Although the facilty was clean. The hours only being during business hours was very inconvenient and the associate London is EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL and has zero KNOWLEDGE on storage he continually told us incorrect information only to be proven wrong by his GM and then no longer wants to address the situation HE CAUSED he put it off on the other associates to handle. He does not havr any form of customer service skills and is not a good look for the company as a whole. I would never recommend anyone come to this location to avoid them having to deal with him!
