The gentleman that was working with me left me at the counter to pull the truck forward. When I realized he was taking 10 minutes of my process time, I went outside to see him working with someone else. I had a small amount of time with the help I hired and was frustrated that he wouldn’t finish my transaction when I asked twice. He then was curt and abrasive with me. I was frustrated that he was not considerate of my time. I tried to convey to to him that I meant no harm but he did not accept my apology or acknowledge me at this time. I felt like I was in a compromising situation. He then priced my truck at $20 over what I was quoted in line, when I asked he just restated the price without any explanation. I then stopped signing anything and asked again, “Why are you charging me $20 over?” He then explained that it was a deposit if you use cash or a debit card. He was rude, did not explain well and was disrespectful. I will never go there again.

The facility gave me the wrong size trailer I needed a white trailer they gave me the standard size their system show two of the one I need it on the lot but they did not have it I had to go to another facility to get the proper size they didn’t compensate me in any type of way for going to the other facility driving the extra mileage then when I got to the new facility with the proper trailer no one was there to help me attach it to the U-Haul truck I had to literally pick up the trailer by hand myself and attach it to the truck the person at the new facility close the door and left me outside to my own devices to have this attached to my truck on at 800 mile trip. No compensation in no type of way no we’re sorry for your inconvenience the person at the new facility had an attitude because I was using their trailer and it was paid for at another facility that’s not my fault that is a Uhaul situation.

The young man took my money, and I didn’t notice until I was home. He charged me for the light for the trailer attachment but didn’t add it to the receipt. So when I got home I noticed that it was not on my receipt and it says that I have home $60 not $80.

First, you can make sure that the location services is not that difficult for customers to access. Next, you could have representatives that are honest and forthcoming and not charging for gas when it is clear that customer brought the vehicle back with more gas than it had when it was rented out.

My overall experience was very good but when the attendant was getting the vehicle ready I asked him a question as he was putting the dolly inside the truck but unfortunately he did not inform me when he was finished and went into the building attending other customers never notifying me he was finished and as a result I was sitting waiting I was to go inside and ask the attendant if my truck was finished and ready to go. A little more Courtesy he had to walk right past me

Be honest let the customer know that you close at 7 o’clock and if you take the truck out no matter who tell you it will be alright no matter what time to bring it back you will need to pay and don’t give anyone your word if you can’t stand up to it
