Please make if very CLEAR when making a reservation online that one present a card with at least $60 on it and THEN when turning in the equipment, the balance minus the cost is returned to the customer. I wanted to pay cash I was not anticipating to have to give credit/debit card also. This is absolutely ridiculous that with the cost of fuel, a person's time, help that possibly comes with a person, to arrive there and THEN find out I cannot pay cash! DO BETTER with the online reservations! The staff was fine but understood my frustration, the issue IS NOT the staff it is corporate and whom ever does the website

Two running lights did not work latch was bent that holds padlock and gate closed hinges or rusty uneven Tire pressure inside of trailer was dirty. Last year when I used this location, the axle was bent on the trailer and the Tire was showing belts from the middle to the inside. I had to return it and swap trailers before I left. This place is not properly check the equipment before it leaves the road. I expect everything to be ready to go. I shouldn’t have to oil hinges clean out the inside check Tire pressure and lighting and latches and hinges. Everything should be ready to go when I pick it up.

I saw no areas of improvement needed. In fact, I rented a small trailer and didn’t have a wiring harness converter and your team took the time to find a solution at no charge for an easy transition to get the unit loaded and me on the road as quickly as possible. Thank you

Just please make sure there are enough employees to help customers - we had to go twice to reserve a car dolly due to a long line and someone in front having problems with their credit card.

the staff could/Should have given more help and instructions with the use of the truck and the app as far as how to take the pictures also the operation of the truck or helping adjust the mirrors (hard to do by yourself). They did nothing but hand me the truck key as I was walking out toward the truck and the worker was walking in. the millage on the truck was different than what was on my contract I had to go back in and tell them they told me they would fix it but now that I got the final bill I was charged the extra mile. so, I would say customer service was lacking

Have backup cameras in the truck so you can see how far away from the truck to hook up the trailer, when you are alone. Let me know about when truck is ready to haul/haul mode and what dashboard info was.

I had no problem with the rental however after reviewing my receipt I’m very upset. I made very certain to bring the truck back with the same amount of gas and was charged for gas. The paperwork shows I returned the truck with almost a quarter less than I did. I have a picture showing the mileage and gas meter. I went back to the store to get assistance and told that I had to talk to the manager if I wanted anything back. I was charged for something I shouldn’t have been and now I have to come out of my work day to handle a matter that should have never happened.

Horrible truck. I could barely open or close the roll door and injured my shoulder trying to get it open. Who sees a fat old lady and decides to give her a truck like this? Never renting from this location again.

Might be best to warn the renter if dash lights are on even if its a "O2 censor that you know about" because i about had a heart attack thinking i ruined a u haul. Geesh the panic when I noticed. Just a thought. Lol.

I noticed the passenger rear brake was grinding but vehicle stopped fine. There was a distinctive smell of marijuana in the van. It was in the seats and the rubber mats. Both concerns were told to my returns employee

When returning the trailer to haul a motorcycle, my husband was told that the trailer was already returned. Clearly it wasn’t since it was still on the back of our truck. Some kind of a big glitch in your computer happened. We picked it up on Wednesday & brought it back on Thursday before 5pm. The trailer we had rented has its own license plate so how could a trailer be returned & it be the one we rented. Returning the trailer look longer than expected because of this glitch. Not sure what was going on but less than impressed but we only needed this trailer to get a motorcycle from the dealership to our home. So it did what we needed & all is good.

We have used this location several times. The store is clean. Staff is great! Most recently, I think the young man's name is Chris, was there running the place solo and staying quite busy. He was very personable and kind. We always find the staff at this location friendly and professional. The only issue I can complain about, is that there is very little customer parking available at this location.

I tried renting a unit inside store first, something kept going wrong in the stores computer and wouldn’t let me complete the process. That was very frustrating, plus online didn’t give me the free first month rent.

It was an extremely wet and cold day and we came in looking like drowned rats. The staff was very friendly and carefully explained our options and how to unload and get in and out of the storage unit. The place was spotless. I was very happy with the facility and the service!

Storage facility smelled terrible. It was unbearable. If I would have inspected the inspected the storage unit door junior prior tor 2 side of the contract I would not have used your facilily the smell and the entire facility was horrendous and my furniture now smells like whatever was left inside the storage facility.

Was told prior to our arrival that they had a storage large enough for my 26ft truck but only had a 10x10 when I arrived so I had to go to a Storage down the street for the other half of my household.

The storage was facility was clean well it everybody was professional. I needed to use a truck to move my things. The truck that I use that headlight was not working correctly and I did not know because I didn’t do a check with the staff before I left with the truck and the brakes were skipping, and I informed them as well when I return the truck, but overall it was good

Only one staff seems to want to help all the men I talked to just wanted to rush me off. Unit was smaller then I expected for the price you are charging found a 10x20 for 80 a month...that's not 10 feet height so everything thing can but can fit.

It was a huge inconvenience getting my stuff out of storage February the 14th around 6:00 p.m. because the two sliding big doors did not open and they've been broken for months and the price of the storage is kind of high price could be lowered I left my storage clean

Tracy checked me in originally and was VERY helpful. The various staff lenders keep in contact by radios and appear to work very well together (no sniping comments). I do not know the young man who helped me with parking my truck as i moved into the storage unit and then who subsequently checked in my rental truck, but he was SO KIND. Tall thin dark- complexion, great smile, wearing a boonie hat. I was so very appreciative of him.

I was not told that the 24 hour access was untrue. It is only extended hours which no sign even explained what that meant. I need the exact times. This resulted to me getting locked out of the building while I was still unloading and had to take an extra day to unload and drive 5 hours. This entire experience was garbage and has cost me 400 bucks and U-Haul thinks they are going to charge me for miles but I will not or I will get my 400 I am owed. Will never move with U-haul ever again.

Great place and staff... but outside in the winter is a slip and fall begging to happen. The entire area behind the building is not salted and barely plowed it seems. Almost fell several times.

I did my storage unit online. However I was charged 4 times.went there discussed Iraq and he said I had to wait for the next business day and this was Saturday. Then after my First load because I’m currently in a law suite I took pictures befor and after I left and the first trip! Came back and things where different. Bulta where missing and the storage unit next to me has a unit with electricity running from it to my unit. I spoke the manager about it and she told me The was medication and a fridge that needed to be ran in that unit. Then I told her that just seemed weird because we where not allowed to to that. She said they paid extra and there was a camera in the unit as well. Well why do u need a camera in the unit of you ha e them in ever corner or hall of th storage place? Little writes to me. I asked to change units and I did. Came back to the new unit and same thing. My property where moved and the structure of my unit was different. Very strange and in easy. The workers keep saying no one can get in so it makes me question is it the employees who are messing with the units themself! After I complained manager was very rude and said I couldn’t do anything unless I had pictures. I told her yes and she got mad and Walked off. Why would you be so mad at me about figuring out why things are being messed with? I didn’t want to question any more and could tell she was not interested in my Issue the manager that is. Then they guy that helped me Saturday was nice but when I went on Monday to address my Fees still on there him hisself gor mad and said whatever and walked away.

Having to pay for night access after paying over $150 a month for the unit is way too high. The access times are terrible, and waiting at the place for help is always too long. I would not reccomend.
