David T | Overall ExperienceI was very pleased with the assistance from the Streamwood facility . They were courteous and helpful. I was extremely upset that no one informed me of the closure of the other facility that I was assigned to, and waited 30 minutes before I was informed about the Streamwood facility I paid $83.00 an.hour for movers, and if course this was money being wasted while being informed of the usage and closure of the assigned facility. To me communication would have eliminated this major set back . But I will admit that the Streamwood employees calmed my mind, by providing excellent customer service . I'm still upset due to lack of communication.
