Once I arrived the clerk could not find my previous reservation, she called it a contract and then her system wouldn't take my debt card she stated they had been having problems all day. If that was the case why not call the IT department. She wasn't able to take payment by card I had to leave and get $100.00 cash for a deposit per Keith her team leader who was telling her what to do by e-mail. It was an inconvenience for me because I had the movers waiting for me to bring the truck back. I lost about an hour in time. Once I got the truck to my location I ordered a regular dolly and a utility dolly and there was only a utility dolly on the truck. This was not a smooth transition very disappointed in service. We called the day before to confirm the truck we reserved would be at the location we picked, we were told,"yes, truck is here." Get there the next morning and NO truck. Had to go to three locations for the truck we reserved.

I made an online reservation for a 6'x12' utility trailer with a ramp. Upon arrival, no trailer was available and was told I shouldn't have been able to make such a reservation. After waiting 45 minutes for the staff to check with "routing/logistics" to determine where the trailer might be, I had to ask what was going to be done since I had a reservation. Only then did a staff memeber get online and make another reservation, at another location for the same type of trailer. After confirming the new reservation and having had to spend an hour to make the same, I proceeded to the next location. Due to having had a reservation for a trailer that wasn't available at the confirmed location, I called the new location to confirm that the same. I provided the new reservation number and was informed that the trailer was indeed there and awaiting my arrival. Upon arriving at the new location, with a new confirmation and having been informed that the reserves trailer was there, I then discovered that the trailer I had reserved TWICE, was not at the new location. The staff member at the new location explained that my call must have gone to the "call center" as the local phone had been switched over to the "call center". I would note that this was at least 45 minutes prior to that locations posted closing time. Having now made two separate confirmations, at two different locations AND being told by an employee the reserved trailer was "awaiting my arrival" at the second location, and having now spent nearly two hours attempting to pick up a trailer that should have only taken possibly 20 minutes to accomplish, and lastly, being delayed to accomplish my own task for which the trailer was required, I had to settle for a different trailer. Without the ramp, the task required was significantly more difficult and time consoling. I have used U-Haul several times in the past with much satisfaction. However, while this being a single event, the time, effort, and ultimate cost will make me think twice about using U-Haul again. We have an estate sale business and regularly use trailers / trucks.

I showed up to my scheduled pick up location on Burnet Rd and they sent me to the Rundberg location because they didn't have the size trailer I needed at Burnet Rd. I was not given an email or any notification of this beforehand. Also, the trailer was equipped with a 4-way electrical plug-in. Adapters should be provided because 4-ways are outdated. It seemed like I was getting nickel-and-dimed just as I expected would be the case.

Was presented a vehicle without full tank of gas. Drove 8 miles and added $5.00 for gas, or 2.465 gallons, as MPG is unknown to me. Upon return, tank is full. You people show rent vehicles with full tank of gas, or make credit adjustments to those who over spend on estimating gas usage during their rental period because tank is not full at beginning of rental.

Per instructions I was told to return my pick up to the canopy and a associate would facilitate my return of equipment. Upon return, I did so, but no associate was present or appeared. Canopy return area should be actively monitored. I was required to go to office and no one went through return with me.

Al tomar la camioneta no chequeé las millas iniciales (era la primera vez, y en los coches de alquiler no se paga por millas) y al entregarla en lugar de 85 millas, que hice, aparecía 185, dado que la cifra inicial era erronea. Ante mi reclamación la encargada la tuvo en cuenta y sólo me cobró las 85, que realmente había efectuado. ATENCION: chequear las millas iniciales!!!! Agradecido de la atención recibida. Volveré a contratar camionetas con U-Haul.

We had booked the UHaul with pickup time at 12 pm. We got a call that the Truck is not available and will be available at 6:00 pm. We had to wait unnecessarily for 6 hours, by that time the storage unit where we were supposed to move stuff was closing. It was lot of hassle to have the storage unit open. We also did not get the truck from the location we had selected. We had the pick the truck from a location far away so had the pay extra money for the extra miles that we drove the pick and drop the truck. We were extremely tired, as we had to drive back to our town. We wasted 6 hours and got home late in the night (2:00 am) and tired.

I think I was overcharged and nobody has called me about it. I called customer service today and was on hold for over 20 minutes and never spoke to customer service. I finally called the reservations and demanded to talk to a manager who is very nice and tried to help me out it wasn't sure why I was charged as much as I was. I would like for customer service to please call me as soon as possible to resolve this. Thank you

The air conditioning in the truck cuts off and on it was 106 degrees outside no acceptable the head lights are so dim I had to use bright lights ..The truck runs very rough also will not be using u haul ever again ..

Check that the equipment rented and returned is as it should be. I rented a truck and was not told that something had spilled in the back, and was charged a subsequent $25 cleaning fee.
