Wrap the equipment that is most accessible. It took about 20 minutes for them to locate the equipment I was supposed to get and then when they located it, it was buried so they changed to another piece of equipment that was more accessible.

Well the people inform they didn’t show no interest of been there they was working like they were obligated to be there ask the girl that I didn’t want the truck if I could used a pick up truck and she didn’t even said nothing like there was none the truck didn’t have a bottom to control temperature on the air conditioning it was stress flu to drive well I turn in the truck with more than what I supposed with gas and I used it for one day and two hours it would be really bad if I get charged for two days but I guess I have ti live and learn never again would go there and it took like 25 minutes to get the trailer I was getting bad service

This location was very good. My original site for pick up told me there did not have a truck for me on Monday, June 22.They also told me they cancelled my reservation. I had to scramble with UHaul to get a new reservation and I did not know if the labor I selected for my move on the UHaul website also cancelled so it took me hours to figure out. Not a good experience. I believe I should get a credit for this inconvenience. Besides the picking up and return issues everything worked out good. The labor on both end of my rip were great (highly recommended). With the stress of the move I was under these issues were not appreciated. More communications from UHaul would help. Also, there should be communications with the renter and labor to see what accessories i need to rent from UHaul. I had not idea. We did have a lot of scratches on furniture and some broken bowls. Is any of that covered in the insurance I purchased.

The only problem I have is I turned the truck in with 3/4 of a tank of gas just like I left with got home looked at my receipt online and they charged me $13 for gas. That’s unacceptable. I put $12 in it to get it back up to 3/4 tank. I only drove 25 or 30 miles with the truck.

I rented a U-Haul with a guaranteed pickup at a location in Naples Florida. I got there and was informed that the trailer I wanted was not available and the closest one was 40 minutes away in ft myers. I drove there and picked up the trailer and had a six day allowance for my trip to massachusetts. During my trip, we encountered a lot of rain which caused a 1 day delay. We discovered that the trailer had a leak and much of the clothes furniture and paperwork we had in the trailer got very wet. When I brought the trailer back, I explained the issue and was told that I would not be charged the additional fee for bringing the trailer back late. A day or 2 later Iteceived the final invoice and I was charged a late fee. I would appreciate someone taking a look into this and letting me know what you can do to make things right. I have been a U-Haul customer for some time and I am disappointed in how this transaction turned out. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

Everyone at the move in facility were nice and helpful. The young man that helped me with the storage building doors not working correctly was awesome. He said he didn’t normally work the storage facility but he worked his butt off to resolve the issue so I could get my belongings moved. He bent over backwards and deserves a raise for sure! He didn’t mention anything to me about a review so he doesn’t know I’m leaving him a good review. Take care of your employees because good ones are hard to find!

I only had one issue where my card was accidentally deactivated and I wasn't able to get into my unit. The lot attended on duty on Sunday around 934 was nasty, rude and kind of racist very unprofessional. I will never ever again use this facility. I did bring into the manager’s attention, but then the Michael he apologized and said he would talk to him whether that happened or not I have no clue this guy does not need to be working with people. He should be working in the cemetery Where he has no contact with life people very nasty super rude.

In getting past the door, there is a very large lip to get over using the rolling cart. This made it incredibly difficult for me to pull the cart into the storage facility every time I had to unload more items and my uhaul was full. The concrete had broken away all along the edge of the door. Otherwise, everything else was great.

My first interaction with the staff was horrible. I was given a storage unit that already had a lock on it. When I notified the staff, they had attitudes and weren’t friendly. I had movers at the U-Haul location and it took them over and hour to get me another unit. My had to pay an additional fee for the movers going over the time. When they finally found me another unit, it was 30 dollars more and they refused to match the price of my other unit even though it was their fault. I will never use U-Haul ever again.

The experience was ok until we got to our destination. Surprise, surprise; the truck we rented was a 26 footer, we were moving a three bedroom bla, bla home, and when we got to our destination the only storage available was a 10x10 and they would make available a 7x10 for us, take it or leave it. We make a reservation of a 10x20. We were lucky that we have relatives in the area and let us use their garage.

The store does not answer their phone. I have called multiple times a day for multiple days and left multiple messages for the manager and received no call after 14 attempts. I even contacted corporate and corporate said they never answer their phones. Corporate also contacted the manager and requested for them to call me and I still didn’t receive a call back. I have also physically stood in the store and watched them ignore calls & let the phone ring and ring with no attempting to answer. That is the only reason I canceled my unit- poor communication skills & excuses from the manager and staff on why they don’t answer the phone.

After completing a move to the area, we dropped off our Uhaul truck and trailers at the Ft. Myers facility. The manager, Eli Rosado, was extremely helpful and ensured everything went smoothly. He provided the storage unit and personally showed us the best way to access and use the facility. Of all the places we dealt with during our move, this was by far the best facility to work with, from the staff helping with the drop off to the manager. .

The main problem is that we could never use the big door, always blocked by other pods, trucks, etc. My husband had tools and we're heavy so that was VERY inconvenient, and when asked about it, staff just replied that they didn't have anywhere to put stuff and the had other spaces they could have used. Also my card had been hacked and charged me 15.00 late charge instead of notifying me. And paying 95.00 a month for a small space was just too much considering other issues.

The reason why I said no to the lighting was because of the fact that the lights upstairs where my storage unit was does not stay on for more than 5 minutes and you have to keep going down the other way to send hit the sensor so the lights will come on other than that my experience with you was good and I would recommend you to other people but maybe you might want to do something about the upstairs light so when the lights come on they stay on until like 5 minutes after people are done something like that.

I was told by the Uhaul call center that my unit was on the first floor. When I arrived I found out all available units were on the second floor, the person in office spoke negatively about the call center always screwing things up, and I would have to carry my boxes up stairs. I was sent out by the office to find it on my own in a sea of buildings. Fortunately Nigel helped us find the right building, helped us get in, and provide guidance on how best to get the boxes out of our truck and up the stairs. I answered yes to the question above about the staff being friendly and helpful because Nigel truly was. He saved what could have been a negative first impression.

I had requested online, along with my truck rental, a spacious storage unit so there would be no issues getting all my stuff in. The clerk, although courteous, told me storage units are on a first come first serve basis. That is not the impression chicken on the website.cthe storage unit I was given was very small and on the 2 nd floor.

I reserved a 10X10 Got an 8x8 because my reservation wasn't available upon arrival. I instead got an 8x8 2nd story locker. Will be using my free month and moving to a location that actually has the product I need. Epic waste of time and money. The staff was super friendly and courteous.
