roseville California and the last thing we needed was a UHaul employee treating us so rude.

This is the third trailer I have rented this year from U-Haul. I make my reservations online will ahead of time to secure what I want. Each time the reservation is changed from my pickup place, type of trailer and changing the one way option I chose. Its frustrating to have to spend hours on the phone trying to fix my reservation.

Truck needs new wiper blades and an adjustment to the Governor or power braking system as in slowing down just be removing foot from gas pedal truck would lurch and then nearly stop abruptly with out even touching the brakes.

The issues I had was told twice I would be getting straps for my motorcycle to tie down when I set up the appointment. After being in line for sometime after checking out the guy in back set up my trailer was a little rude I asked him where are the straps he said I've never heard that. Then I had to get back in line and 10 people in line. What s joke I just left and wasted more of my time and picked some up at Home Depot.

I thought the guys at the counter and the guys in the lot were really helpful and provided good service. My only complaint was that the lines were long both times I was there and there was only one person working counter. Seemed like adding another at least to get through long line would have worked. I spent ~30 minutes waiting in line.

The trailer I rented I couldn't even use. I paid extra for a 6'x12' trailer, however, the opening was only 4'9" which was too small for what I needed. I think this limitation should be in red bold.

Waited in line for 10 min with three employees sitting in front of me and only 1 other customer being helped. I have used this location many times and each time the wait is way too long. The customer service associate was also not very nice. I will be looking for a different rental co. going forward.

When you send your equipment out it should meet certain safety standards. In my there was a defective Tire on the right rear of the truck. In addition to that there was a safety warning light on the dash that was illuminated indicating there was a tire problem. When I drew it to the attention of the attendant checking the truck out to me he says quote "oh don't worry about that it will be ok". The fact was it was not ok, after loading the truck I checked the tire and it was obviously low on air. You can't just go to the Corner Gas Station to air up a tire that requires 80 psi. I had to locate a truck stop where I could put a sufficient amount of air in the tire. I was very annoyed. In addition when I went to leave for my first trip it was dark and when I started to go my neighbor says hey your headlights burned out great driving on winding roads with one headlight. You should have some kind of checklist that needs to be followed every time a piece of equipment goes out no exceptions.!

This U-Haul location is what it is. It is an old metal building on a gravel filled lot. It uses a porta potty for the restroom. The staff was helpful.

The gas that was in the truck was not enough to get me over the hill. I was assured not to worry that what was in there was plenty, but I ended up paying $4.50/gal on the top of the mountain. Other than that they were great, helpful, professional and coordinated.

This store is under staffed. Made 3 phone calls. Put on hold by robo call. No one picked up probably because they’re shorthanded helping the many customers standing in a line waiting. Good employees there. Working hard. Get them some help.
