Other than switching the pick up and drop off location everything was good. The staff was great. I didn't appreciate the pick up and drop off location being more than double the distance from the original location and was charged fully for the additional mileage. I relocate a lot and so does my staff; every 3 to 4 months. Not sure we will use uhaul again. We've had really good luck and cooperation from Penske and they bend over backwards to accommodate and discount any inconveniences unlike uhaul.Paul E.

That truck was rough, tires had too much air. Suspension was tight. Shocks were tight and stiff. I can't recommend driving something like that for there safety. To say the least, Everything else was good. I was told to leave a quarter of a tank of gas. I picked it up with it between 1/8 & 1/4 tank of gas, and returned it over a quarter tank. I would except a voucher or a discount on my next purchase of U-Haul. That would satisfy my experience.James P.

Truck smelled like B. O. and cigarettes. Was handed keys and told, "truck is behind the store... Where I'm pointing". Keys unlocked truck.. after I walked around building and found it. Keys would not start truck on first couple of trys (yes I know how to start a truck). Walked back around building to rental counter... I informed agent that truck would not start. She handed keys to someone from yard. After a wait truck pulled around building. Worker said "truck started.. nothing wrong with it". Told them " if it strands me somewhere y'all are going to come get me. Truck kept going into "haul/tow mode"... even empty. Truck was returned before store closed. Went inside to return keys. Was told "they do that outside".. I returned to truck, no one was there, desk person from across parking lot in shop yelled "just leave keys in truck you will get a notice when we check it in." It is now the next morning... Still no return receipt, no email, no text and no call? Just this email for review? I hope the truck was checked in. I hear a lot of bad stories about people being over charged, charged for days after return and even being arrested and charged for " truck theft". You need to change you check in procedures. I am still waiting for a return receipt. Not very happy over all..Edmond D.

It was difficult to figure out where my u-haul was at 7 am in the morning with only one employee present. It would help if your online website would indicate where I should look to locate my Uhaul rental before I arrive at the location.Chester M.

When we dropped off the trailer, the guy did not want to help us take unbuckle our car, when we were told at the Florida location we specifically could not remove it ourselves and someone from Uhaul had to assist us. The guy briefly showed us how but didn't care to really assist in any way. We had to figure it out on our own. Very frustrating when we were on a time crunch needing to pick up our apartment keys by a certain time.Karlie S.
The only issue I really see at this location is a lack of staff. It seems there is a lot of times that they get flooded with people and do not have enough staff to keep up. Which in turn cause more waits for everyone.Mitchel B.

My original pick up location was at 8500 S Hulen St, Fort Worth, TX 76123, when I went there during their office hours, nobody was at the store to hand me the keys of my rental. I had to make multiple phone calls, send text messages, etc in order to get a van from somewhere else further from where I needed to be. It took a lot of time and the experience was terrible. Make sure the gas tank is on level ground when the amount is recorded. When I drove my van off the lot onto level ground it showed over an eighth of a tank less than when it was not on level ground.JAMES ROBERT W.
It seems I was somewhat overcharged. The estimate before driving was $55 for a 4 hour rental with 25 miles driven. I returned the vehicle an hour early with ~20 miles driven and was charged an additional $10... All in all the service was good, but I don't understand why there was an additional charge when I was under the time limit and mileage limit.Jacob H.

Once again, fast, FRIENDLY. professional service when I returned equipment. UHaul employee asked me if I needed help returning equipment when I was walking up to the office. You don't see that kind of customer service any more.WESLEY W.
First, the van was not parked where you said it would be parked, secondly none of the equipment I asked for was on the van. Then the tire pressure was showing low on the RR tire. Pulled over so the guy could check it and he started putting I air in it. It had 74 psi in it. All the other tires showed with 40 something in each. So the light must have been malfunctioning and meant LR time. He put in 74 psi and the light went out. I think the tires were overfilled in the back because if not why were the front tires left at 40-24. Also, Something is off with the odometer on the van we rented. We went one way to Arlington and back, made one other 2 mile stop and back and we got charged for almost 70 miles. There is no way we went 70 miles. At the most we would have gone 52-54 miles and it said we went 66 miles total. I drove the exact route again today in my car and it was nowhere close to 66 miles. So as you can see, I was not happy at all with my experience.Tasha R.

Try calling the number for this location and all it does is send you to a toll free automated system…. The people at the front desk gave us no information about the storage unit. When I bought the unit. I bought a regular lock to lock my storage. When I returned my lock was cut off and a round lock I didn't own was on my storage. After going to the front desk. I was told only round locks could be used. I was not told then when I bought storage locker and lock at the same time. While moving my things into the storage locker. My card was not activated properly and I could not open the door to the storage grounds. I had to hold onto several very large objects over night and wait for the front desk to open in order to get my card fixed. When I asked the front desk person is there any thing I should know cause I was not told about the lock. He said nothing and I asked him I can come back any time. He confirmed that I can go to my storage locker anytime of day or night. I returned later that night only to find out that was not true. My unit was only available to me during working hours and I could not access it at night. I had to upgrade in order to get night time access. I really didn’t understand why I would make a reservation for a unit and it not be available when I go sign in. I was offered a bigger one, but the ceiling was so low, I wasn’t able to keep a few of my items and I had to pay more for it. I feel that we shouldn’t have to pay more to have 24 hour access to the facility if we have to pay more not to have it as well. Trying to talk to someone over the phone was a pain. I do want you to know you may want to watch your video on 7/18/21 afternoon around 2-3pm. Your employee driving your trucks was driving very dangerous..he almost flipped a truck, he was squealing tires as he drove around the corners.. my husband went in to talk to a manager, he was told there was not one on duty.. this employee could have hurt or even killed someone with the way he was driving.
