Truck appeared well-maintained but could have been washed.

When my locally scheduled pick up fell thru, Daniel and his team were contacted via a regional site associated with the national headquarters. Once Daniel took over everything went very smoothly. What could have been a total failure for me was made smooth and efficient. It was a team effort once I contacted the National Headquarters. Thank you to everybody involved.

I made the reservation on Monday to pick up a truck and an appliance dolly on Saturday. We had to move a refrigerator, washer and dryer and expressed that when making the reservation. I wanted to ensure the dolly, so I made a reservation early. When I went to pick up on Saturday morning I was told that the person who came in ahead of me without a reservation got their last one. I'm just unsure of what making a reservation is for if not to ensure what is needed is available.

Give them the correct trailer when they leave so they don’t have issues when they drop it off

My original rental was reserved at the 301 S Western location. When I arrived to pick up my trailer, they were all locked up even though they were supposed to be open. This location had no where to hook up the trailer and I’m guessing I would have had to hook up in the street. I’d never recommend 301 S Western location and I think Uhaul should look to see if they even have appropriate facilities to be a Uhaul location. Uhaul customer service and the 5316 Canyon Dr location did everything to make this right and were extremely helpful.

I can’t say anything that this location could do to make my experience better. I felt comfortable from the moment I walked in the door. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. Thank you for everything.

It was not completely cleaned when we received. It wasn't bad, but the cab had food crumbs in the floor. The back of the truck had some pieces of paper in it but not bad. I hauled windows that were wrapped up and other items in their manufactured boxes. We were charged a $25 cleaning fee.

They need to do what they say they told me that I went over some miles and I put a deposit and I was supposed to get at least 40 back from my deposit but they lied saying I didn't put gas in the truck and I did so over charged me for that so I will no longer use y'all in the future

Should have discounted our rental once we voiced our disapproval re lighting problems. Instead, we get an I'm sorry.

Everything went better than expected. We were in town for a few days to visit with family and needed a truck on short notice to move a small book cabinet. The gentleman at the counter was very polite and was able to get us in and out. On our return an 2-hours later, he met us at the door, inspected the vehicle, and mail us the receipt. Perfect service ! Thank you Ed Hoisington. . .
