Wrap the equipment that is most accessible. It took about 20 minutes for them to locate the equipment I was supposed to get and then when they located it, it was buried so they changed to another piece of equipment that was more accessible.
Theodore JWell the people inform they didn’t show no interest of been there they was working like they were obligated to be there ask the girl that I didn’t want the truck if I could used a pick up truck and she didn’t even said nothing like there was none the truck didn’t have a bottom to control temperature on the air conditioning it was stress flu to drive well I turn in the truck with more than what I supposed with gas and I used it for one day and two hours it would be really bad if I get charged for two days but I guess I have ti live and learn never again would go there and it took like 25 minutes to get the trailer I was getting bad service

Sean MThis location was very good. My original site for pick up told me there did not have a truck for me on Monday, June 22.They also told me they cancelled my reservation. I had to scramble with UHaul to get a new reservation and I did not know if the labor I selected for my move on the UHaul website also cancelled so it took me hours to figure out. Not a good experience. I believe I should get a credit for this inconvenience. Besides the picking up and return issues everything worked out good. The labor on both end of my rip were great (highly recommended). With the stress of the move I was under these issues were not appreciated. More communications from UHaul would help. Also, there should be communications with the renter and labor to see what accessories i need to rent from UHaul. I had not idea. We did have a lot of scratches on furniture and some broken bowls. Is any of that covered in the insurance I purchased.

COLLIN HI rented a U-Haul with a guaranteed pickup at a location in Naples Florida. I got there and was informed that the trailer I wanted was not available and the closest one was 40 minutes away in ft myers. I drove there and picked up the trailer and had a six day allowance for my trip to massachusetts. During my trip, we encountered a lot of rain which caused a 1 day delay. We discovered that the trailer had a leak and much of the clothes furniture and paperwork we had in the trailer got very wet. When I brought the trailer back, I explained the issue and was told that I would not be charged the additional fee for bringing the trailer back late. A day or 2 later Iteceived the final invoice and I was charged a late fee. I would appreciate someone taking a look into this and letting me know what you can do to make things right. I have been a U-Haul customer for some time and I am disappointed in how this transaction turned out. Thank you and I look forward to hearing back from you.

When I notified the staff, they had attitudes and weren’t friendly. I had movers at the U-Haul location and it took them over and hour to get me another unit. My had to pay an additional fee for the movers going over the time. When they finally found me another unit, it was 30 dollars more and they refused to match the price of my other unit even though it was their fault. I will never use U-Haul ever again.

We make a reservation of a 10x20. We were lucky that we have relatives in the area and let us use their garage.

I even contacted corporate and corporate said they never answer their phones. Corporate also contacted the manager and requested for them to call me and I still didn’t receive a call back. I have also physically stood in the store and watched them ignore calls & let the phone ring and ring with no attempting to answer. That is the only reason I canceled my unit- poor communication skills & excuses from the manager and staff on why they don’t answer the phone.

Also my card had been hacked and charged me 15.00 late charge instead of notifying me. And paying 95.00 a month for a small space was just too much considering other issues.
Sue J | Overall ExperienceThe reason why I said no to the lighting was because of the fact that the lights upstairs where my storage unit was does not stay on for more than 5 minutes and you have to keep going down the other way to send hit the sensor so the lights will come on other than that my experience with you was good and I would recommend you to other people but maybe you might want to do something about the upstairs light so when the lights come on they stay on until like 5 minutes after people are done something like that.

When I arrived I found out all available units were on the second floor, the person in office spoke negatively about the call center always screwing things up, and I would have to carry my boxes up stairs. I was sent out by the office to find it on my own in a sea of buildings. Fortunately Nigel helped us find the right building, helped us get in, and provide guidance on how best to get the boxes out of our truck and up the stairs. I answered yes to the question above about the staff being friendly and helpful because Nigel truly was. He saved what could have been a negative first impression.
