I rented a 5×10 trailer because on the UHaul website it said that would hold a one bedroom apartment. My daughter didn't have a couch, or a dining room set, no large furniture except a washer and dryer, but the trailer AND our pickup truck camper still didn't hold everything, so we had to rent an SUV at the last minute so we could move everything and have the trailer back on time. Then we were charged for an extra day anyway because my son forgot to take our lock off the trailer and we couldn't get there until after work on Monday to do that. Very frustrating that if the trailer had actually held a one bedroom apartment, like advertised, i wouldn't have had to pay to rent another vehicle ($150)! And that we were charged for an extra day for leaving the lock on when the lot was FULL of trailers, it wasn't like they needed that one to rent out to someone else.

I reserved a truck. I arrived and was told I could only have the truck for four hours instead of until the next day. It was the end of the month. Someone was supposed to call me. No one did. Had to reschedule for two days later to get the truck for the next day. Very disappointed.

Agents rude and slow. I rented there because of location not because of your service. But the customer service needs a re-do. Your super slow and need more Spanish speaking agents so that when a Spanish speaking customer comes in, you don’t make ppl that have been being helped....STOP getting help because the only agent that speaks Spanish is helping a English only speaking customer. In the middle of my transaction, my agent stopped helping me (i was on a time crunch) to help another agent that could not speak Spanish. Not my issue...however you DONT stop helping a customer to help another agent that should be adequately prepared for Spanish speaking customers. When I made the comment that he can’t help her he was already helping a customer, i was ignored and the agent turned and start helping the Spanish speaking customer after waiting over 15mins to get help. I won’t be back unless it’s a situation I can’t avoid. Will be spreading the word though.

They charged me a fuel refill charge. It had a quarter tank when I picked it up and I left with it with just over a quarter tank. I drove 34 miles and put 4 gallons of gas in it before returning it. I didn’t take a picture of the fuel gage when I dropped it off because I thought you ran an honest business. I will not use you again.

the uhaul truck I rented the engine light was on when I got in. so I went in to let the front desk know. she had me wait for 10 mins. but once she got me a new uhaul was 12 mins later but didn't reset my time. but overall it was great service.

Original bill statement online was 74 bucks you charged me 20 dollars more I returned the truck with the exact same amount gas one minute past our 5 pm check in AFTER I had a 12 pm appointment for a truck supposedly there was a service glitch AFTER 15 minutes they did it on a receipt type deal and told us they'd handle it while we were moving stuff like do you charge 20 extra dollars for that?
