The windshield wipers on the 9' van I rented were terrible. Driving into a wet-snow, I turned them on and all they did was smear. It was a close tie which was worse, leaving them off or turning them on. This is the reason I responded "No" to "Was the equipment clean and well maintained. Otherwise, yes the equipment was fairly clean and seemed well maintained.

They charged my debit card when I told them I would pay cash when I returned the truck. The staff are young with no customer service skills, and they are not professional at all I reported this to the site manager. They need to get more experienced staff members that know what customer service excellence means
The trailer I reserved online was broken. No other one in the area. Staff said they couldn't even look at other locations to help me find one. I ended up getting a smaller trailer at this same location but it was a pain because it was smaller and didn't have the ramp like the one I reserved. I haven't heard from the manager yet about the $50 guarantee.

Having service representatives that are more pleasant.
Computers were down and pick-up took more than an hour. Staff was courteous and equipment was clean. The moving blankets and dolly were not in the truck and needed to be added.
More clear entrances/exits, hard to navigate the parking lot

The trailer neck was frozen to the ground and the back was left open where snow had blown in. The first helper gave up after a half hearted attempt of freeing it from the ice and just walked away without warning. The guy who took my information at the desk ultimately came out and did the other guy's job; he was apparently the most squared away.
Lamar and Dawn were very professional and kind! During these crazy times it is good to see good old fashion customers service. Truly a dying art. Thanks again for doing your job with the upmost top notch service and support.
While the personnel were friendly and understanding, they did not have the ability to address costs that may not be relevant due to circumstances.

Please speak to whomever maintains the trucks. It could not go over 50. In a 65 speed zone. The transmission was making very loud noise. This was an inconvenience to us took us 2 hours longer than was needed to complete our move, because of the trucks malfunctions spurting and jerking. This was very unacceptable for U-haul and the lady at the counter wrote in the miles because they were wrong when we went to check out the truck before taking it I came back was still charged for the wrong amount of miles that I drove. Unacceptable and at check in they did not really have a response or do anything to assist me with my messed up truck. BWill never go to this location again. Never!

Truck wreaked from cigarettes. Passenger side windshield wiper was completely broken and bent. Had to argue with employees about the level of gas and the mileage. Not a hood experience compared to when they first opened.
Returning the van I couldn't attach to the website.
I have previously rented a storage unit, and already had a lock from the same facility. I was told that the lock came with the unit and I didn't need, but I received no credit. This is unacceptable. The lock isn't free and you received the credit for the price. And the free lock back into your storage.

My moving day was November 17, 2020. A few days before I went into this location and talked to Lamar. I wanted to make sure my boxes were ready 24 hours prior to moving. I move day the boxes were not ready. I don't understand how we go in few days early to make sure the boxes were ready 24 hours prior to my move and they were not! That is not just upsetting to me but also change the movers as well.
When returning the tea appliance dollies, I was instructed to go check in at the office while the technician removed the equipment. Upon arriving home I noticed that he had scratched the paint on the bumper because he dragged the dollies out of the car instead of lifting them out.
After Receiving truck with no ramp customer transfer for representatives four times to file a complaint twice out of state being out of state. I was not informed by a representative that the truck requested with the utility dolly would not have a ramp after specifically telling rep I have a stove and refrigerator. No accommodations, No apology for time wasted. Assistant manager only said, “that's not in our language to ask you if you need a rampâ€. I was under the impression every truck had a ramp. After returning to switch the trucks, wrong gas and wrong Mileage indicated wrong on paperwork and assistant manager had attitude as if I was complaining. Customer service at that location is terrible!

You see three individuals behind counter and three stations but only one taking care of initial rentals Seem like the other is during other duties. While there is a line of individuals waiting it give a fault scenario. Can someone assist if there a back up It seem like it 15 min a person
My father in law 3 times went to 2 different uhaul 's to make sure we could get the truck we requested. He was told definitely but in the end we did not. Now it worked out that the bigger truck helped tremendously during part of the move. So all in all everything worked out great. He was just disappointed with his time spent that we still didnt end up with the exact equipment we ordered.
I have rented storage at this location since 2018. I want to share that LaMar Stevenson, and other staff members have been more then helpful when addressing any of my customer service matters. LaMar Stevenson, is a gem within your organization. If I had a business I would steal him from you! Also, please know that I didn’t leave but that I moved into a smaller space yesterday. Again, the service was above & beyond. The new space was sanitized (COVID guidelines) and I felt safe during moving from one space to another as well.

