Kenneth BBetter communication. I dropped off late in the evening. I was scheduled to have the truck 4 days and got it back to you all in 3 days. There was no where to park. The lot was beyond full and then they ripped me off the next day on the fuel.

laVonne RCustomer Service is not a top priority at this location. Both picking up and dropping off. Your spoken to like a criminal and rude. I was almost given a truck with no air conditioning. The truck they gave me ran like crap! So your trucks should be taken out of service to preform maintenance. Upon my rental return 3 hours before I had to I found two customers waiting in line and no one in the office to assist. One of the vehicles return employee came in to help. I spoke to the customer in front of me who also had the same experience. His rental was even horrible and he had to return it Your establishment will lose revenue if your establishment continues to work in this manner I will not use this location again.
John GDrop off was fast and efficient.
Greg SI waited about 10 minutes in the office without receiving any assistance, even though employees were present. I had to complete the pickup through the U-Haul app, which was quick and easy. However, my truck was not ready, and I spent additional time searching for it. When I asked an employee for help, he was reluctant and not very helpful. The truck was parked behind several others, so they had to move multiple vehicles before I could leave. Overall, I lost about 45 minutes, arrived late to my destination, and had a very disappointing customer service experience at this location.

Pedro TAaron is amazing! 5 stars across the board. Unfortunately, the young lady that was working with him when I returned my equipment on Monday, June 22, 2026, was extremely rude, unprofessional, and spoke with complete and utter ignorance to me. Accusing me of “getting slick with her“. And then muttering under her breath, “shit”. I simply wanted to wait for a print out of my receipt. Apparently that was too much to ask and completely put her out. I would not recommend this location while she still works there. I’m not using this location for my next rental tomorrow.
Elizabeth LAaron was so professional and polite the morning we picked up the trailer. He was the only rep there and it was already busy, yet he remained calm and patient.

micheal lI went 17 miles. I put back in almost 2 gallons of gas right before I returned the truck. I then caught on the bill you charged me for 7 gallons of gas when I told you I put gas into the truck just 2 minutes before I returned it. When I asked for credit back you then said it's after 7 and we're closed and to come back tomorrow to get your gas credited. No real service from the late crew. The next morning I came back was told I should have used to app and I told them when I picked up the truck the app wouldn't connect to my phone and I informed the manager said okay. When I told her that she said she credited my account, but I noticed I didn't get an update on my invoice!

I had the door locked on me as soon as i walked out and i turned around to ask another question and this woman who worked there locked the door and told me and another customer to GO HOME. Extremely disappointed with the service here, Will never ever go back. There was one out of 3 staff members at this store that was helping everyone while the other two staff members berated the customers , said disrespectful things to me and multiple other customers and then locked the door on us at 450pm when they closed at 5pm and yelled at me and other customers to get the hell out and go home. This was the absolute worst uhaul experience i have ever had. I felt horrible for the one staff member who was trying to help everyone while the other two younger staff members were extremely rude, univiting, disrespectful and not doing there jobs at all. they were just standing by the door waiting to leave.
Jennifer SCan’t think of anything. They were very patient and professional dealing with me in Ohio trying to set this up for my friend in Florida. I set it up without all the information and had to make changes and they rolled with the changes just fine.

nicole gI drove the truck 27 miles. Wasn't sure what fuel to put in it when I was going to replace the fuel before returning the truck. It wasn't displayed on the tank. I figured 27 miles better to have Uhall replace it and pay little more per gallon than put in the wrong fuel. Was charged $52 for top off. Really? That's $2 per mile for fuel. Kinda high don't you think. Nickel and dime business.

Evert BThe lot was overfill barely a place to park trailer. When I went to leave there were so many trucks returning that I had to thread through stuff just to leave. I realize that land is expensive but I would have driven farther for a better location.

wayne wThe staff seem as if I was bothering them when I stopped in to check on my reservation. I had a 5am pickup and just wanted to make sure I understood what to do. It’s like I had to be pulling the information out of the female (younger black female), even so she did not give me any helpful information. I had to show up at 5am the day of pickup and figure it myself. When I dropped off the rental I advised her that one of the equipment that I reserved was not inside the truck and she seemed very annoyed. I asked for the receipt and she just side it will be in your email. I asked a male employee that was there for a printed copy and advised her that I wanted a printed copy and without hesitation she said well it has to be checked in (she was very annoyed). The overall attitude was as if a was bothering her and as if she did not want to be there at all.

Amy ANever got the pads I requested and didn’t realize till after we left. Returned the equipment and not only did I get charged for not returning the pads, but for the pads themselves. When I called in twice to remove said charges, I was only refunded the fee for not returning the pads, not the pad rental.

