Customer service was very rude arrogant and inexperienced never in my life have I gone through such a rough time after I was told a trailer was available it wasnt had to sit on location for 2 hours to get my rental unit this was the worst experience I've ever had and I wont be back someone needs to train these guys very unprofessional and very inexperienced and rude

If you get a trailer, make sure there are others. The owner tripped it asking if we were going to return it in time. He was worried that the next customer would not get it because we would not return it. I assured him MULTIPLE times that we would bring it back. Also, watch out. They have an app on their phones to take pictures of your license. Looks suspicious. But we were assured it is only stored in the app. The workers just follow the orders of the owner. All the workers were easy to talk and work with. We got the trailer at 5pm and returned it right before closing at 7pm.

Apparently Uhaul does not think the customer is right. I asked to have a dolly from another location brought over so I could pickup at one place and not have to drive all over to get equipment needed for move. Not an option. I pay too much money to not have said equipment at one place when I am ready to pickup.

While I was there, a girl behind was told her reservation had been double booked and there was nothing the store could do. It did not affect me, but it certainly gave me no warm feelings for doing business with this store in the future.

I had to pick up my equipment in two different locations. I would not have known if I hadn't gotten a text message. Second location was horrible (501 S Grand, Ama, Tx). Bad customer service. I had to pay way more than quoted by website.

WAY over priced! $19.99 a day is to get you in the door. Thinking my rental would be around $60-$75 for a 2 day rental, I was WRONG!!! it cost me $175 for a 1/2 ton pick up truck that I had to replace 2 fuses in order to get my trailer lights to work right! I will not be back!

The location where we actually dropped of the truck was very nice and efficient. The problem we had was with the ASSIGNED dropoff location. We called several times to make sure they would be there (one-man show) and got an answering machine. We later learned that the location was closed for the holiday weekend. We thenb tried calling the Uhaul location where we had reserved a "free month's locker" to see if we could drop the truck of there. Their phone also went to voicemail. (Turns out, they were closed for the holiday weekend, too.) We were NOT able to drop off the truck OR to get access to the reserved locker. So, batting 0 for 2, two locations where we were scheduled to do business today, were both closed. We were NOT alerted to this. We finally called customer service and got a new dropoff location assigned and were told by a regional manager at 800-344-7899 that we would NOT be charged for an extra day since the few hours delay in turn-in was not our fault. I later received an email that seemed to indicate that I may have been charged for an extra day anyway. PROBLEM: Neither at the time of scheduling, nor at the time of equipment pickup, was ANY indication given that the drop-off location would be closed on the scheduled drop-off day/time. Any CHANGE in drop-off location availability SHOULD have been noted at PICKUP. If a scheduled dropoff location is UNEXPECTEDLY closed during their normal opening hours, customers should be notified by text and email of their options to do an after-hours drop-off OR to drop-off at an alternate location that IS open at the scheduled drop-off time. (Not everyone has a "smart-phone" for after-hours drop-off.) If a change in drop-off location occurs AFTER equipment pick-up, customers should NOT be charged for any delays in turn-in that result. Consideration for a slightly lower gas gauge reading should also be given if additional driving to an alternate drop-off is required. We spent about $15 extra in gas today because of the change in drop-off location.

Completely incompetent, unprofessional and deceitful staff. Promised a price and reservation and changed the price two times, right When I walked into the store. When I walked in the agreed price was 550 and reserved. The manager changed it to 850 3 hours prior as the other employee showed me on the computer. Does the staff know what the word reservation mean? It means providing the agreed upon product for the agreed upon price at the agreed upon time. Not deceitfully changing it once the customer arrives. The staff at this location poorly represents UHAUL as I never had such a terrible experience before.

Used this location for years with consistent good service. Needed more help I early check in with long waits and explanation of computer and cell phone set up. I had pre-registered and mine went fast. This could be improved. On return 3 days later - computer system acting up.

Not very happy that I had to pay whole month's rental because I couldn't make it by 4/14 got home the 20th cleared the storage out shouldn't have to pay for a whole month for 6 days

The customer service at this location is awesome! Dealing with your staff was very pleasant being new to this town is welcoming to run into great customer service people. And I would recommend anyone to use U-Haul.

We've rented uhaul for many years, this was the first experience we've had that didnt go as planned. Things happen and it's just the way it is. Your questions are yes or no with no grey area. So I felt that I had to answer no. We had a tire blow out 20 mins into our move and had to wait for an hour on the side of interstate 40 for help. Once help arrived the company sent was excellent. Had us up and running in a shorter amount of time than it took to rent it! 2 days after our arrival to our destination we received a text stating that our return location was in League City TX. 13 hours from where we were. I called and while on the phone with Karen we got disconnected. Called again and the guy (cant remember his name) was extremely rude at the beginning of the call. He transferred me to yet another person (3 people in at this point) and finally got a resolution. Luckily we rented a trailer that had 4 wheels. Otherwise blowing a tire on the interstate with a full trailer on a 2 wheeler could have likely had a very bad outcome. But like I said, this is the first and only time out of many that we've had an issue. We will continue to use uhaul and hope that more attention is given to the maintenance of your vehicles/trailers.

We received a damaged trailer that damaged our personal items. When the GM contacted me, he was everything but pleasant. Very cold, and didn't appear concerned for my items what=so=ever. I will never recommend this location to anyone. Be sure to do a walk-through of the equipment and be sure the customer is aware of what they are accepting!

Pulled in to returned covered parking and had walk in as after waited a few minutes neither of the two working that time came out(I was the only customer there). Got no greeting just a hay what are you here to get. Told I was here to return and offered paper work was told did not need that and then he stood there as if I need to invite him out to return your equipment. When got to return area was ask if I would pull over to the far corner of lot and park it for him, which I did not mine but needed to wait for my wife to return from inside the store, she did say restroom was very nice and clean. Got trailer back in for him and as he was unhooking I mentioned the had moving blankets and cart in back, he responded with “Well you gone get them out?” Which my response was no as they are his and that since he did ask my name or cafe to look at paper work just wanted to be sure that I get credit for return of all items since I had to park in far corner of lot and those could have been removed as no fence in that are. I normal do not comment but your independent dealers are much nicer and moving is a stressful time for your customers and would have been nice to have someone pleasant and who is happy to be working. I will be renting a large truck and trailer at end of May and at this point not sure if will use U-Haul.

The truck internally and externally was filthy. There was undocumented damage to this truck. The salesman was unaware of the damage. Photos were taken by myself and the salesman. I was pressured to have the truck returned ASAP because the truck was rented out at the same time it was scheduled to return so I did not get a chance to upload my pictures. I hope the salesman did. He also took pictures of the undocumented damage. We were rushed to get moved and get truck back so I was going to upload my pictures after we were done. There was trash and food under the seats. The truck had just been returned a few minutes before our time. It was not cleaned out inside or outside and very dirty. We returned the truck in 9 hours (way before our 24 we rented it for). Hopefully they will clean it for the next ones!

The service when we arrived at the Oklahoma destination was not friendly nor welcoming. We asked for help to take the car hauler and vehicle off of the U-Haul. We were treated very rude.
