When I arrived to pick up rental on my scheduled date and time the location was closed. I was scheduled to pick up Saturday morning but this business is closed on Saturday. Had to call 800 number and an hour later had to go to another location to pick up rental. Extremely unhappy with original location being closed.

Battery was dead once we got home. There was absolutely no oil in the engine! Had to take care of all those things!! No fun when you need to leave

This is the second time I have been over charged and the first time was my mistake when I went over mileage, but this last time I made sure I asked for higher mileage..I returned the truck no issues, but a $29.00 rental turned out to be 91.00. NOT COOL and your company needs to do a better job of explaining all the hidden costs and give customers better options. Your quick to our money, but not quick enough to fix an issue!

The trailer I got did not have a motorcycle tire pocket. I needed that for my motorcycle, not the fault of this location. they had none at this time.

Kim was very rude to me and when tried to drop the van off, told me I couldn’t and “we don’t do one ways.” The uhaul in chicago had written down this address on western ave in south bend as my drop off location. Instead of trying to help, Kim yelled at me demanding me to call a 1-800 number and refused to help me any further. She also called me belligerent, which I? was not, and yelled at me in front of other customers and kept calling me “baby.” I? have never been treated so rudely in my life.

What you could do to improve your service is double check email addresses. This rental had nothing to do with me, but I git all the automated emails (confirmations, reminders etc.). It’s a good thing nothing went wrong with the reservation. The Ronda you rented to would be pissed.

I was very disappointed this time normally I have no problems I get the truck that I need in record time but when I went to pick truck up the cashier told me that I could not have the truck for 24 hours it would have been nice if somebody would have told me that in the beginning I had movers ready to move me with no truck I was very disappointed had to wait for or five hours until I could pick up the truck

Get new people that are about the people they help because thw western on is disrespectful and the guy D'Angelo needs to be let go for getting loud with me and then trying to call my brother out in the store when we trun the truck in i had to get in the middle of it and so did the other lady but i will never use your truck or anything again i promise and then took $50 of my money and to me be i was to be back at 3 for someones eles can have the truck i called and told then asked then if i could have a lil more time i was tild yes that fine get it back by 5 i said thank you and ok i will for sure then i get 2 phone calls by 2 of the people saying that they will take my no matter what and guess what they did they charge me i cleaning fee of 50 but to my face told it was a inconvenience change 50$ because someone at 3 was to get the truck if i new it was going to be a big deal it would of been back but i was told ok so 2 phone calls later trying to drive and get the truck back and all the disrespect that the 2 did do when they dis call i just yold them i can't get a truck back to u if u keep calling and harassing me u will never have ro worry about me ckming back and i put a complete in and i would like rhe $50 thats do back because i never left no mess in the truck they are trying to cover there ass and if u look on the camera u will see the employee calling my brother out but you have a nice day from cora butler

Not sure what you could do to improve your service, but I would like to say that the two lady's you have working at this location were very polite and professional. I know one was Emily, not sure the others name, but they were very very nice.
