I came from another u-haul down street for reservation for cargo van. I was given wrong name on reservation sheet that was given too me from first u-haul place too give to second U-haul company. When given my name too second u-haul company,it wasn't in system. He took sheet and seen that first u-haul company put down wrong name. They took my license made copy and ask for my email, phone number. The person from first company did not look see that it was female name on it. After getting square way. I suppose bring back van within 3 hrs. When returning cargo van within 1 hr and havle.. I get call from u- haul indicating do you want extend hours. I told whitte Caucasian female, I been turn vehicle in. She told me, she was going out their check. I told her description of person and he was person who check me in. Later that day, I get a call from female friend in Georgia, saying u-haul call her. That's when things Click, some how her name was on sheet from first u-haul company. She is in another state. I was given the wrong truck. The person called me after I had gotten far away he called and told me to return and I couldn't. Truck had beer bottle caps in door pocket and under drivers seat. The exhaust leak was so bad I had to keep the windows down so I wouldn't get gassed out. Truck had several large scratches on both sides and inside the box was dirty and had to be cleanedWilliam P.
Well... the person that waited on me seem like a bad attitude! When I came to return the rental truck... she went out and just keep me waiting! Also had trouble setting up the rental due to computer qlitch. So my overall experience was below average. Employees seemed like they could care less about customers. Was charged for fuel that I restored and the rep just say I'm going to send something to customer service and get back to me. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone I rented a uhaul for one day the fuel was only on a 1/4 tank so I added it back and returned it on time with the 1/4 tank and was charged for 5 extra gallons. Without an apology or a refund I just get I'm sending up and call you back. I wouldn't even rate them one star. I need a refund for that also......Jalisa W.

I always reserve like 3 weeks to a month advance and I always request different types of dollys. Uhaul always drop the ball . The exact same thing happened last year. If I could offer my opinion. You guys need more communication with the others uhaul stores. Update your online portal because online allows you to reserve a vehicle and equipment that's not there. I was put at a major disadvantage. I had to spend a lot of unnecessary moneyNorman L.

The employees at this location is very unprofessional. They gave me a truck that was not clean and it had broken glass on the floor under the seat. The key switch cover was broken and it was hard to crank up. My friend accidently locked her phone in truck but the employees act like they didn't find it. And to top it all off I had the truck for 5 hours but they charged me for a 2 day rental. I am very dissatisfied with my experience.Quentina M.

This location LIED and said that 50 miles is the minimum they have to hold on my debit card. I found out this was not true, through my mom, who used to work there and customer service. Then, I took pictures of the fuel line and mileage and they still overcharged me. Charged me for gas when I looked at the picture I took in my phone and put the gas back where it was. You change my location without contacting me. The truck was clean but the tire pressure was 41 34,32,31. I booked this over the phone with a representative gave verified my address and phone #. When I got to the location no truck my number was wrong in the computer and there were 2 trucks on the lot but they made me go to a location further away from my house. Y'all advertise the 10' trucks are $19.99 but I payed almost $150 for 5 hours! Why advertise one price then it's way more expensive! Is because we as customers did not have 24 house to access our unit especially when we the customers have a key card to get in side the facility. The tow dolly initially assigned to us was not working. Specifically, the signal lights were not functional. Luckily, there was a spare one at the relocation for reassignment. Otherwise, it would have severely endangered and delayed our cross-country military move. The location should ensure the equipment is working before assigning it to a customer.Jennifer W.

The vehicle trailer had 2 broken chains and the front left wheel tie down got loose several times on my trip. By the time I realized it I had already rented the equipment, but I reported the issue when I dropped it off. I was not given any furniture pads and had to drive back to the store to receive them. My container was 4 days late arriving to my destination as well. Booked a 10x10x10 unit 2 months in advance from my move. Had a reservation number and when I arrived they told me they had no units available so I would have to go to another location. The location they recommended was closed on that particular day. The staff was kind to work with me and offer 2 of the 5x10x10 units that they did have available. The problem lies with the booking process when calling uhaul. Don’t allow a reservation for a unit that is not available and does not exist. I was told that my 26ft truck can be pulled into the storage on the part that was assigned as I proceed to do so I hit the top part..so why did that happened because they failed to tell me that it's broken & now I can't pull in. This is after I go & ask why was I told to pull in knowing their pull in space is broken. I don't not like being misinformed. The damage was not much because I was backing up slow...But just imagine if I wasn't. Because of this information was very important...so yes im dissatisfied with this particular part of my move..The other part was compensated. This was 1 of my worst moving.
