Wade K.The truck was filthy and the process of renting was unfavorable. I stopped for Clorox wipes along the way and cleaned it the best I could. I didn't get the blankets, furniture dolly, and was contracted for a utility dolly but didn't need it. The process was longer than I anticipated (or than it took the last time from the location on 6th street a month ago).

Eric N.I picked up the vehicle with 3/4 of a tank of gas and returned it with 3/4 of a tank ,I put almost 12 dollars in gas in it and was charged an additional $9.00 for fuel. This is basically stealing from your customers.

Dean A.The older white male who was helping me at first gave off a feeling of contempt and condescension. He said my card was denied, he asked my zip code twice. He said my card was declined. I called the bank, they said I need to use my zip code not 44717. He went away never to be seen again. Another guy helped me, I think his name was Drake, he was awesome. Took 5 minutes to set me up and get me going after waiting 30 minutes for Mr. ask my zip code twice, then not get close to what I told him and disappear to "the restroom or team meeting " as I was told the 2 times I asked. The lady that helped me on return was good too. So Drake and her bring yall up to average. Thanks.

When I checked back a couple of months later they forgot to even record the incident or check the cameras. The manager seemed to have covered the fact that it wasn’t taken care of by saying “they never check cameras for stolen incidents”

jeffery j. | First ImpressionsThey only had one size unit available which was still too small I called their other location they had even a smaller unit only available then right at the last minute as I was in the parking lot they informed me at the location I was at that they were able to get me a slightly bigger unit that one had just become available instead of letting me drive off they took the time and consideration I greatly appreciate it I would highly recommend U-Haul for storage and moving it was an interesting experience for the fact that the employees actually cared about someone even like me to walk in and still find me a better unit and not giving up in doing so that is an act of service you do not see too often anymore to go a little above and beyond goes a long way thank you don't stop hiring employees like that and continue your services as is

Moving into my unit should’ve been super easy because I had a reservation, but when I got there you didn’t have a unit available in the size I reserved and your employees tried to railroad me into paying more for a bigger unit when I didn’t need more storage space. If someone makes a reservation you should always be prepared to honor that reservation, or at least honor that price, without customers having to argue with 3 different employees.

You refund my money for July storage. Then texts are sent to me about not paying and late charges. Received several of this texts from Dan Somers. It took multiple calls to straighten this out. Poor customer service.

Staff are very helpful and kind, but facility is very understaffed. All I needed to do was check out of my unit and I waited 35 minutes just to hand in a lock and get a receipt. My need was less than 2 minutes long and I waited 35. This is not the first time I have waited here. Great place, but poorly staffed.
