BEATA BHad 3 cancellation because of U-hauls change in pick up and drop off points. This cost me an extra $500 in movers as well. The renters of U-Haul trucks are being fleeced with pick-up and drop-off points.Americans, be aware what U- Hauls business model is, before you rent a truck! You drive their truck to a destination for their next client, you get a text with a new drop off point. It can be as far as a 45 minutes. Be aware!

DIANA CThe office smelled like cigarette smoke. The truck was clean in the inside but it smelled like it was used to move livestock. I needed to drive with the windows down the entire time. It also didn’t help that the air conditioning would not get cold. I will use a different company next time. Very bad experience.

patrick iI came in to this location a week before my move to request a one way truck and was confirmed then when I got the call that Thursday I also asked if it was a one way drop off they also reassured me that it was when I got back to the office on my pick up date there was no one in side off the office I had waited for about 15 minutes before someone had walked in and was told i had to drop the truck back at this location which threw everything off for me in the move. I will never be using U-Haul ever again or referring it to anyone.

Mark OA human should double check the gas meter after checkout. The self checkout allows the customer to manually change the fuel gauge. I received a vehicle that had less fuel than was shown on the documentation and there was no place for me to signify this on the check in app. So right out the gate i was being charged for at least 2 extra gallons of gas. Outside of the poor fuel management tracking my experience was good. Rather than accepting the previous fuel level i believe the check in process should have a fuel gauge picture just like the check out process and you should be charged based on your 2 pictures, not based on what someone else said they had

gustavo m | Overall ExperienceI received a storage unit when I booked a trailer. The promotion stated that I would receive the first month free. The General Manager at the time promised to discount each month for a year, essentially giving me a free month worth $168 ($14 x 12). However, this discount was never applied, despite the GM's assurance. He claimed to have made notes about the situation for future reference. On the day I moved out, I mentioned this issue to a new employee, who doubted my claim and was unhelpful. As a busy individual, I didn't want to waste time arguing over $164. I had other important matters to attend to. So I left without restitution. As someone who manages multiple businesses, I would have simply refunded the last month's rent instead of complicating matters unnecessarily.

Read reviews before walking into this place or actually I encourage to go to this place so you can see foe yourself. It starts right when you walk in the door. Good luck and have fun with it, they are all stupid and love putting on a show.

Getting bombarded 5x with spam texts in 24 hours to leave you a review before any final additional bills or anything have even come through is beyond 'pestering' and is annoying as can be. I'm filling this out to make you go away. I'm not ding-ing the facility with a bad review for it because I know this is all generated by corporate, but jesus, I just drove your van 500 miles and dropped of and picked up equipment along the way, maybe not have my phone dinging constantly while IM STILL IN THE VEHICLE to leave reviews already.
