prices are borderline false advertising, we rented a truck that says 19.95. we drove the truck 50 miles total and walked away with spending 75.00. How does that make sence??

Ok here's the deal. You have technology for early check in - that was fine so I checked in online early. Now only to get there at 8:50 am for my 9am checkout and stood in line behind 9 prople. WTF did I do early check in if I have to stand in line? It took me 40 min to get to the counter!!!!! Can't you people have an already checked in line??? Pretty stupid if you ask me. Get your lame brain management team to come up with something better!! Only good experience was the van I rented was brand new. But you guys need to get your technology aligned to the reality of the time that it takes at the counter. No point to check in early. The process still takes too long

On a previous visit they promised Customer Service would call me regarding filthy moving pads which originated from a different location...Galt. All three dozen pads were caked with mud and leaves. Nobody ever called to compensate me for the disgusting pads which were completely unusable.

Contract showed a 12 hour rental where I expected 24 hours. So I had to change my plans and I brought it back in less than 5 hours.

I was offered a special rate of $150 for three days. If I picked up on Thursday. I explained to the CSR that I could not pick up on that day do to my work schedule. She then offered my reservation to pick up on Friday and returned on Monday. Upon picking up my truck on Friday I was told my rate would be $179 due to late pickup. I was charged $231 total. During the next 48 hours I was continually harassed by multiple emails regarding multiple return locations. I contacted customer service on multiple times being disconnected and put on hold for more than 20 minutes. I requested a full refund of $231 and was finally directed to return the truck to 333 sunrise ave. on Sunday and not my scheduled time on Monday. I ask for adjustment but was denied. Instead I was charged $67 for mileage. I have been a long time customer of Uhaul for many years and have never received such poor service. I am respectfully requesting a full refund of all charges. Properly TRAIN your employees! Better customer service! Not only did the receptionist LIE about my charges she OVERCHARGED me & had an attitude. When i returned the Uhaul the guy checking me in had a terrible attitude as well - when I asked a question he argued with me about his job. A simple question & he flew off the handle. I will NEVER come back to this location nor will I recommend this place again!

Unless you can keep it from raining cats & dogs, nothing I can think of. The guy was very helpful and got very wet. I felt I had to get out and suffer with him, so I did. He was very nice about it all.

Only had 1/2 tank of gas and the one I took in for a bigger truck had 3/4 tank of gas. I was screwed out of a 1/4 tank of gas. Bad business. If you ask me.

2 hours before pick up at my location I get a call my truck is not available, I am sent to another location for pick up. I called U-haul customer service to find out if it is 'close' to the location I was previously scheduled and informed it is very close but that the dolly and flatbed would need to be pick up at another location. Both locations were 'miles away' and ' very inconvenient' for me to pick up! When I asked U-haul if they would be willing to help out with miles or the inconvenience of not having my u haul, they said there was nothing they could do. My day of moving turned out to be a total disaster, thanks to U-Haul!!! This has happened before! DON'T OVERBOOK! MOVING DAY IS ALEADY STRESSFUL ENOUGH...WHEN WILL YOU GET THIS RIGHT????? YOU ARE A BIG, VERY UNORGANIZED COMPANY!!!!!

Matthew would not take into account that the 1800 number sent me to that location to drop off therefore making me go 11 miles over my limit. Nitpicking about folding cloth when that was never explained and didn't take into consideration I returned the truck with a full tank.

According to you're poster, you owe me a refund. The poster states 100% satisfaction guaranteed, reservation on time.... I waited 20 minutes, my truck was supposed to ready at 10am, I arrived early and had to wait in line. You should have a separate line for customers who book online.

This survey is unfair. Because the issues we had were not with the location. The staff was fairly professional but I was told that if I paid online, I could avoid lines for my pick up. Wrong. I stood in the same line as every one else! Also - I was charged online then I was told I wasn't charged enough and had to pay more. I didn't add anything to the order...so very frustrating. Did not at all enjoy any part of the process. While it was EASY to place the order online - I felt like nothing I read online was true once I got to the store. Felt baited/switched.
