Mileage was different compared to what was booked online. Staff seemed stressed out and not that friendly.

I feel the people working there could be a little more friendly. You walk in and they don't respond back when you greet them. If you ask a question, they give you attitude and tend to cut you off before you finish your sentence. Upon returning the truck I had to wait 30 minutes for someone to even come up to the front desk.They have a walkie talkie sitting on the font desk and they ask for you to press the red button incase they are out back. I did, and no response. Waited 5 minutes to press again and still no response Waited another 5 minutes with the same outcome. Then 10 minutes later I pressed it once again asked if anyone was there, still no response. Another 5 minutes pass and the employee walks to front and didnt even apologize for the wait, I asked why he didnt respond when I was pressing button and he just looked at me and said asked where the keys were for the truck. Never once apologized. Employees definitely need customer service skills.

It was busy so I had to wait. The contract also had the gas level wrong so I ended up overpaying for gas when I returned.

The truck was clean, but the ride was horrible, clunky. The ride had quite a bit of miles on it. I was expecting a better driving experience. The customer rep was nice and friendly.

I thought online signup meant I just went, used my phone and found my truck and left. When I drove into lot to find my truck I was told to leave and go into office. That is fine, the lady there was nice and helpful, and the process was seamless to do, but if your online pickup is not supported there the customer should not assume he can just do it.

The person I picked up the truck was not very pleasant or knowledgeable but the drop off was great! The location is horrible for them due to entrance and signs but I found it no problem and support them 100%

There was no one present when we arrived - well after opening time. We called numerous customer service lines - including the one on the front door of the building and no one answered. The dolly that was supposed to come with our truck was also missing. I informed the young lady when I returned the truck and she apologized - but then billed me anyways for it.

Firstly, I had a guaranteed reservation at a different location. Apparently a guarantee from your company means nothing because they didn't have a truck for me, and I had to drive many extra miles which I had to pay for. The employee, Danielle, was rude and at one point started yelling simply for voicing my frustration with uHaul and I was asking if there was any compensation I could receive for the company blowing off my reservation. I would rather have taken 50 trips in my car if I knew what I would be put through that day.

On pickup the agent Kevin was very professional and I formative and answered all my questions When I returned the equipment Danielle made a smooth fast process and went out of her be way to do future bookings for me. I am very pleased.

Employees were not very friendly and when I was looking for someone with a question they were sitting in a garage smoking. I then asked for help setting up the mirrors only to be told "they can't be moved". Upon return a staff member yelled at me for dropping the keys in the mailbox as "that was only for when they are closed". I informed her the app gave me the instruction to drop them in the box. The car was great, the rate was reasonable but the friendliness of the staff could be improved.

It is frustrating that they have persians like her. She was a rasist with me. I just decided to make what I rent. It is not the first time I rent with you. It is the 4th time for my family and today she blew my day and she told me that she did not I went to check inside and I was threatened with blocking myself. so that I can never again have u haul ??this happened at 9:20 a.m. 07/10

Install sign and improve lighting at the entrance from lake st/rte20. Currently the entrance is difficult to see at night and can easily be missed.
