I was just curious why I got charged 1$ environmental fee? Or 10% tax when the tax rate is not 10%?

Not charge another days rental fee for calling and asking about keeping the truck a few more hours if it was already scheduled for another rental. Customer service said it would be okay, it was not due another rental until 11am the next day. We had already paid the $39.99 daily fee.

The owner needs to take Covid and wearing a mask more serious. Wearing a small black cloth hanging from your glasses is not wearing a mask - please help protect others and encourage your other customers to do the same,

My Only Complaint is That Everyone Needs to maybe be Retrained since this COVID issues and Let customers know the Correct way to Handle Over phone Set ups. Overall best Uhaul Location to work with fast, and easy normally great customer service as well

We had a terrible experience picking up our U-Haul. After making a reservation, we went to the confirmed pick up location (Ruach Breath Of God Ministries 2851 Evans Ave Fort Worth, TX 76104). No one was there, and there no were trucks. We saw a number on the door, called, and got the run around to go to another location (off Berry Street). We went there, and there was also no truck. The employee was nice, and confirmed a truck would be at this location (off Altamesa). There was, but this was hours after our confirmed pick up time, which delayed our move. We have another move coming up in the future and would really appreciate some sort of discounted price if we want to use U-Haul again. Thanks!

The person who helped us check out the truck was obviously in a bad mood and “barked” his questions at us.

I didn't use the AC and when returning the truck the employee checking the truck in stated that it didn't work. I informed him that I didn't even use it and he replied that is was we ask you to inspect the truck before leaving. Even though it didn't state anything on the text message I received to inspect the AC. I was to inspect the outside of the truck, the inside, and the inside of the cabin for cleanliness.

The trailer had a very strong gasoline aroma. It makes me think a lot of gasoline was carried in it or used to clean something out of it. I had two park it the evening I got it and leave the door open the rest of the dy to air it out. There was still a smell of gasoline in it 6 hours later. I went ahead nd used it since I had to load it and leave in the morning.

This vehicle was very clean and all else seem to be well maintained except its shifting from 1st to second gear. Once in third gear there was no concerns. Except for that every other aspect of my U-Haul experience was excellent.

Make after hours return easier. No one would answer the 800#. Your mobile phone procedure kept giving me an error msg saying my location needed to be on when it is on. There was nowhere to put the key safely and no help

Had a mix up in the payment. I reserved online, gave all the info for payment and thought once the rent was complete my card would be charged....I did not go an extra step is what the rep told me....so next time it will go flawlessly....thanks!!

The mileage and gasoline in the truck was different than on the paperwork. The clerk made changes to correct that.

I had a reservation for three weeks out; the day before I was redirected to 10113 First Chapel Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76108. I show up to pickup my truck, not truck available and not help from the desk rep. She says call 1-800 uhaul “but they don't answer.” I'd say fire everyone at the Chapel Drive location for their total ineptitude and inability to even help with correcting their mistake in giving away my truck! Worst ever customer service ever in my 58 years in this planet.

This Alta Mesa, Fort Worth location was A+ ! However we had visited another U-haul location Alta Mere Fort Worth prior that was very cold and uncaring to me.

Your check in and out was much improved and faster then last time we rented a U-Haul. Store did a good job. Truck did have a drivers side door issue of not closing well, it should probably be looked at.

Uhaul changed our pick up location the night before, which is very common and not a problem, but when we first arrived at the new location on Eden St. we found it to be an old run down church converted to a 1 truck Uhaul site with nobody around to help. Yes, let me repeat, a one truck operation In a not so great area. Doors were locked and the place seemed very sketchy. After calling Uhaul someone finally arrived with a set of keys to the 1 truck sitting in the yard. The gentleman unlocked and turned the truck on but found it to have had the cadillac converter stolen from underneath and no gas. It was a sound so loud even the man helping said this can't be rented this way. We're now 1 hour late for our move to Austin. However, after another call to Uhaul they then sent us to the Altamesa location and the process was incredibly opposite. Beautiful site, plentiful rentals, and not to mention a very professional worker helping us inside. Even though we were late for our move and the issue was corrected, Uhaul should have never sent us to the backup location on Eden St. Uhaul should be embarrassed this is even a location. I'm just thankful there was another truck and the Uhaul team at Altamesa Blvd got us on the road and the move went without any other issues. Thank you Uhaul Altamesa Blvd. Customer service apologized and made it good as they should have, but please consider removing the Eden location from your list of pick ups. It totally degrades and lowers your score for what Uhaul is all about.

Your app is hard to do for pick up. Then the guys outside couldn't help and made me go inside and stand inline. The drop off with the app worked great, it's the pickup that is confusing.

Stay professional, even if you don't like to job at least act like you do in front of the customer you're providing service to. Be kind and respectful. Also don't blame the customer saying they did something and you have no proof of, especially if we didn't even drive off the lot yet and was doing a check to make sure everything checked out before leaving. Never point the finger. Be more helpful.

I ordered dollies and furniture covers. Neither was inside the truck when I picked up. This delayed my move by 8 hours of a 24 hour rental. I never received an apology. This place will not be next on my list as one to use again.

The person that helped with the return spotted an issue with my hitch that needed to be taken care of before the next time I pulled a trailer. In stead of just pointing it out, he took the time to fix the problem at no charge. I really appreciate this level of care and attention.

The sales person did an excellent job however the store was understaffed. The paperwork to rent an appliance dolly seemed excessive and took way too long. After returning the dolly in less than 24 hours I realized they charged me for 2 days instead of 1. It took 3 phone calls to get the credit issued. There is definitely room for improvement.

During rental, I was told and receive an email that 10x10x10 climates control unit was reserved. However, after arriving and show reservations. No unit available, perhaps Uhaul servers need to be more accurate regarding storage units. I was given a 5x10 and I had to rent a 5x10 Just to stored all my items

The sliding doors are dangerous. Someone can easily loose a hand, finger or get crushed. Workers should warn customers of this. Also if there are small kids coming along to help this could be tragic.

The facility seemed secure, but not well lighted inside. I had an indoor unit, climate controlled and it was always pretty dark when I visited my unit during the day. Otherwise it was fine.

Get a print out of your reserve. I “reserved” one two weeks prior and made that mistake but I was lucky they still had one available on the day I needed it. Not a huge deal, I would still go back.