They gave me incorrect mileage to start , charged me to vclean when it came dirty and gave me no heads up just billed me for it. I'll never use your services again!
I've rented at other offices here Mayfield @ Cleveland Hts was not good Clark Rd in Cleveland is terrible - North Randall employees showed high professionalism and good customer care

This place was very very disappointing to me. I turned my vehicle in one day early, but yet they charged me for three extra days. I had to call the corporate office twice just to get a refund. Also the first guy I spoke to at Miles Road lied and said he didn't know who checked my vehicle in and charged me an extra day. But when I looked up the check in receipt from my confirmation email it had his name on it. Plus he charged me an extra day even though I turned the truck in early. Then after I complained and called customer service about the mistake the manager at the same Miles Road location charged me another two days for the same truck that was now already there parked at their location for three days. I called corporate who then called that manager and he claimed he didn't know the vehicle was there but yet he signed off on the first guys overcharge to my account. Therefore I know they knew that truck was there but tried to overcharge me thinking I wouldn't check my account. Plus it took them over six days to put my money back in my account, a total of $197.10 I was overcharged...
The clerk, and I'm sorry I didn't get her name, was wonderful. She was at the counter Sunday, October 18 at 9:20.
The truck needed a jump twice had to return before my move was complete the roof leaked and my stuff was soaked pretty sure I have water damage never got a call or email from the manager the assistant manager said she needed to speak to him and he'd call me
Alarm kept going off and system not working so swiping card was useless
Truck broke down with flat tire held me up a few hours. Box's was left on back of bed with outer things that blew off on freee way.

It is imperative that ALL STAFF MEMBER WEAR MASKS! I was disappointed when I walked in and saw all the employees without their mask. I had to ask them to put on their masks.

One of the AC vents were leaking at one point. It was fixed, but it did create mold/mildew in one 9f my bends and a bag of clothes. I had to through them out! But other than that, everything else was great!.

Uhaul lied double Charged My card as Well As A Friends Card After They Lied claiming there was no card on file for my Truck to remove my Items. This is The second time theyve done this last Time They Put a Hold As well as A Double Charge on my card. Majorly inconveniencing me and my family especially during an epidemic when I've been laid off

The uhaul was filthy and had no gas in it, but the storage and customer service reps was awesome!
The staff is slow, rude and not knowledgeable AT ALL of the computer system. Some the staff acts as if they don’t want to be there in the first place. Very unorganized! There are 3 stations in which they can help customers.... 1- should be for product purchases, 2- could be servicing customers with reservations and unit check in/out, and 3- customers with questions,etc., 2 & 3 should be able to toggle back & forth to accommodate and make the lines move faster. Please ... teach your employees to be courteous & helpful and wear name tags so that patrons know to whom they spoke with and who to report to management so that they may be held accountable for their actions or lack of, good or bad. I only had two occasions in I had to deal with the staff. Checking in and closing out my unit. Both were equally as frustrating! Thank you!
If anyone is moving or need a storage facility they should go to this store very helpful and friendly with all your needs the best
Reserved a 26' truck and when I arrived I was told the truck was down and I had to go to another location. I was given a 17' truck that had no gas in it and was dirty with ashes everywhere. Terrible

The worker at U- Hal was very helpful and respectful. When you had problem with closing up your storage unit the employee was very helpful and showing up how too close your storage unit probably.

The Lady was very helpful and very good Coustmer service skills. Also was very patient with me and shown us how to use the key and how to disarm the alarm system with the key card.

Couple of things I want to share. I spoke with the General Manager, Lamar Stevenson & shared a lot with him. One employee (no longer there) was rude but everyone else was great and understanding.

Several Problems at this location Management is weak and it is reflected in the constant since of confusion at this location.
The staff was very rude and argumentative. Upon explaining my issue I kept getting cut off by staff instead of listening to my concern. My overall experience was terrible and I would not recommend.

everything work out okay to just deliver it took just took a little bit longer than I would have liked it at to have because of the computer problems that they were having other than that everything .
We had a 26x10 storage unit reserved for this move and when our employee got here, it was not available and had to use (2) 10 x 10. Not sure how a reservation can be confirmed and not be available.
