Nickey B.We arrived about an hour late due to some delays, but the vehicle was still not ready. It was noted pointedly that we were late, but it seems hypocritical when the van was even ready for us had we arrived on time. Other than that, there was some issues with the digital pre-check that the staff eventually sorted out. They were pleasant and helpful, but I felt that the process took longer than it should have. I've used U-Haul in the past and will continue to do so, but this check could have gone smoother.

james S.I called and reserved a uhaul. I got a ride to the uhaul place and even with my text message with reservation code it could not be located. So after a while of standing around trying to find it they started all over again because my reservation was not in the system. They went above and beyond when returning the truck.

Anthony M.First the truck engine light came on, then the 4x8 trailer you asked us to pull back lights didn't work.... On top of that we were told if we agreed to pull the trailer it would be free and we would be compensated $216.80 for pulling it and would get that AMT knocked off my uhaul moving truck rental bill when we turned the truck in. That didn't happen as the Russellville location made me pay for the truck up front and put the pull behind trailer under a separate reservation instead of under my moving truck reservation like originally agreed... I asked several times if we still got the 216.80 reimbursement and was told yes...at the Akron location when we dropped off the trailer and truck. When we got to Akron and dropped it off we were told the $216.80 was the cost of the pull behind trailer so we got it free for pulling it from Arkansas to Akron.... That's not what was agreed to.... We didn't need the damn trailer nor did we want it.... We only agreed so we could have the $216.80 knocked off my moving truck bill.... I feel you all are a bunch of scammers at this point with shoddy equipment.... My sister's used you guys too and had equipment problems too..... I've always used Penske before.... Should have stayed with them

Customer service is still important! Apparently there's been many other complaints about manager's rude, unacceptable behavior. We'd rather be inconvenienced and go to a different rental location than be subjected to unprofessional/ rude treatment. On the other hand, the Manger at out drop-off location in Clarksville, AR, was outstanding! He was extremely friendly, courteous, and helpful!! I would HIGHLY recommend him and his store location! Our experience between the two locations was night and day! If I were Uhaul Corporate, I'd send the Russellville, AR Manager a strong message to shape up or ship out. Customer Service matters! A friendly demeanor matters! The best comparison I can think of is this: No matter how good the food is at a particular restaurant, if the SERVICE is poor, patrons WON'T return! CUSTOMER SERVICE MATTERS!

Geneva H.When picking up the equipment, the associate working gave my husband issues with out order. She did not want to give him an appliance dolly stating that it was on the reservation, and did not give us furniture pads. The associate was not very helpful in this or very pleasant. We understood if something was out of stock, but it seemed as though she did not even have the rental reservation from online at all.

I immediately called the Russellville location to ask about cancelling the rental and the girl I spoke with said she cancelled the rental and my funds would be refunded to my card. It hasn't been the full 5-7 business days but the fact that I got an email asking about my email concerns me that it wasn't cancelled

I was told on line if you rent the truck one way it has unlimited miles and then I was charge for each and every mile… The car holler I rented had a flat… put me way behind and uhaul charged me for being late…. The truck had no gas in it when I got it but I was charged for a full tank of gas when I dropped it off… when I rented the truck , I could not do it face to face…I HAD TO DO IT OVER THE PHONE!!!!! WHAT

I had to wait 20 mins to get an operator only to be put on hold again and wait for them to transfer me to the facility I called in the first place.
