Not happy..... My rental location was moved 3 times after I made the reservation. The truck was charged by the day, plus mileage. Because of the change I had to drive 8 miles each direction to get and return the unit. Mentioning this to the owner, he said take it or leave it. So I let the unit set in my yard to limit the miles

Stop using words like “dick” and “ass” in front of your customers. Also, act like you own the business if your name tag says “owner” instead of making jokes about an employee being a homosexual to make a colleague embarrassed (which is why he used the other words). Definitely not going back to that location.

This was an absolute disaster. After speaking with at least 8 different people who all told us there were no trucks or trailers available anywhere in Amarillo, we finally asked, what about that one? Their response, "oh yea, that's available" Then they wanted to charge 178$ to go to Lubbock. Luckily my girlfriend asked if it's cheaper to bring it back. Round trip was only 21$, why would they not offer this? Not 1 single person we talked to had any idea what they were talking about, if the "monitored calls" really are recorded, please do listen and hire some people that actually care. Really, even someone that cares even a little would go a long way.

Unfortunately I was charged for protection when I opted out of it on my initial online reservation. The representative that help me was very pleasant and fortunately she overcharged me they did refund my card however but I would not suggest going to this location.

Inform them about your absurd way for customers to drop off vehicles. I was told nothing about the practice ( where you're essentially getting customers to work for you for free, making them snap pictures, make an account, check odometer readings, verify gas guages, take pictures of the location for the next costumer). Or if you are going to make me work for you, how about not fleecing me for an extra rental charge for being 15 minutes late. I'm done with U-haul

This was the 2nd time we used UHaul within a week and both experiences were horrible. The computers were down (I understand things happen, ok). We finally get the 26 foot U-Haul, then someone else almost drove it away and the manager had to run out and stop them. (It happens, ok, fine). Then when we return the U-haul the following day, we are OVER CHARGED and the employees can't figure out how to correct the over charge. The manager wasn't on duty who they assured us had given us a $50 discount but hadn't. We were charged for fuel when we had the fuel already filled. I'm STILL trying to figure out if I was charged correctly because the employees kept changing the amounts and couldn't figure it out so I don't know if I even got the right refund yet?!?!?!?! We attempted to call U-haul customer service over 10 times and kept getting a recording that said they were closed until December 26th and "Merry Christmas" before the call hung up. We have to rent another U-haul one more time and are very leary due to the mistakes continually made. We had to ASK for the $50 credit because the U-haul wasn't available when they said it would be and then had to point out multiple times the credit WASN'T GIVEN by U-haul, was over-charged. Both times using U-Haul (within a week and a half) was a pure nightmare.

I made a reservation for 10/20. I attempted to change the reservation Sunday, 10/15. I was unable. I called Monday, 10/16. Reservation for same truck, 10 ft, was changed to Monday, 10/16. I went to pick up the truck. I was 'bumped' in my reservation because there were no 10ft trucks available. I was put in a 15ft truck and charged the rate for the larger truck simply because, "you changed your reservation." I expressed my displeasure in this explanation. I also purchased the insurance and some additional items. The cost of the truck doubled for the same requested 4 hours. The young man that helped check me out said, "I will adjust this for you." There was no adjustment. I didn't think the doubling in cost of the truck was appropriate given my reservation was readily made for Monday instead of Friday. Next time I will simply hire out the move rather than attempt to do it myself for what was supposed to be much cheaper....

Rented small trailer for one day. Was charged for two days. Manager corrected back charging me for a third day and then telling me that in 3 to 5 days two days would be refunded to me. Doesn’t make much sense to me

GOOD JOB GUYS checking us in, you were quick, polite with clean waiting area for customers when waiting for pick up ride. Easy access from freeway. Nice U-Haul location if you know where it's at.
