This location is awesome. Companies website never works and you are unable to speak with anyone. Well, if you wait 30-40 minutes you can. The Live Chat does no good. You have great people at this location, please make their job easier by keeping your systems and websites running properly.LESLIE H.

It would be nice if you would refund unused days (a week or more) for the units. Also when calling the local storage number, it sends you to a national call center. I had to wait 20 mins to get an operator only to be put on hold again and wait for them to transfer me to the facility I called in the first place.Zola K. | Overall Experience

Have stuff together. I waited 2 and a half hours to get my keys and come to find out they lost the keys so they gave us keys to another truck with someone else's name. Then gave us a truck with empty gas. Then kept us waiting. We were suppose to pick up at 830 got there at 815. Didn't get our truck til 11. Awful experience. The U Haul website advertises that you get 30 miles with the vehicle rental and then you pay $.79 per mile over that. I was not given the 30 miles with my rental. I feel all U Haul dealers should follow the same criteria because I was not aware of this until turning the vehicle in.Wendy L.
Two men were were at their desk but only Will was acknowledging people and helping customers as they came in. The other man simply sat and stared straight ahead and answered the phone. When I approached him to see if he could help me he said I would need to wait for Will. My wait time overall was 30 minutes. There was only another person ahead of me.JEAN F.

Hands down the absolute worst customer service I've ever experienced. Donna was extremely disrespectful. They didn't stand behind their agreement and aren't held to quality standards that a business should be. I was informed that they do not listen to corporate office. They make their own decisions. The initial reason I used this company was a lack of two men and a truck in this area. They charged a cleaning fee when this truck required no cleaning but couldn't produce documentation of the cleaning that was needed. Awful business management.TAMMY S.

The Russellville location is an excellent store. Although the call centers need much work. My call was redirected to an out of state call center, which got almost the entire booking WRONG. Wrong location, (how do you hear Paris when I said Russellville.?) Then the time was wrong. ( i stated 9am "when the store opens on Sunday) but was booked for 9pm.?? The store employees are wonderful and very helpful. This is my 3rd rental in 2 months. I will continue to use this store, but probably not the call centers.!Jo W.