JEFFREY SIt seems pretty obvious that U-Haul did not check in my equipment when I turned it in on Saturday. On Monday, I received a miscellaneous charge for two extra days. It’s pretty sloppy that a business can just charge you without even calling you. Now, I have to wait three days for a phone call. I guess that’s how important U-Haul customers are to their company.

VICTOR GYou should keep the store open for business up to the states closing time. I pulled in 4:53 pm on a Sunday and the place was locked up. Staff came to the door and said “we pretty much closed.” When the posted close is 5pm closing at 4:53 pm is frustrating for customers.
Bradley Bcargo van was fairly clean.. Front was very clean but back was not totally clean. Van was in a cart good shape, no issues or concerns what so ever. wWe returned it after hrs, it too us a long to get on line, finally called and was done manually. person on the phone was great and took good care of us. Thank you

When we picked the vehicle up we were told we could potentially be reimbursed for any unused mileage, unused days, or extra gas in the tank (we left 7/8th when only 1/2 was required - roughly $30-$40). Again, small item but it would be nice if these items were credited towards the storage.

Hallways not clean always debris of some sort in them I had even taken a broom and dust pan and swept down the hallway around my unit several times it was filthy. Then we were not alerted when the climate control was off and our storage was compromised so basically we were paying for a non climate storage and found out from another source when I called and went into the unit and asked it was true and the manager says they had been working on it. Weeks went by no climate control, yes I wasn’t told no call no email nothing! But when my bill is due no problems sending reminder and email and text? I am very disappointed as I have used UHaul storage in other states this issue never happened I had expected the same clean service Uhaul had offered and we received before this was the absolute worst. The manager very arrogant doesn’t seem to care at this facility and I understand good reliable help is difficult to obtain but please don’t take it out on your customers whom keep your business going.

JOHN R | Overall ExperienceI experienced many issues with this Uhaul location but especially with management (Store Manager named Cherokee). The office never answers the phone and it's re-routed to national with one hour+ wait times. You cannot make a partial payment online or through an operator, only through the store manager. There were two manager transitions and the 1st manager had changed my due date from the 4th to the 18th. The recent manager said, "well, that's why he's no longer the manager of this store" and threatened to sell my things on their auction on Wednesday (in 2 days) but the letter I had just received 2 days prior said I had to pay full amount by 8/1 or things would be sold 8/18 (and she was threatening 7/27). Anyway, I have never experienced such poor customer service and communication from an establishment, let alone a store manager. I then call national. I am informed my account was paid in full with my credit card on file 3 days prior(so why was she demanding payment over the phone and threatening to sell my things?! Even saying my things were worth more than my bill!!) I was not set up on automatic payments and was never informed via phone message/letter/email this was happening. I went to Uhaul to start moving my things and there's a lock on my unit. I go to the office and the store manager, Cherokee, is immediately rude AGAIN saying, "well, are you going to pay your bill?". I had to tell her to look in her system and she could see it had been paid and they are the ones that ran my card?! The day after I arrived at night and she and another employee were there when I arrived and 10 minutes in the alarm starts going off and we had to stop loading the car and leave. The very next evening I arrived and there were several cardboard boxes, garbage,a rat trap with poison balls spilled out, and a hand truck in front of my unit. I feel this was done in retaliation because when we argued over the phone. These are a few examples of her unprofessionalism, lack of tact and communication skills, and her passive-aggressive pettiness to retaliate to my frustrations. I emptied the unit a week early and will never deal with such immaturity again. I suggest you hire store managers that have college educations and a desire towards professionalism.

It was always difficult to pull a car up for loading and unloading. The facility is more equipped for renting out uhauls than providing accessible storage.

Other then that I will never use UHAUL again! I ended up having to pay more for a truck I shouldn't have gotten charged for because the lack of knowledge to help me get INSIDE a storage lacks. I got sent to a 2nd place just to be able to be moved and was given access, but arrived and access didn't work. Again, thank you to the manager who came out living far just to help me get moved in!! The confusion, and lack of description to help with the moving process was very unsetting. My move in process was very frustrating and pushed us back and caused alot of headaches. Then about an hour roughly on hold waiting for a customer rep didn't help much either! First time ever using uhaul and just very unsatisfied with them.

Jerry W | Overall Experience90 degrees is unacceptable. I understand it's Florida summer...but advertising a place as "climate controlled" should mean the temperature is controlled. I took pictures of the thermostat in the faciliy. Right when we got there it was at 90. After 15 mins it crept up to 94. When I brought this to the staff's attention, they didn't seem to think it was a problem. One of the associates even joked that the facility was without A/C for 2 full weeks last month. I was storing expensive, handmade acoustic guitars...
