The wait time was horrendous for pick up. Even if I had used online checkitn, the two customers in front of me took a half hour - vehicles were not ready, one reservation was not correct, and there was only one person working. For a summer beginning-of-the month Saturday, this seemed pretty ridiculous. The one person working was great - patient and helpful.Ellen E.
Reserved trailer was not on the lot even though I had reserved the trailer a month in advance. Manager did offer me a larger unit at the same price, which was a fair solution. This was quite honestly my best Uhaul experience in 15+ times I've rented from Uhaul. The general manager was fantastic, the store was great, the trucks were well-maintained. When my original truck was slightly damaged, I was given a different truck immediately and ot was cleaned for me on the spot. All on a holiday. I might choose to go out of my way in the future to use this location just because of this experience.Mark B.
Don't give customers vehicles that do not pass road safety concerns. Move faster. 3 hour wait time for no reason made me lose thousands in moving help and made me have to rent out uhaul, insurance, and dolly for 2 extra days. Seeking some kind of a refund.PAUL B.

Mobile pick-up should be faster. I made my reservation in advance, but the process still took a long time at the Uhaul location. We have rented about four times in the past year and reserved in advance, but the pick-up always takes longer than we expect.The location is well-lit and there is a gas station across the street that seems to be open late, which is great for filling up the tank when returning the truck. Staff is friendly and busy, but location seems a little short-staffed sometimes.ERIC T.
First thing that was discouraging was after telling the representative what I needed I ended up with a truck that to small and I had to make a second trip. This increased what I had to pay out for help and increased the mileage I had to pay. Second, the steering was had a lot of play in it making it hard steering and the passenger door mirror was loose and we had to keep adjusting it while we were driving. Last of all when I turned it in at 7am the next morning the man that was there just leave it and did not check me in. Then 7 days later I get an email after closing that said I I was $8.83 shot on my bill and if it wasn't paid within 7 days I would be charged an additional $30 late fee. This was my first time renting a U-Haul and it was smooth and simple. Craig Lovins at this store was super friendly and helpful and was great!!! I had the worst experience when I was trying to drop the equipment the person that was checking in a vehicle motioned to me to turn around & the area is so small & I had rented a trailer so I would not have been able to turn around & everything escalated from there the manager was yelling @ me & cusing & even threatened me with physical violence I have tried many times to call & report him but I sit on hold for over a 1/2 hour every time I would never go to this location nor would I recommend itWilliam T.

Train your employees before you leave them alone in the store. I showed up on time to get my truck and waited there an hour for the lady to finally figure out that they had given my truck away and now I had to get another truck at full price for less than 24 hours I'd only had it for 12 hours I was given no discount and the only reason the lady had for what happened to me was that she didn't understand what she was doing and she needed to call her manager and then the manager just said give her the next truck and then that truck time was not the same as mine and yet I was charged full price for less than 24 hours of rental that I paid for 24 hours so no I would not recommend the Western U-Haul to anyoneMICHELLE D.

The young man (I do not remember his name) was very polite and professional. However, he was the only one working in the store at the time. This means that he had to answer the phone, take care of the customers, and run outside to inspect and prepare vehicles for use. There were not enough employees to do what needed to be done, which delayed progress. In addition, the truck sounded as if it would break down at any time. It definitely needs to be serviced.PERRY M.
