We selected this location as a drop off. When we arrived, we were told we needed to call a 1-800 number to get out drop off location. This is the first time renting a truck in 20+ years, returning should have been easier. We did not call the number and the person working accepted our return.

I asked the worker to remove the dollie, and she said she didn't know how. I removed it because my load wouldn't go past it. The truck had no light in cargo area. The app wouldn't take photos. camera light would light, but no photo. I finally had to return truck through website.

I have been with you for years even rent trucks. I should have got alittle discount. I paid for my storage a few weeks ago.Then I move out. I should have some of my money back. The reason why I move out was.i just couldn't afford it anymore.I got hurt at work my hours was cut cause I had to do light duty.But I will keep you in mind if I ever need a place to rent. Thank You Very Much.

When you reserve equipment you should have a separate line for that only . And not have to stand there for 20 min when you already reserved it . I have a spinal injury and it's had to stand there for 20 min or more your equipment your employee use is slow very slow . Put a waiting room in cause it takes so long and it has been the same at this location for 20 years

My family and I actually found everything exactly U-Haul said it would be. There was a slight mishap with the date of rental, but a friendly sales lady easily fixed it over the phone. We are pleased with this location.

Customer service was exceptional and everything was very easy. The only issue was that the windshield was very dirty on the inside, we had to stop at a gas station and wipe it down. Kind of looked like someone had sprayed it to clean and then didn't wipe it off. Otherwise was great!

This location was the most poorly managed UHaul store in my years of experience renting from UHaul. The staff seemed high when I picked up the trailer, and was inattentive when I dropped it off, making me wait several minutes before simply telling me that I could leave and they needed nothing further from me. I prefer your other locations near my house and will continue to patronize the better managed locations.

I tried to enter the information on the text received before you leave in truck. The truck smelled like cannabis and the fuel showed between half tank and a quarter tank. I tried to submit in would not send. So after returning after diving only 17 miles. I was charged for gas, but before returning it I put 15 dollars of fuel.. she said you should of taken picture?? Not happy.

Terrible rental. Had to redo reservation because had to be in driver's name. When originally made did for 2 days. When they redid made it for 7 pm on 30th instead of 530 pm on 31st. Big mess had threats of charging a new reservation when 6 trucks sitting there. Had to take truck back by 1130 am on 31st. Never again.

I needed to rent a truck over the weekend and this was one of the few places open Saturday and Sunday. I know you can do the 24/7 thing with your phone but I wanted to deal with people to ask them any questions I had. The lady that helped me was super friendly and let me know everything I needed to know.

The two U-Haul representatives at this location were rude and did not help whatsoever with the issues I was having with the app and with processing my payment. They literally stared at me the whole time with a condescending look and had an extremely sarcastic tone when speaking to me. Although I had my bank on the phone verifying my funds for the payment, there were issues with the self check in app and the payment would not go through. I ended up having to borrow the funds from my brother in law who happened to be there to let me use his credit card (embarrassing). I also witnessed them being rude to another U-haul customer who had issues with the straps on the hauler she had rented still attached to the car. The U-Haul representatives were very unprofessional by gossiping back and forth about the other customer with issues right in front of me. They were talking about how they weren't allowed to help her unless she paid for it. Ok- I understand the legality of not being able to physically help someone because of insurance issues. HOWEVER, one of the most important aspects of proper customer service involves COMMUNICATION. If the U-Haul reps would have given the customer a chance to explain exactly what she needed help with, they would have realized her only issue was with understanding how to correctly loosen the straps attached to her vehicle. My husband ended up helping the customer and both him and I were disturbed at the way the U-Haul reps treated her. Lastly, once the payment issue was processed and the U-Haul became available, the biggest mistake we made was trusting the rep who BOLD FACE LIED to my husband and I about the furniture dolly I had ordered for this U-haul reservation. She assured us it was in there and said she put it in there herself, so you can imagine how upset we were when we finally got to our storage unit after leaving this U-haul location.

Staff refused to help me at all with the potentially dangerous procedure of unhooking my car from the vehicle transport. They also tried to make me back the 26' truck, with transport, into a small awkward space, saying “we're not strong enough to move the transport into its parking space, so you have to do it”. I refused. I was able to find another customer to assist me with getting my car off of the transport.

We rented a car hauler one way from Toledo to Detroit. It rang up as a two-day rental. I asked the person checking us out to change it to a two-day rental. She said that it's just how it comes up initially, and they would adjust to a one-day at the drop-off site once we returned it within the one-day window. At drop-off, they said this was not the case. I told them that's not what was presented to us at pick-up, and the attitude from the start was "too bad" -- the man there said specifically, "You ran your card and paid for it." The person at drop-off was rude and said 'I'm the owner, there's no one else for you to talk to," when I asked to escalate. When I called U-Haul, the woman kept repeating that there's only two-day for one-way rental and said that the pick-up site was a corporate location and they wouldn't tell someone what I explained to her. When I told her I was offended that she's basically calling me a liar, she said anyone who calls me back is going to say the same thing, then said "Goodbye" and hung up on me. So awful! If this is how UHaul does business now, hello Penske or some other rental place!

The central call center did not schedule the appointment for the time we discussed. This was the 3rd time using the central call center and each one was a disaster. I suggest consumers be able to call store locations directly for scheduling and product information. The store did accommodate and do the installation which I appreciated very much.

Provide a detailed receipt with all charges and send it to email when you say you're sending it. i never recieved a receipt. Called 3 times put on hold for long periods of time so i gave up.

The attitudes of the employees was appalling. The woman who “helped” us came to hook up the trailer with a lit cigarette in her mouth and was less than communicative and helpful with the entire process. This interaction alone ensured I will think twice before giving money to Uhaul again.
