congested lot - parking to enter the office was poor, and the equipment was difficult to acquire. Had to leave the property and enter from an alternate entrance. I was shocked about the insurance cost - very ugly prices. I've thought about competitors - need to consider other options.William I.

The representative actually called my husband an asshole. Need I say more? We were a bit tired and frustrated after being transferred 4 times by Uhaul personnel in an effort to get the drop off facility straight. We had ori been assigned a location 3 hours away from where we were. Ridiculous all around but Judy from Vero was our hero.Nancy C.

* I dealt with 4 people at this location. 2 were great to work with. 2 were unhappy people and unpleasant. * My hitch installation was excellent and the price was half what my dealership wanted to charge. However, the parts had not arrived to the location for the appointment, I was not notified in advance so I showed up for a no-go, and then had to reschedule the install. Again, I was not notified if the parts had arrived for the second appointment (which they had). Not related to this location -- * 24 hours in advance of pickup, the scheduling team scheduled my pickup 90 minutes away from my prefered location, which I had to call and rearrange. * The wait time on the 800 number was always at least 20-30 minutes -- unacceptable. * The trailer performed great for our 1400 mile trip.Philip J.

This is not the employees fault but given the busy road (location) It is almost like they need a bigger lot for parking customers come in their own vehicles and there is total confusion on where to park. The young girl doing the return was as rude as she could possibly be!!! I pulled around the back and was going to the office to check in and was confronted by this girl about my parking there. I was then informed to back the 26 ft truck with auto transport back around the building to the return area. This was no easy task with all that Ed going on in the parking lot! The only thing harder was biting my tongue after 750 miles in a giant truck pulling a car trailer and being accosted in the parking lot by a disgruntled employee. I will drive wherever needed to avoid this facility! It's not UHaul, it's an employee who needs to be reacquainted with customer service! I feel better.....Harold H.

Nothing, the staff was friendly and came up with a solution for me as another rental company cancelled our reservation as they did not have the vehicles available for all of their reservations. This location was able to take care of me and we were very satisfied with the service and equipment that we were provided. I would recommend and will use this location again in the future. This location sucks! The staff always park in the only 3 parking spaces available. There is zero street parking. It is always a maze to get in and out when buying products in the store. The equipment lane is short and you cannot wait on the street. The staff are not friendly and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. We've used Uhaul a lot across the country and this is by far the worst location ever.Ben W.

I rented vehicle for 3 days & returned vehicle 3 hours late so I was charged for the weekly rate. I could have kept vehicle for another 3 days since I was charged for it anyway. No one communicated that to me & better customer service would have provided me with an option. I discovered that once my bill was e-mailed to me which is too late. I would fix your online reservation system. It takes forever to go through and still does not get you the vehicle you rented. I ended up having to go in the location anyway as your online representatives were terrible. The store personnel are fantastic. I'm a person who doesn't have the patience to wait in line so I've been using the UHaul app to save time. It is awesome. The first time was a bit of a pain because someone I knew had to be contacted via phone to confirm I am who I am and 0 out of 10 people were available. Someone eventually picked up after a few texts and all was good. The second time I rented a van and the app worked seamlessly, problem was that the van I was assigned was blocked in. No worries the attendant moved a truck and without having to wait I was on my way. Great location, they've got it down.Wayne H.
I returned the appliance cart one hour after renting. I waited but There was no staff anywhere to receive the return, I did leave it right in front of the door where it couldn't be missed. I tried to call them multiple times to report the return but the hold times were over 15 minutes. Now I get a call one week later about it. They apparently never logged it in. It's a busy location but how could they not notice it was returned.? Anyway, the strap on the cart was worn out and ripped. It would not tighten around the refrigerator. It should not be rented until fixed and I hope I'm not getting charged for more then a 2 hour rental.TOM B.

90 degrees is unacceptable. I understand it's Florida summer...but advertising a place as "climate controlled" should mean the temperature is controlled. I took pictures of the thermostat in the faciliy. Right when we got there it was at 90. After 15 mins it crept up to 94. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they didn't seem to think it was a problem. One of the associates even joked that the facility was without A/C for 2 full weeks last month.
