BRANDON J | Overall ExperienceThe biggest issue has been the Bay or garage door area. I almost think removing the garage doors and putting up bumpers might work better. It's been a great facility other than someone or something breaking the garage doors.
Jennifer C | Overall ExperienceU-Haul storage and rental E. Main St., Russellville Arkansas About three years ago, we rented six 10 x 10 storage units or 3 10x20 units from you. At that time everything was great with the exception of we were told that you had 10 x 20 units. We found out later that they were actually two 10 x 10 units. This is false advertisement. We had a CNC table that was 11 foot long. It would not fit in the unit, so we had to bring it to our home before we were ready for it. Other than that, everybody was very kind and courteous. The units were reasonably priced and access was great. We have overtime moved out of four of the 10 x 10 units within the last two weeks we have moved out of the final two 10 x 10 units. We decided to get out of the last two units because after three years, we were charged a late fee and a letter was sent to the person on file before trying to contact us. This was For the September payment and the bank card expires at the end of the September. The current manager, Howard Durst was very rude to my son and I. He told us that our trailer was parked in the middle of his lot blocking it. That was not true. We have moved the majority of our items by stacking them on pallets shrink wrapping then moving them with the pallet jack. We have a long truck, an 18 foot trailer and a long set of ramps. Our trailer has a winch and that’s what we were using to load the pallets With the pallet jack onto the trailer, We actually were trying to be respectful of people who were, moving small amounts out or in and parking in the side of the lot that was not being used where there was literally no one parked all day. He stated he wanted us to back our truck and trailer up to the sidewalk in the area where the longer yellow lines were. We did as we were asked and with the length of our truck trailer and ramps there was a very small space for a Truck or Car to get through to the indoor access of storage units. I explained we were moving out due to the increased rent and decreased access. He told me that was not his fault, a comment I would fire a manager under me for. He was very rude and in my face and I will be actively telling people to avoid U-Haul especially this facility.
