reseved 30 days in advance.truck was not there when i arrived.waited an hour, truck shows up filthy.guy hurrriedly cleans it inside,poor job.was in a bind no time to find another truck elsewhere.took it home cleaned it myself,checked oil .it was low,i added oil.i rent a pick-up every year at the same time ,for four days.i have never had ANY issues before. Staff seemed like idiots, like they just started yesterday. lady manager is nice and helpfull.shes doing a good job.hopefully next year my truck will be ready for me.Also full size vans should have a trailer hitch on them. Its the stupidist thing.why no hitch on vans?

Reserved a 6x12 trailer for 5 PM. I stopped by around noon to see what size ball I needed and found out they rented my trailer that morning and wouldn't have it back until 6 PM. Went there at 6 PM to get my trailer and it wasn't there. They had to call the other customer to have him bring it back. It showed up at 6:30. This isn't the first time that they haven't had the reserved truck or trailer that I needed.

Customer service was great, everyone was very friendly. The vehicle I was issued had suspension issues; it would constantly veer left or right while driving (felt like bad ball joints or tie rod ends). It was not windy. Overall good experience!

My pickup experience was great, the GM checked me in and hooked up the trailer. I also had a fuse out for the lights which she replaced quickly and got me on my way.

Staff at this location we're excellent. I do not, however, like the fact that Uhaul changes the drop-off location LAST MINUTE. I booked a hotel just a mile from the original location and then had to go 20 mins to pick up the van. If I'm paying per mile charges, this is unfair.

The access to the trailers is very difficult. I have a crew cab longbed truck and picking up a trailer in their lot is not easy. It might be improved if the propane tank was moved out of the way. Why does a U-Haul facility need a propane tank sitting in the middle of their trailer parking area? Also the trailer I picked up had two rear tires that were well under inflated 11 and 20 psi. When I went to pump them up to 65 as is marked on the tire something popped out of the one tire leaving a big hole. I plugged that hole with a tire plug. Inflated the tire again and there was another nail in the tire. I tried stopping a the Kokomo store and they didn't have a decent tire to put on the trailer. Suggested I contact Roadside Assistance. I did this via the website leaving my cell number as a contact and I also tried calling the number as my battery was dead and the truck wouldn't start and I still had a bad tire on the trailer. I thought that if they did send someone out to fix the tire they could give me a jump start . Was placed on hold awaiting the next available agent. Gave up after about 10 mins. I had already placed an assist request on the website. Never received a call back or email response. I contacted my own insurance company to get a jumpstart. The trailer had light issues as well. All the rear parking lights on the left side were out. The service guy in Kokomo thought that the wiring was bad. Why would this trailer even be rented out if it was in this poor of a condition? I think U-Haul should offer me a full or partial refund for poor equipment condition and poor (non existent) roadside assistance.

Kimberly was a sweetheart, went over and above the call to help us. The yard guy, not so much. Trying to be as nice as I can, he would have been terminated yesterday. Bad attitude, threw equipment around, breaking a dolly, e x t r e m e l y s l o w. Waited 2 hours for our truck.
