These guys were super unprofessional, and negligent. The company should fire these guys and hire a whole new crew. You guys really scrapped the bottom of the barrel with these Guys. I will never go to this location again, not even for a piece of rope.GREG I.
They charged me for gas when I put the uhaul over where it was. My total was 79.85 and they still cleared $112 out my bank account and charged an $112 for storage unit when reservation said first month free. Then I now see a pending charge of an extra $65 plus on my debit card I will be returning tomorrow. Never will I ever use them again.Melissa M.

I had a 10' van and tow dolly. I towed a Kia Rio behind the van. The power was adequate, but stability was rather loose. I would like to recommend that UHaul only allow towing be performed with dually chassis vehicles.Mark M.

Truck was in very poor shape. Check engine light was on. Tried to call store to let them know, no one answered. Truck made very loud noise while accelerating. Wouldn't go above 40 mph. Truck was dirty inside & had bad smell. Thank God roadside assistance is included because I thought I would need it. I've used uhaul several times, by far the worst rental I've had.Jessica B.

The lady up front was so helpful, kind and friendly. They were super busy and she was multi tasking to make sure we all got in and out as quick as possible. She did a great job! We also had to come back to exchange for a bigger truck and it was super easy.Amber B.
The store did well but I had called for a reservation and provided my credit card info for a one way (15') reservation from the Eastern Bypass store. When I showed up, they did not have and sent me to the other location who only had a 2 way truck available. I had to pay for an extra 90+ miles and fuel. I never gave either store my email address so I know the reservation was taken as I started receiving emails once I picked up the truck. The trip was successful. Just cost more than expected and I had to make additional arrangements to get picked up. Thanks.don M.

When I went in a customer service guy name Joe was really nasty. He asked did I have a reservation and I said no but I had rented trucks a lot here . He said we have nothing. After walking out I saw lots of vans and walked back in and asked were they available he once again said NO. I walked to my car and made a reservation because there were many available. I got one for 1:30 on 3/12/22. When I got there Steven and I was talking and he said he didn't know why he acted like that with me and apologized for Joe poor customer service. I will never be back at that location again. I was late for work on that day because waiting until 1:30 made me late. I came in there around 11:15. I do hate this because it's two minutes from my home.Kim C.

The 24 hours share pickup takes to long to sign in. It took 22 minutes for me to sign in and cuts in on my rental time! Then when it's time to return the rental the drop box key is to small for the new models trucks keys to put in the box. The new model trucks/vans keys are big like a box so it won't fit!Derrick W.

Best experience with Uhaul to-date! The staff was very courteous and helpful. The equipment was clean and withstood the stress of a long-distance move. Only two minor issues: Great idea on the extra pads made available in the truck rear, but the location of the pads hanging near the door entrance made it difficult to maneuver some of my furniture while loading. Also, when returning the truck, I could not bypass the Use My Location page during Online check-in. Luckily, the office was open, but I would have loved to have completed the process without the location feature, especially if I needed to check-in after hours. Overall, thank you everyone for great service, a smile, and taking the stress out of my move.Angela H.

The Manager was rude with an attitude for no apparent reason as I was renting the van. I got in the van and the windshield was crack. When I return it the guy ask me did I do it! I said NO! Don't y'all supposed to check the vehicle when it's return. He said the customer before me return it after hours and it was to cold to check! You will NOT put that in myBill. I reserved a unit on-line. I was unaware that I needed an access code. I was only provided unit number. I had to leave all of my belongings on truck overnight and incur an additional day of truck rental and costs. I was told that my 26ft truck can be pulled into the storage on the part that was assigned as I proceed to do so I hit the top part..so why did that happened because they failed to tell me that it's broken & now I can't pull in. This is after I go & ask why was I told to pull in knowing their pull in space is broken. I don't not like being misinformed. The damage was not much because I was backing up slow...But just imagine if I wasn't. Because of this information was very important...so yes im dissatisfied with this particular part of my move..The other part was compensated. This was 1 of my worst moving. Poor experience began on Mobile Hwy which latter created an issue at this location. Same is true with the final truck rent. This location claimed there was no one way rent truck for me as far as Salma only to learn leaving the location and 30 minutes prior to closing there was one on Mobile Hwy. After renting and dropping off, what was informed was learning to not be the end result. U-Haul nor it’s staff in that error does not seem to keep or honor their word even when after holding the phone extensively to make reservations and constantly hear the call is being recorded, does U-Haul see that Customer satisfaction is priority. Location was abandoned for some time, and Uhaul has only recently moved in. Uhaul facility was soft open, and needed much interior and exterior maintenance. If visiting Facility, show patience and courtesy to Uhaul and employees; they are currently in the process of converting an abandoned facility into a functioning, reliable storage facility.
