There are small bugs and flies in the units. My things are stored there however this is out of necessity and I wish you all would take pest and insect issues seriously.

It should be shut down and staffed retrained all that the worst experience ever me and my family cried when we had to go in there we cry literally tears running down our face that’s how horrible this place is I wouldn’t even give it a one I would give it a minus -0 just this location that’s it just this location. I have Storage units in other location. That is wonderful. Other locations is better. That’s the best but this location horrible

I never smelled urine or anything of the sort! The staff were always helpful. The staff never has bad attitudes and was pleasant whenever interact with them. They were not over priced either. I would definitely recommend them!!!
