I ordered a truck with an Appliance Dolly. But when I got my truck and came to my location it turned out that the utility dolly is inside. No one replaced it with an appliance dolly, Had to come back on my own vehicle and get an appliance dolly. As a result, I was charged for both dollies. Also, the utility dolly was partially broken. The truck's windshield was very dirty inside. I used the self-service app, returned the truck afterhours, and drop the key to the dropbox but I got the call on the next day with the question - "where is the key?".Yaroslav H.

I reserved the vehicle online and then went in to pick up the truck. The staff was busy, but they had great customer service interactions with everyone I witnessed, including during our transaction. We went over the reservation and the employee went over instructions on how to return the truck. He was calm, quick and very respectful. I was charged exactly what I expected. 24/7 customer support (which has nothing to do with the location I got the truck from) was very disappointing. We were on hold for over an hour trying to get a question answered. Please improve response of the 24/7 support. Otherwise, great experiences getting and using the truck.Daniel M.

Henry Guerra was extremely rude and unhelpful. Walked us through nothing did not add my husband as a 2nd driver the uhaul inside the cab was not clean and he gave us one parked in the tightest spot did not pull it up for us and just walked off after handing us the keyKIFFERIE C.
The lady on the location check only the back lights of the trailer but not the side lights and front lights I told the lady that one light don't work and he told me that only the back lights work that that lights is only a reflector. And al told the lady that why on the passenger side they same â€œreflector was on. He ignored me and walk inside the store. I go back to ask is there going to fix the lights and he told my that is a reflector not a light They need better customer service and tech the employees to talkDAVID H.

My experience with this location was absolutely abominable! First, I let the attendant connect the trailer and they forgot to latch the hitch. Fortunately I noticed at my next stop. Next, I noticed the trailer was pulling harder than usual and not braking very well. I saw the trailer brake actuator was misaligned and decided to take the trailer back before the agreed time, hoping to swap it out. While discussing with staff, I also noted a lack of brake fluid inside the reservoir. This led to a serious case of denial with the manager on duty, Pono. He tried to claim the trailer had been jack-knifed and that the 1/4" of fluid in the reservoir was sufficient. I wasn't gullible enough to fall for his antics, which seemed to raise his ire. He then refused to make any consolation for the fact that I returned the trailer due to safety concerns, even though I wasn't done with it. I was then charged the full amount and they said I would need to go to another location if I wanted to rent a different unit. As a self-employed mobile mechanic, I find the state in which this trailer was rented to be completely irresponsible. The way I was treated was also inexcusable.MATTHEW P.
Only one person working at the location, we waited in line for a while and then when we got our keys, they just sent us out to find it ourselves. We could not find it because it was parked behind other ones. We rented our Uhaul for 10am, and left around 10:45.Gloria M.

I've been to thia place a bunch of times and everything always goes smooth. This time there was a guy who claimed to be a "field manager" covering for the guy that is usually there. This manager was extremely unprofessional. He was ranting about it being very busy that day with gas tank sales because of a freeze (rare in Central Texas) and he wanted to leave already because his shift was almost over. I asked to rent an enclosed trailer and asked if it could be dropped off at the south Austin location, he said the rate for that was higher than dropping it off in the same place and i said it was okay bacause i did not want to drive back to the north location with icy roads at night. Then he "hooked me up with a sweet deal" which i did not ask for, where he was going to charge it as an in-town rental but since he has "special managerial powers" he could let the south location know I was gonna drop it off there at no extra charge. We proceeded through the the process of making the contract, he did not explain anything, he didn't even ask me for a signature like they usually do. He just charged me, hooked up the trailer in a rush and off i was. Hours later I tried delivering the trailer in the south location, they unhooked it and were about to charge me $80+ for delivering in the wrong location! I explained that this guy said he was gonna let them know that i was delivering this trailer gere at no extra cost and they couldn't take it, understadibly. So i drove back all the way north in very bad icy road conditions at night in Texas where people don't know how to drive in a winter storm to deliver it. I know this is an internal feedback and I did not leave negative remark anywhere else because i don't want to adversely affect this uhaul location where they are usually top notch. But i did want to bring this to your attention. If this was my employee, I would fire him immediately! I wish I had his name and or a recording of the transaction that day.OSCAR EDUARDO H.
Absolutely horrible. I literally asked the lady who's an employee named Kameron to come check my mileage and gas (which I re-fueled and have images of proof) before leaving because I've heard how shady U-haul can be. She stated ( it's fine and that we'll take your word for it so I leave. Next thing I know I'm charged an additional $14. I call and the manager said ohhh yeah you were 9 miles over. I then had to break down the math for him 9 x 0.79 and he was amazed with my skills. Fuck uhaul I'll never use you guys again. Over $14 fucking dollarsCHANDLER R.
