How U-Haul Reviews WorkMy furniture was infested. My pre-planned trip was inconvenience by the unprofessional personnel in the local office! My move out was extended by corporate personnel and noted that I would not be charged for the additional mileage nor the extended time added to only end up to be charged in which I had to now contact my bank to have overdraft fees and money charged refunded. I to-date have not received the call from the insurance company as expected based on call with employee Justin regarding the damages of now trashed living room furniture. This has been by far the worst and most difficult situation of moving I have ever experienced. Please if reading this make this situation right for me. Thanks
MARCUS D | Overall ExperienceThe young lady at the desk was very helpful with the storage unit. The representative online was very helpful. My only complaint was the young man at the Bedford. U-Haul was not helpful. He was very dismissive. I was told my a representative over the phone that I could get a one month free storage unit because of my rental. It was set up online, but when I went to the store, he just basically told me they couldn’t do it and that was it..
Kimberly L | Online Move InI walked in the store no other customers waiting the guy at the desk was writing he looked up at me never said a word dropped head back down and continued writing. After about a minute he looks up at me and says "what is it I can do for you". He was very rude and unfriendly. I said I thought I was suppose to let you know I cleaned out the unit...He said take a pic but I didn't have my phone with me so another worker that was in the store walked over to the unit with me to verify it. Three times I've had to talk to him and his attitude was very nasty!!!

Debra J | First ImpressionsHave a storage unit for a year, the first 6 months. They had a bunch of carts, so I never had to physically carry my stuff from the storage unit after 6 months, I guess somebody stole the rest of your cards. So they only had cards. So every morning, I had to grab all my tools physically and welcome to my car. They never replaced the cards email 3 or 4 × 2 see if they replaced the cards, no reply and never replaced the cards, think it's pretty terrible that you pay $200 a month and you have to physically move your stuff out the storage unit every time you need. To take care of business.

The hours only being during business hours was very inconvenient and the associate London is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and has zero KNOWLEDGE on storage he continually told us incorrect information only to be proven wrong by his GM and then no longer wants to address the situation HE CAUSED he put it off on the other associates to handle. He does not havr any form of customer service skills and is not a good look for the company as a whole. I would never recommend anyone come to this location to avoid them having to deal with him!
