The staff were not helpful or available when I first arrived to drop the trailer. The staff were then rude at first when I tried to return the trailer. Eventually they changed their attitude but I will never return to this location again

I initially leased on line from 9433 Parkfield. That was only a parking lot and attendant was so rude that I just walked away. They should not represent u haul and guy should be fired. Pono at this location was totally courteous and professional. He should on the other hand be promoted and given a raise.

I was told I would not be charged a service fee for refueling and my final bill had a $30 dollar fuel service charge + the cost of fuel. I was also told I did not need to sign anything and was good to go so I did not agree to the $30 fuel service fee.

The African American lady at the counter is very rude and has no will to help customers with their needs. When I returned the truck, she didn't want to check it, didn't want to give me a receipt for charges, and didn't honor the deal that I was given at the time of rental. She did the same to another customer that was before me, she walked way and left him hanging. This is pretty upsetting. I'm not one for writing reviews and complaining but this lady is the epitome of inconsideration and ridiculous attitude. I don't think I will be coming back to this location.

Truck Engine didn't work and I nearly broke down in middle of Florida everglades at night even though I had taken truck back to be looked at specifically delaying my trip to make sure it was in tip top shape. Extremely dissatisfied with the entire experience with U-Haul.

Improper mask usage. All workers either not wearing, or below nose. Constantly grabbing at center of mask with bare hands and touching everything from paperwork to cards being exchanged. Felt so uncomfortable, as I am moving due to losing family to COVID and and trying to be cautious when this made that impossible. Also given a unit that already had a lock on it and that caused even more issues. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on these actions and the manner workers presented themselves in. I am only grateful for the young woman who fixed the storage unit access issue as fast as possible. Although this also left me with a unit in the very back when mine was originally in the front.

Absolutely horrible experience. I did not drive much (28 miles). I refueled prior to returning and even consulted the Uhaul website for the right amount of fuel to add because the truck did not have a full tank. It was a "touch" over 1/4 of a tank. Instead, I get hit with a $55 fuel fee for 7.7 gallons. Sounds like an easy way to make more money after the fact. I was also told this truck was "just recovered" by the gentleman who pulled the truck up for me. The truck did not have furniture pads even though there was a pouch for them. He asked if I would like pads and I declined. Yet, I was still charged for them. I am extremely unhappy with the service I received. I have reached out to the email I was provided with my invoice. Hoping I get a response.

Uhual has turned into an unfriendly company. They managed to mess up my reservation and tried to overcharge me for service. They did correct the overcharge but I had to spend extra time to contact them. Come on Uhual let's get it right on the first try.

The tornado experience was horrible and sad. We had 3 unit’s effected, but the staff was great about helping with the clean out/ damage. Staff has always been nice and helpful is why we have dealt with UHaul from day one! We are a UHaul customer for life! They accommodate us well with all our needs!

I rented a motorcycle trailer on 10/27. I rented it for 8 hours. I picked the trailer up ay 11am and returned it at 5pm. On 10/27 I was charged for a 1 day rental. I checked it in early, in person. On 10/28 at 5pm I was charged for a 2 day rental of motorcycle trailer and my account was charged again. 2 days? I was charged double? Why? I had to call customer service and she said if the person checking my trailer in didn't add notes I would be responsible for the error of the second rental. Very disturbing. I am now waiting for my bank account to be refunded. I am waiting up to 72 hours for U-haul to fix their error. Meanwhile I cannot use the money that they falsely took from my account. I will never use U-haul ever again.

The lady whon where did the trailer to me was exceptional. She seemed to be doing everything in the store most other employees just stood looking at her. She was really very knowledgeable getting vehicles out of the location quickly. I had the exact opposite experience over the phone checking trailer after hours. I had to repeat myself several times because he seemed aggravated he actually had to check me in over the phone. But he didn't do that correctly either I was charges an after-hours fee requiring me to call the next day to get it removed. All of that could have been alleviated if the ndividual would have just put some effort into his work.. the lady I spoke to get the fee remove was exceptional as well

Make sure at least the steering wheel and gear shift, door handles all sterile! The steering wheel was filthy when I cleaned with disinfecting wipes. The drivers visor was missing and I was not instructed how to adjust the passenger side rear view mirrors and couldn't manually move for better visibility. The 2 employees were awesome, kind and professional.

Would add a seating area for customers that are waiting for their service. While I waited for my hitch to be mounted I noticed there wasn't a waiting area. There is one at the Burnet location. Just something I noticed.

I had to return my Uhaul truck to a different location because the one I had originally selected was closed for a week. The helpful attendant let me know I needed to call the 1800 number to make the change. Did so, and they got me checked in.

Upon arrival I was immediately directed to a location to drop off the trailer. The staff member was friendly and helpful. The trailer was disconnected and I was on my way in minutes. This location is not accepting license paper which is temporary.. Due to this I had travelled 1 hour back to home and got my old license.. Even there are no instructions in uhaul website that u won't accept paper licence. This is too bad

Your app for pickup was very slow and cumbersome. It slowed down my rental experience. Luckily, the amazing humans inside made everything work like a dream - Camry was a dream to work with and her manager (the Oregon Ducks fan) was a great boss who took over and did an override to get me out. Your call center takes forever to get on the phone, but the lady who helped me was a true delight to work with me on extending my rental. Great value and convenience as well as pricing - overall you get a solid A. Thanks!

As I pulled up to the location, I got a call asking if I was still going to rent the truck. When I went in all of 10 seconds later, no one was there. Took several minutes for an employee to come in from outside. Mask rules were not being followed by all employees including one employee having covering their mouth only. I know it's difficult on this Texas heat but it made me question if it was safe to ride in the truck.

Again, asking the wrong questions. A well maintained vehicle at a decent location is the bare minimum one expects. Does uhaul wish to be a bare minimum company? Apparently so. Were it not for friends at this location, I would have had my reservation robbed yet again. It happens to me approximately half the time. MOST customers must experience more disappointment. Uhaul MUST find a way to honor their reservations, even if requiring pre-payment. I tried pre-paying and it made no difference whatsoever in giving my reservation more weight. My reservation was still stolen by some other employee/customer. Were it not for the friendly staff at Runberg, I would have found another truck rental option a long time ago. Uhaul must not rest on the fact that they're the biggest out there, because that can and might change. You're relying on customer need, and one day you may need to rely on customer loyalty. Youre betraying that possibility.
