Please make if very CLEAR when making a reservation online that one present a card with at least $60 on it and THEN when turning in the equipment, the balance minus the cost is returned to the customer. I wanted to pay cash I was not anticipating to have to give credit/debit card also. This is absolutely ridiculous that with the cost of fuel, a person's time, help that possibly comes with a person, to arrive there and THEN find out I cannot pay cash! DO BETTER with the online reservations! The staff was fine but understood my frustration, the issue IS NOT the staff it is corporate and whom ever does the website

Anthony BTwo running lights did not work latch was bent that holds padlock and gate closed hinges or rusty uneven Tire pressure inside of trailer was dirty. Last year when I used this location, the axle was bent on the trailer and the Tire was showing belts from the middle to the inside. I had to return it and swap trailers before I left. This place is not properly check the equipment before it leaves the road. I expect everything to be ready to go. I shouldn’t have to oil hinges clean out the inside check Tire pressure and lighting and latches and hinges. Everything should be ready to go when I pick it up.

Jim Kthe staff could/Should have given more help and instructions with the use of the truck and the app as far as how to take the pictures also the operation of the truck or helping adjust the mirrors (hard to do by yourself). They did nothing but hand me the truck key as I was walking out toward the truck and the worker was walking in. the millage on the truck was different than what was on my contract I had to go back in and tell them they told me they would fix it but now that I got the final bill I was charged the extra mile. so, I would say customer service was lacking

ANDREW TI had no problem with the rental however after reviewing my receipt I’m very upset. I made very certain to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas and was charged for gas. The paperwork shows I returned the truck with almost a quarter less than I did. I have a picture showing the mileage and gas meter. I went back to the store to get assistance and told that I had to talk to the manager if I wanted anything back. I was charged for something I shouldn’t have been and now I have to come out of my work day to handle a matter that should have never happened.

Clarence MWhen returning the trailer to haul a motorcycle, my husband was told that the trailer was already returned. Clearly it wasn’t since it was still on the back of our truck. Some kind of a big glitch in your computer happened. We picked it up on Wednesday & brought it back on Thursday before 5pm. The trailer we had rented has its own license plate so how could a trailer be returned & it be the one we rented. Returning the trailer look longer than expected because of this glitch. Not sure what was going on but less than impressed but we only needed this trailer to get a motorcycle from the dealership to our home. So it did what we needed & all is good.
CHARLES KWe have used this location several times. The store is clean. Staff is great! Most recently, I think the young man's name is Chris, was there running the place solo and staying quite busy. He was very personable and kind. We always find the staff at this location friendly and professional. The only issue I can complain about, is that there is very little customer parking available at this location.
LEONARD DI tried renting a unit inside store first, something kept going wrong in the stores computer and wouldn’t let me complete the process. That was very frustrating, plus online didn’t give me the free first month rent.

I asked to change units and I did. Came back to the new unit and same thing. My property where moved and the structure of my unit was different. Very strange and in easy. The workers keep saying no one can get in so it makes me question is it the employees who are messing with the units themself! After I complained manager was very rude and said I couldn’t do anything unless I had pictures. I told her yes and she got mad and Walked off. Why would you be so mad at me about figuring out why things are being messed with? I didn’t want to question any more and could tell she was not interested in my Issue the manager that is. Then they guy that helped me Saturday was nice but when I went on Monday to address my Fees still on there him hisself gor mad and said whatever and walked away.
