She went out of her way first thing in the morning to prepare a truck for me that had just been returned and not prepped for rent as of yet - cleaning and so on. I was needing a pickup truck to transport my Marine veteran father’s all terrain wheelchair he just received from the VA. She made it happen and my Father and I are very much thankful for U Haul and Anna. Thanks Again!

Kenneth PAnna and the entire U-Haul team were professional, friendly, and extremely helpful throughout my visit. The entire move was seamless from start to finish. They have plenty of carts available, making it easy to transport all types of items, and the large drive-in parking area makes loading and unloading very convenient. Another great bonus is that this location offers multiple EV charging stations on-site, which is incredibly useful while you’re there just ask the manager if you need to charge your vehicle while you are there. Highly recommend this location for a smooth and hassle-free experience.

Mark HI used app to rent, it was supposed to be loaded and ready at 7am. Not ready! Came back at 8am, still not ready and ladies said app is never working. Drop off was perfect at another location

Jon FOur experience with u-haul has been amazing! Everyone has been extremely helpful and friendly. Communication was the best. We always knew what was happening and when. And the drivers always showed up when they said they would. We would definitely use them again and will recommend them to others. Also, pricing was very favorable, especially compared to other similar services.

jack fThe new slider locks are very sharp. I cut 2 fingers sliding my unit open. It's been 3wks, still not healed. Bad design for sure! My unit did not have an internal light. That sucked. Otherwise, wonderful clean facility! Safe, secure, halls well lit.

JOHN KI picked up van with just over 1/4 tank of gas I went in to tell them about this The guy says don’t worry about just bring it back with the same amount I use the truck put gas in it just over a 1/4 tank I turn it back in and get billed for 53 dollars of gas I go back to dispute it He says no problem we will refund but it will take 45 days for the refund

JOHN RCheckout situation with narrow junk shelves between each check in counter, feels forced and an after thought. Put those products on a shelf on a wall. Maybe hire some merchandising experts and help improve the store layout. It’s strange.

I would like to thank Amy for making everything good. She did a great job and I will continue to use Uhaul and recommend because of her.
BLAKE HEverything seemed to go ok. Alot of repeat questions and duplicate requests for license ls , credit cards, etc..not sure why it was so redundant, but in the end drove away with what we came for.
ELIZABETH EEveryone I dealt with was very helpful. Hiking and bantering with me. Actually an enjoyable experience. I especially appreciated all the communication from the shop. Emails with reservation information and receipts. But also the extra emails with loading suggestions and hooking up the trailer. All very helpful. I would not hesitate to recommend this location to people. And I will definitely return if I have rental needs in the future.

SHERI HWe had a pickup reserved for Saturday. On Friday I received a notice that there was an issue with availability and my reservation was cancelled, which in my opinion is very poor customer service. Someone should have reached out to see if it could be rescheduled or if a different vehicle would work. I called customer service but the kid that answered didn’t try to help. Called the local call center and had great help from Joan who tried several ways to make it work and luckily we were able to get it for Sunday. I realize that equipment may not come back on time or other issues but the company should make an effort to find a solution and not just cancel without doing more to help the customer.

JOSEPH KI called 4 days before I needed to get my containers out of storage and asked to have them ready in the morning on the trailers ready to go. The guy said they will be ready by 8:00 AM, I got there at about 9:00 AM and nobody knew that I was coming and they still had to gig out my containers from the warehouse. I left for about 45 minutes and when I returned there was only one of the containers sitting out but not on a trailer. I asked them to put it on a trailer, he said he thought I was only going to get stuff out of it, even when just 45 minutes earlier I had told him that I was expecting to see them on a trailer. When I returned for the second container after about an hour and a half, they still didn't have the second one ready and I needed to wait about 45 minutes again before it was switched out with the one I brought back. Until this experience I had had good a experience with this U Haul location.
Jeffrey PI set up a mobile pick-up by phone. But when I got there, I was still required to waste time and do it inside. The employee I encountered outside even stated that they "don't allow mobile services at this location." (False) Also, there were 4 employees "working" there at this time, all just talking behind the desks. Before I came in, I had tried calling the location at least four times within 30 minutes. The last call was literally right as I was walking onto the property. An excuse was made that they were very busy with clients that morning. There was only one other client there, and being handled outside by one of the four employees. The van and the facility were clean and organized. Everything else, including the return, went smoothly. The price and fees were appropriate. Even though I had a bit of trouble in the first part, it was still a pleasant experience... enough for a future transaction and recommendations.
CHRISTOPHER SWe were not given any money back for 2 storage lockers we rented, as we paid thru March 9th. Vacated 2-24-26. This is an unethical practice as now they can rent these units and get more money on top of ours. Very very bad practice. We want our refund and will go further to receive it. It is not much at all but it is our money and not yours to keep and profit from. This was and is the only issue. Staffer told us no refund, it doesn’t work that way. All else was great—service, staff and products.
